They were so nice and kind. The service was perfect. The place is always ever so clean and parking is very easy. It is comfortable with a few seats. The make the best ice cream at a fair price and have a wonderful selection. They give big scoops and they also have shakes and sundaes and anything you could want in ice cream. Look, I didn't visit there, I ordered via DoorDash. So, I look at all these one star reviews and have to wonder. I can discount the stupid ones, like the one who complained the store closed a little early when there was a six o'clock curfew due to looting and torching. Yeah, really nice to complain about an employee who wanted to be home by six so as not to break the law. The fact that there was a little line outside (doubtful - two or three is not a line) is meaningless when there is a curfew in effect during a tumultuous time and when agitators who have nothing to do with peaceful demonstrators are sent her to destroy lives and property. I don't like the word privilege so let me substitute acting like an entitled cretin. So, I ordered two handpacked quarts - pistachio almond and Rocky Road. They arrived about twenty-five minutes later, still very cold, and the ice cream itself was great. So great, in fact, that I ate the entire quart of pistachio almond at one-thirty in the morning. The owner was so accommodating, we literally walked in hoping we could get something special despite failing to order ahead and we found this fun cake. Had the chance to visit again today and we enjoyed double scoop ice cream cones. This store is newer to the neighborhood, and I give them credit for keeping it together during this time of Covid.
