"Veggie Roll" with Pork in it.
    David G.

I expected better from a restaurant operating inside Pechanga. We ordered a vegetarian spring roll and were served pork and shrimp instead. That's not a minor mix-up, dietary requests matter. When we brought it to their attention, management (Myles and manager Mary Joyce) were dismissive and unhelpful. No real attempt to correct the mistake. No accountability. We were simply told they were closing and nothing could be done. It was Valentine's Day and my birthday, not that it should take a special occasion to receive basic professionalism but the lack of care made it worse. When guests are spending real money at the casino and choosing to dine on property, the expectation is simple: accuracy, service, and respect. Instead, we were met with indifference.

Wonton soup, fried tofu and Philippino Fried rice for the win

We haven't been here in 6 years! The REASON is because there was a Waitress that said our tip wasn't enough when we gave her 20%~30% tip before even taking a look at how much we gave her TIP and then she apologized. She assumed that because we were "ASIAN" we were going to be cheap with the tip! Not us though, we tip generously so we expect the best SERVICE!!! WONTON SOUP: 8/10 The broth was bland or LOW SODIUM. However, I enjoyed the egg noodles and the wontons were nice and chunky... FRIED TOFU: 9/10 It was so delicious! I could seriously eat this everyday but, 1 point off because the crunchy tofu was swimming in a pool of sauce so I would highly recommend asking for the sauce to be on the SIDE ;) PHILLIPNO FRIED RICE: 10/10 I couldn't stop eating it! It was SMOKIN good! So much flavor that punches you in the face. It's aggressive and packs a lot of flavor. I highly recommend this one over the Yang Chow unless you like your fried rice to be subtle... AMBIANCE: Nice but, I was sitting right in front of the kitchen so the waiters and waitress would always pass by our table and we can feel the WIND from their walking by so we will ask for a different table next time... KEEP ROCKN!! Glad we gave it another chance. The service is better now thanks to SIMON & The food is great so we will be back ;)

We used to eat here often years ago and finally came back here for dinner tonight. Bamboo offers Filipino, Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese and Thai dishes. Tonight we shared a tofu appetizer, Kare Kare, pork sisig and garlic string beans. The house special tofu was fried (soft on the inside) served with a soy sauce and topped with cilantro. The oxtail in the kare kare was tender, and the sauce was so delicious that you didn't need shrimp paste/bagoong (it didn't come with any on the side), and the veggies were fresh, steamed & slightly crisp. The sisig was delivered to the table with the plate still sizzling...it was good as well but would probably pass on this next time. Although a bit expensive, bamboo is a good option if you're at Pechanga and want Asian food. Also, you can utilize your easy dine credits and club dollars to help pay for your meal.

I always enjoy their food! Choices from Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, and Filipino dishes. Combination Fried Rice is one of my favorite. Never had any problem with their staff, good and friendly service. Dining area is dimmed, clean, and spacious; and they have a separate area in the back for bigger groups or special occasions.

The take great care of preparing food from all walks of life in Asia. We loved the orange beef...great sauce with crispy beef strips. The staff is super friendly and accommodating to your every need. Priced very affordable.

Over the last two years I've probably come to this Asian fusion restaurant at least 6 times. There are many dining options in pechanga casino but this one is my favorite so far. You don't find many casino restaurants that serve Filipino food and they have some items that they do right. They serve a Filipino oxtail stew(kare kare)that is just delicious. Between that and the crispy fried pork hock(crispy pata) and all I needed was is rice and I'm in my happy place. We typically come here with other couples and then just enjoy a few hours in the casino. Those are my favorites but there are many Asian fusion options here from Vietnamese pho to Korean kalbi ribs. If you get hungry while at the casino this is a solid dining option for sure.

