Not bad but not great. The foods are too oily and salty, and the teas are too sweet. I had a BBQ duck with egg noodle, and the entire thing was a bit too salty and the soup too oily. The noodle was also too soft and soggy, but the duck's flavor was good, so it started ok. The portions were quite large and sufficient, and the price was ok for being here inside the casino. We also had an oxtail rice noodle, which was also a bit greasy. For drinks there aren't that many choices, sodas and ice teas, and a that tea. We opted for the Thai tea with boba, but it was way way too sweet, I mean really way to sweet even compared to a mountain dew, and we know that one is sweet. And the boba was obviously from the night before. I guess they're just not that picky here about custom drinks. So we left most of it untouched. Recommendation is to remind the waiter to have firmer noodles, reduce salt, and avoid the teas here and just get a soda. read more

They have the best Vietnamese coffee with boba. Make sure you order it with less ice. I'm tired of all these places filling my drinks with a full cup of ice. That means I get very little of my drink. The pad Thai was the grossest thing I've ever eaten. It was so intense with tartness. My son's caregiver couldn't eat it. I couldn't eat it. My autistic son doesn't know better he just ate what was being fed to him. There was a lot of it to take home but I ultimately trashed it. On a separate occasion I ordered the orange chicken which was not bad. My husband seemed to like their banh mi. So, it's a hit or miss with this restaurant. My standards for Asian food is high. We ordered the Lamb Chop. While it was saucier than what I normally like my lamb chops to be, they were perfectly grilled and still crunchy on the outside, while tender and tasty on the inside (but not gamey). The pan-fried noodles were more like the bird nest egg noodles rather than the traditional rice phở noodles that I'm used to. The dish was still tasty (we chose combo seafood for the protein). Everything we ordered was very good and incredibly flavorful (shrimp and pork Imperial rolls, crispy orange peel beef, roast pork belly with Chinese broccoli), garlic noodles). Was this menu made for me? All my favorite dishes are on this menu. I am surprised to see a 3.5 star overall rating for this place. The pho was GOOD and came in an XL portion and I eat pho at least once a week. The fried fish filet was really good as good as some of the best Chinese restaurants. If the rest of the food is anything like those two dishes, I can eat here 5 days a week. My husband and I eat Asian food about 90 percent of our meals from different countries and this place offers all the most popular dishes from those countries. I'm from Orange County where Asian food is abundant My family and friends always want to eat here whenever we stay because they want their Vietnamese fix. I've tried this place a few times and every time I have always been satisfied. They have pretty authentic Vietnamese food for somewhere that has little Vietnamese people. I have tried the following and its description: Congee with Black Egg- Yum! They are not stingy with their eggs. There is plenty. The congee is flavored well and very delicious. It's perfect for when you want something warm. Seafood Egg Roll- These are normally served with lettuce and fish sauce. The egg rolls are fried perfectly and are really good. I recommend as a starter. Quail- The quail is served with some lettuce and salt & pepper. I thought it was good and flavored well. Nothing too special though. Duck- We normally always order a whole duck if I come in a large party. It's pretty good here and is a generous size. Beef with Chinese Broccoli- The beef is always cooked perfectly and the broccoli is never over cooked. It's drenched a garlicky sauce. It's worth getting. Wonton Soup- You can get this for free if you check-in through yelp. The soup came with some greens and shrimp wontons. It was well flavored and delicious. It's very fresh tasting and tasted like they made it. I recommend it. It's also free if you check in. Pho- The pho here is always good but always served not hot enough. Make sure you ask them to make it extra hot. The broth is always good and flavorful. The pricing here is pretty decent. Their bowls of soups are about $7 and dishes are about $10-$20. As for service, it has always been excellent. They are always very flexible and always try to please us. The inside of this place is pretty spacious. It has a see-through wall to the casino. The open feeling gives it a casual feeling. They open either 24 hours or are open very late. We normally come here late at night. Bamboo is a good option if you want Asian food in the casino. read more

Bamboo's pho isn't SGV or Westminster quality pho but definitely better than some restaurant pho for sure! +Convenience of eating on the premise than waiting for valet to get your car, drive out and eat, and valet your car again. Multiple valet = multiple tips so it's extra $$$ you're spending. I guess that can balance the slightly steep pricing at Bamboo and you can get right back into your gambling groove soon as you're done with your meal! -Their price is steeeeeeeeeeep. Bowl of pho is $9.25, iced tea is freaking $4.95, and 2 rolls of spring rolls are $7... crazy. I went to Bamboo a couple of weeks ago and had the pancit, emperor egg rolls and a cup of wonton soup. The food was excellent and well seasoned. Not mention I had one of the best servers in all of Pachanga serving me that night. My only problem I have is that when I want this delicious food again I will have to travel for it. Sometimes you just want good Asian food from a real restaurant in a casino at midnight. Thankfully, there's Bamboo. Staying open til 2am is genius. After a night of blackjack, I'm not interested in a subpar food court or over-the-top buffet. Bamboo is surprisingly peaceful considering its only steps away from ten cent slots. Pretend you didn't just drink three red wines & order yourself a hot tea to zen out for a bit. The food is solid, probably some of the best pho and spring rolls you can get in the middle of the night. There's a steady flow of diners, so everything is coming out hot & fresh. I'd expect service to be forgettable at a place like Bamboo, but it's anything but. Yes. This is where you go to eat at Pechanga. This is a Pan-Asian restaurant with amazing, authentic flavors! The menu is so vast with different cuisine. There is usually a line because that's what you do when you know a place is really good. The wait staff is very friendly. There could be a little wait on the food but nothing too outrageous. Portion sizes can easily take care of hungry eaters. The ambiance is nice and relaxing, and tables are spaced far-apart. This place is very impressive! read more

It is on pricy side but food is delicious. Service is top notch too. We dined at this place two times during the stay and both time our experience was great. Both days our servers Meek & Quynh were so friendly and professional. Three thumbs up to them for best service ever. Compare to the blazing noodle this place is wayyyy better in both food&service.
