We decided to eat here early this morning (like 12 midnight early lol) after watching a truly amazing musical at one of the local high schools. Bamboo is located inside Pechanga casino. The restaurant boasts different Asian favorites. My aunt was feeling extremely generous after watching the awesome musical that she said go crazy in ordering and everything we wanted. We ordered: Salt and pepper chicken wings Shrimp spring rolls Tofu spring rolls Fried tofu Korean Galbi deop bap Yang chow fried rice Beef spicy basil fried rice Salmon fried rice Roast pork belly w chinese broccoli Chili shrimp Crispy orange peel beef Karen kare Pan fried noodles w beef Spicy basil noodles w beef Spring rolls were good and peanut sauce was very good w it!! Salt and pepper chicken wings: large jumbo wings and fried perfectly crisp, topped w golden fried garlic, green onions, and diced bell peppers (could've used a bit more salt and needed MSG). Korean Galbi Deop Bap was DELICIOUS!! Meat was very nice and tender, comes sizzling on a bed of onions. Beef spicy basil fried rice was good, just lacked the "spice element" it claimed to have but the basil in it made it flavorful. Salmon fried rice was good. It had deep fried salmon in it. Roast pork belly was good. Nice that it didn't have too much fatty pieces. My son said it was good (I don't eat pork). Chili shrimp was good, sweet and spicy flavor to it. Crispy orange peel beef was delicious. Very thinly sliced, breaded and fried w a delicious orange flavored glaze. Pam fried noodles were ok. I wasn't a fan of the noodles they used, I swear it tasted like fried bihon noodles. It needs to be fried flour noodles not fried rice noodles. However, I really like the vegetables that came w it. Shitake mushrooms and body chocolate were extremely fresh!! Spicy noodles w beef was very good. The basil and bell peppers flavored the dish and they used the less wide noodles for the dish (not the typical pad kee mao noodles). Service was awesome!!! Quynh was our server and she took very, very good care of us. She made sure we got what we needed, filled our waters up and gave us to go containers before we even asked for it. She was very kind, caring, and attentive. Overall, it was a very good experience!! My first time here actually and I was very impressed!! I originally gave them 4 stars but bc Quynh did such a great job I am adding an additional star. Food was very good and portions were big. Hello Yelpers! I am back Out in California for a short weekend trip and had to share this place with all of you! This restaurant is located in Pechanga Casino and Resort. It is quite busy and we weren't able to do reservations in advance. The wait was about 1.5 hours, but the casino kept us occupied. Ambiance: Although it was located in the casino, it gave such a home warning feeling. It was simple decor, but so welcoming at the same time. Service: The service was great and our server was very attentive to our refills and requests and accommodated with a smile. He made sure our drinks were always full and check on us regularly, but without being so over bearing. Food: The menu is very diverse with various Asian cultures and as the name is self explanatory, it is Asian food based. The menu carries food from China, Philippines, Thailand, etc. We ordered from the Philippines section since my family and I wanted some comfort food. We wanted some comfort food. We ordered Kare Kare (a peanut butter based savory curry with mixed vegetables and ox tail) and Crispy Pata (deep fried pork with a homemade dipping sauce, based off vinegar, onions, and soy sauce). The portions are big enough to share between 4-5 people with a big bowl of hot white rice. We were extremely pleased with the food and impressed with how much it came close to how it's made in the Philippines. The flavors combined definitely pleased the taste buds without a doubt. As you will see in the photos, presentation was not bad. I highly recommend if you're in the area or staying at Pechanga Resort and Casino to check this place out! I'd rate this an 9/10. I was there at 10:20pm for a take out tonight.The cashier got my order right but unfortunately the cooks messed up my ong choy. I know they messed up because this is the vegetable base they do for their beef brisket and tendon Thai dish(36$) it is a base for them to put meat on but I ordered ong choy stirred fried with garlic,which was on the receipt. Very decent place for Asian dining. It feels as if it was an elevated Asian diner located inside Pechanga. The service is nice, but there are some inconsistent things that i've observed. First the food. They got Filipino, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai offerings so it's great that they have variety of options. I got the sisig which is perfect. It really had this legit flavor of the traditional Filipino sisig. The Korean galbi is chewy and not tender which sucks. The fried rice is to die for. Love it. One thing, I have to ask for new utensils cause it was not clean. So check the utensils. Cleanliness is big for me. read more

This place is located in Pechanga Casino and if you have comp dollars then it's definitely worth using it here. If you don't have any comp money then it is quite pricey. Food was delish and authentic. I loved the lobster with noodle and I liked how they used the crispy egg noodle unlike other asian restaurants they use a fatter rice noodle. Pork belly and tofu was delish. Fried rice was also spot on and a good serving size, but for $25 it was still a bit much. Wow Bamboo did not disappoint! We had so many dishes and being this is family style the table was packed w deliciousness (mostly different rice and noodle plates w a few entrees). We got the combo fried rice beef/chicken/shrimp, salmon fried rice, chicken basil pad see eww, shrimp clay pot, orange chicken, striped sea bass (sooo delish!), wonton noodle soup, and Chinese donuts. Pechanga is one of my favorite casino's to go to and one reason is being that they gave great restaurants to offer their patrons. Bamboo