Was on our way back to Sacramento from a wedding in San Diego and decided to stop at Pechanga Casino to check it out. We were also looking for some food and decided to eat here. I got the Pho Dac Biet, my husband got the Crispy golden pork belly and my brother got the Yang Chow Fried rice. To my surprise they had all the fixings for soups. Most casino that I've been to only have Siracha and Hoisin. I was amazed and so happy to see those on the table. The broth was pretty good. It was nice and clean but didn't have a lot of the flavor I was looking for in a pho dish. Granted yes, it's a restaurant at a casino but I've had better pho at other casinos. The pork belly my husband got was also okay. It was lacking flavor but the crispness on it was spot on. The Yang Chow fried rice was okay. I feel like they could use more flavoring on it. The service was alright. Our server came and checked on us once and was not to bee seen for a good while. We waited for 20 min before he came back and another 10-15 min to get our check. Overall, the casino itself is beautiful but the food and service could be better.

Came to pechanga for my MIL's birthday. Located in the Pechanga Casino. We Took her to lunch on a Sunday at around 1:30pm. Party of 9 was seated in a private room immediately - with no reservations. It's probably a good time to get there late lunch, early dinner. They had a fusion of both Filipino and Vietnamese cuisine. We had the Kare-Kare, sisig, pan fried noodles, beef luclac, and chow mein. The Kare Kare was savory (but I could make it better)... and for my Filipino peeps - they had the bagoong on hand! It was overall ok. Service was excellent! They were quick and very helpful with menu selection.

Bamboo is located inside the Pechanga Casino. They're open late, which is convenient if you're staying at the hotel. The staff really stood out, excellent service! We came here for dinner on a Saturday night and it was pretty good. We ordered the Salmon fried rice $26. It was actually really good. We also ordered the Phở Đặc Biệt $20. It was yummy. Both entrees were generous, enough to share for all 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids). I recommend this place, decently priced and not crowded. I would come here again.

Spring rolls are a hard pass for me. Not the best I've here had. I like the wonton noodle soup. It's best with egg noodles versus glass noodles in my opinion. It only came with 4-wontons which sucks. The broth is clean and savory - I probably wouldn't get it again because they skimped on the wontons. The service is attentive and the setting is typical, casual casino restaurant.

We were hesitant in trying this place due to some of the bad reviews. I would say this place is solid for their food and their service was good from our server Hannah and other wait staffs. We would definitely be back!

Hidden off in a random corner, you can easily smell the wonderful scent of Asian cooking. It was after 9 on a Friday evening. There was a long wait for a table but very much worth it! We were seated after about a 30 minute wait. Rizza soon came over, greeted us and asked about beverages. She dropped off some chopsticks on the table. First thing we noticed about our server was her amazingly friendly demeanor. This woman is 6 month pregnant, mind you and working in a busy, fast paced restaurant! She carried herself with such grace and elegance with a consistent natural smile. We had asked about some recommendations and Rizza smoothly introduced us to a few items on the menu. The menu itself has a variety of Asian cuisine from Chinese to Thai to Filipino options. Another thing that stood out was that she didn't immediately suggest the most expensive items on the menu. I've regularly experienced that from other servers in the past. So I was pleasantly surprised about this. We ordered the wonton soup with noodles and the XO Chicken and Asparagus. The soup came out first and was huge! It easily filled four servings of the individual bowls. Plenty of dumplings and noodles along with spinach and a few other veggies. The chicken and asparagus dish was served with steamed white rice and was super flavorful. There was plenty of food for just the two of us. Such a great meal at a hidden gem with service from probably the most personable server EVER! Keep on Yelp'n!

Despite my husband's previous experience, I was eager to try this restaurant myself. Upon arrival, we were promptly seated; however, our table was in a corner near the kitchen, which resulted in a noisy atmosphere and strong cooking odors. In retrospect, I wish we had requested a different table. We ordered a few dishes, starting with the salt and pepper fish, which was delicious--crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. However, the half-roasted duck we ordered had a gamey smell and taste, which I found off-putting compared to the well-seasoned and flavorful roasted ducks I've had at other restaurants. On a positive note, the skin was still crispy. The fried rice lacked flavor, which was another disappointment. Overall, having tasted various Chinese dishes at other establishments, I found the food here to be subpar, especially considering the higher price point. I'm glad I tried the restaurant for myself, so I can form an unbiased opinion. However, based on my experience, I'm unlikely to return anytime soon.
