Super easy online order and pickup process. Excited to see them open a shop. I've tried a korean bagel before but really couldn't tell the difference between other bagels but these I could definitely tell. They were softer and chewier, more like a pastry bread than a bagel but I'm a big fan! Really loved the creative flavors as well

Bagelier came across my for you page on social media. It's like crumbl cookies but for bagels. They rotate their flavors each week and release the flavors a week prior for preorder. This week's flavors were enticing enough for me to place an order. They don't have a physical location yet but they have multiple pick up spots. The process was super easy. I was most excited to try the tomato basil bagel and it did not disappoint. Another favorite was the garlic cream cheese. I'm not really a sweet bagel person, but the blueberry and choco ganache were better than expected. The potato cheese bagel was a nice surprise. I like how these bagels are not as dense as typical bagels. I'm waiting for them to put the jalapeño bacon, onion, and 5 cheese bagels back in rotation so I can place another order and try them all.

So glad I finally got to try Bagelier! I'd just taken a trip to Korea earlier this year and I've been seriously missing the soft, pillowy baked goods from the cafes there and Bagelier delivered. Pick-up is a little tricky since it's a small window and I typically don't get out of work early enough but the pick-up process itself is quick and easy, and I'd do it all over again for the garlic butter bagel.

Make sure to place an order for pick up through the link on their Instagram! They sell out fast and don't have a physical location yet.

Best Bagel in Town! Hands Down! The texture honestly…read moresurprised me, it really reminds me of NYC bagels. It's not as fluffy, but it's perfectly chewy, and the ingredients inside taste so fresh. My favorite part? You can grab fresh bagels to go along with your favorite cream cheese! The workers even handed me a bagel fresh out of the batch, you just have to ask. Best service ever! It's super kid-friendly with tons of seating both inside and outside. I came on a Saturday at 10:45 AM and got through the line pretty quickly. The bagel sandwiches are amazing, if you're a cream cheese lover, you can add it right into your sandwich. I loved mine with egg and cheese, and I can't wait to come back!

BUT I would suggest to get the bagels home and prepare the meal yourself. Because I forgot to ask if the huevos ranchero & cheddar has meat in it and it was loaded with ham. And I had to watch other people get their delicious single bagel first before mine was ready and I was so hungry!!! But I digress. The egg & cheese was good though but cream cheese smear was not enough. Overall super cheap fluffy delicious bagels I would come back for but I'll load the cream cheese me self next time.

That's new. Other chains, can use gc to order online. Had to pause my online ordering, drive in-store, then place my order from the beginning, use the gc's in-person. + Pleasant ambience. Nice, helpful, accommodating staff. . Carb-heavy, but guess it's in the name. Short on protein (meat/seafood) and fiber and other nutrients. Gotta add on more and more (like the $5.49 Lox salmon) to meet your nutritional needs. + Ample interior seating. + Ample but somewhat crowded parking. - Slow traffic. Thanks Costco for teaching me yet another don't-frequent gc spot. That makes 6: PF Chang, CPK, Lil Sis, Honey Ham, Fogo. And one yes: Lucille. I have managed 3 donut shops in my lifetime and make donuts for fun at home, so to say I'm a donut enthusiast would be an understatement. I know a good donut when I have one and these are spectacular. You can taste that everything is homemade in house and it truly makes a difference. The decor is always cute and the staff are always friendly. Though their regular/non-rotating donut flavors are just as good (the butter pecan, plain, chocolate glazed and bumbleberry), if I'm making the drive all the way out here, I prioritize their monthly flavors first. Next time you find yourself in the OC area, swing by and grab a dozen or two to share with friends.
