It did not have the natural sweetness I normally experience. The squeeze of lemon does wake up the flavor a little bit but the cook process did not afford the tender luxury as expected. The lemon butter sauce is good but could be great if using clarified butter with minced garlic and a hint of seasoning was considered. Crab fried rice: 7/10 the presentation and the way it was assembled is great. I also like the ingredients. I could not tell if there was crab throughout. I did see the pieces of shredded crab sprinkled on top. This would be a 10 if it was seasoned a bit more to wake up the palette and there was visible lump crab mixed in throughout along with brown butter. Whether dining in or getting it to go, the quality of the item is always the same. Ordering is done at the front counter. That said if there is open seating at the bar, they will gladly take your order from there. Regardless, the staff is always friendly, and helpful; answering any and all questions. When dining in, they do a good job of checking on the customers, keeping water glasses filled along with offering other beverages (wine and beer are available for purchase).