restaurant offers cuisine Chinese, Korean, and Filipino dishes. It's so nice to know there is a variety of Asian foods on their menu depending on what you are in the mood for. Today, my husband and I ordered chicken fried rice and salt and pepper fish. The chicken fried rice was made perfectly. It was NOT oily/greasing that can often leave a person feeling sick after eating. The chicken was nice pieces of white meat. The salt and pepper fried fish was cooked perfectly as well;not heavily battered and no oily taste to it. Fish was cooked thoroughly and didn't have a slimy taste inside and also had a just right crunch to it. Dip it with some vinegar and fresh pressed garlic and it is absolutely delish. We didn't finish or entrees and have some left overs to take home. Our server was Aero and he was very nice. Filled up our water without being asked and check on us to see if we needed anything else. He was very attentive and that is always appreciated. We came on a Tuesday and had lunch around 12:30 pm and it wasn't too busy during this time. However, I have seen this place during the evening dinner and weekends, where the line is long and the wait can be at least one hour so plan accordingly when coming here. The restaurant has a somewhat of a dim lighting. The tables are placed where there is enough space between patrons and they can accommodate large parties. I observed the yelp reviews, which was 3.5 stars out of approximately over 150 reviews (3rd quarter of 2021) and decided to check this restaurant out. Currently, this restaurant has 3.5 stars with over 175 reviews. Initial service: We walked into an open service area, and we were greeted by nice staff. My party and I consisted of eight people, and we were seated within an hour of first arriving, despite the large number of customers due to the evening crowd. The staff was professional, and we received our drinks in a timely manner. A short time later, the staff received our dinner orders. Food: The food arrived within 20 minutes. The presentation of the food was adequate. The portion of the food was adequate, and the quality was good. We had no complaints Alcohol: I had hot sake, which tasted the same as other hot sakes in restaurants. Orderly: The restaurant appeared to be clean. Price: With the food and alcohol ordered for 8 people, the bill was approximately $300. Grievance: None. Recommendation of business: I would recommend this business to family and friends. Terrible experience at Bamboo Restaurant at Pechanga today on Father's Day! After waiting for an hour as instructed, my wife and granddaughter were sitting in their waiting area while i briefly stepped away. I got the text that our table was ready, but when we approached the front desk, the Rude hostess with the glasses informed us that we missed the 15-minute window- even though we were right there the whole time. The manager was just as rude and dismissive, offering no help and no solution, only telling us to wait again as if it was our fault. To make things worse, my granddaughter became upset and started crying due to unnecessary stress and confusion. Completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable customer service. They clearly don't value their customer or know how to handle situation properly. This place needs serious management changes. We will never return and never refer this place to our family and friends. Management at Bamboo Restaurant needs seriously review how their staff handles customers. This experience was not only frustrating, but completely avoidable if staff had any interest in basic customer service. The dismissive attitude and lack of accountability reflect poorly on the staff and management. I hope UPPER MANAGEMENT takes this feedback seriously. Unfortunately, I was just depressed afterward. I ordered a meat combo lo mein and the crispy pata. The noodles were just a slightly better version than food court Chinese noodles. The shrimps were very small. Luckily the dish wasn't overly greasy. The crispy pata was half bone and gristle. There are not very many Filipino food spots in Temecula so I was happy to discover that Bamboo serves a few Filipino dishes. The Kare Kare is great and the pork sisig is pretty good. They have a large selection of fried rice also which is nice. I ordered the Yang Chow fried rice and it was good. If you're craving Filipino food in Temecula, this is the place to go. Pechanga has plenty of offerings when it comes to dining but my favorite spot is the Bamboo. It's all the way in the back of the casino after you pass the circle bar. On the weekends it gets extremely busy but come on a Tuesday and you will be seated immediately. The food here is absolutely delicious! My favorite item that I always order is the Crispy Orange Peel Beef. It's crispy thinly sliced beef pieces covered in a thick delicious orange zesty sauce. Amazing! My mother in law orders the clay pots. On our most recent visit she got the Sczchuan Eggplant Claypot which had shredded pork, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, bell peppers, onion, and of course eggplant. The sauce is so flavorful! Just wish there was more eggplant in the pot, it had way too much onions. Nonetheless still good. My husband ordered the Gal Bi Deop Bap which is grilled Korean short ribs. I didn't try it but my husband kept raving on how good it was. Big portions for all the entrees and each of them came with a little bowl of white rice. Always have leftovers to take home for the next few days. So if you're ever in Pechanga I recommend this spot. Located inside Pechanga Casino not far from the fast food court lies this little gem. We arrived for a late dinner around 8:30pm and it was still pretty busy. The menu has plenty of options from Chinese to Filipino food choices. I was quick to select the Pancit with shrimp. The portion's are huge and the flavors were very good. Service was attentive, they didn't have the wine I requested so the server recommended another one. It was a very good choice, I enjoyed the selection very much.
