Closed???

Showed up to this place at 4:36pm to get some ice ream and they are closed??? Note on door saying something like "Sorry, be back in 30 minutes." What business closes their doors at this time??? Thought BaskinBRrobbins was a more serious company??? They acting like a small mom and pop shop the can't even stay open all day??? Anyways, love their ice-cream but if they have the doors closed and we can't even get it what's the point???

Cracked and old products being sold. Not helpful at all when we were trying to find something. Case dirty, floors sticky.

This particular Baskin Robbins is really dirty. The products in the case look like they have been languishing in there forever and the staff really isn't into helping move them along either. BR isn't considered cheap ice cream either - would be great if the place took a little more pride in their store.

I got my birthday ice cream cake from this BR location and it was delicious. The owner was so accommodating, we literally walked in hoping we could get something special despite failing to order ahead and we found this fun cake. Had the chance to visit again today and we enjoyed double scoop ice cream cones. This store is newer to the neighborhood, and I give them credit for keeping it together during this time of Covid. This store is so clean and every time we visit so friendly. We hope they have much success in the future.

Crizelda I.

I like their buy one get one ice cream coupon when you sign up plus free birthday cone 2.5 oz scoop too. On your birthday of course

This is what they wrote on the cake ... My 11 year old would have done a better job.

BR still serve up a nice size scoop of ice cream. I had a yummy Cherries jubilee and mint chocolate chip. Still the best ice cream around.

Ummm.. hidden gem!! Thank u nicole for the rec!…read more - If you like mango sticky rice,, get the ube pandan mango sticky rice mochi and it comes w coconut cream!! Soo HUGE and good (but at $25 for 2 it better be good) service good - the drinks pleasantly good!! Shosh liked the crème brûlée latte - a bit too sweet tho for her - jasmine tea w matcha foam was also good!! Not Molly tea quality, but for the Valley I am so soooooo impressed !! - lowk sketch ish plaza that is unassuming but free parking albeit doesn't feel super safe - good seating, not many wall plugs (only 1 seat in whole cafe can reach wall plug)

This was, without question, one of the worst customer service experiences I've had…read more The cashier asked me to repeat my order four different times, moved incredibly slowly, and spoke so quietly that it was nearly impossible to hear her, even though I was speaking loudly and clearly. After ordering, I waited over 20 minutes for my drink and mochi. There was no announcement or indication that my order was ready. It turns out it had been sitting in a corner that isn't even visible from the customer waiting area. If I hadn't gone looking, I probably would have waited even longer. To make matters worse, the mochi was unbelievably small, especially considering it cost nearly $14. The portion was nowhere close to what the price would lead you to expect. Overall, the service throughout my visit was extremely poor, and the experience left a very negative impression. Between the slow service, poor communication, excessive wait time, and overpriced food, I won't be returning. There are far better boba shops that value their customers' time.

I really wanted to like this place. The vibe is kitschy, cluttered, but sweet. The eclectic,…read morecolorful ambience gives way to (unfortunately) overpriced coffee and churros. The prices are not commensurate to the type of strip mall and overall valley location that the spot is in. Also, the churros took 10 minutes yet somehow tasted stale and lacking cinnamon. This place might be for those that like to make their life hard...those that expect a treat to have drawbacks...those who enjoy paying more for less. Admittedly, good churros in the valley are hard to come by. Churro Man sucks, and Junior's Churros switched over to catering because they were the best on the streets. Come here if you don't believe me, but I promise you won't be back.

I see Churros.. and I buy one or a few! I'm usually getting Churros from a stand at a festival.. but when I saw the store, I had to go inside : ) Service was a little slow, not many people were waiting. Maybe they make items to order. My items were hot. Location is at a strip mall, lots of parking. I got the Cinnamon Sugar Churro with sauces to go. I would have wanted to stay, have a coffee and play a game or two, but I had to get home so I placed my order to go. The place looked so fun, a place to hang out for all different ages. I saw vintage toys and items for sale; the place looked like a wonderful place for a collector to have a great time adding to his or her collection. The place has cool vibes. Next time I'm in town, I plane to enjoy my Churros inside. Cheers!~

I stopped by Sunday around 1 to pick up some pastries on my way to a friend's house. It's located in a plaza with a small parking lot. First thing you notice when you step in is that they have a lot of cakes on display. There's no seating either, it's strictly a grab and go place. Both times I came, someone was picking up a cake ahead of me, so that's definitely what to get here. I asked the cashier, and she said that you can either call or came in person to place a cake order. You can also come by and pick up one of their ready made cakes. Will keep this place in mind for the future. I picked up a number of pastries and tried some of them at my friend's place. Here's what I tried: Slice of vanilla roll cake ($2) - very moist but not much cream Almond croissant ($3.50) - loved the almond filling Sponge cake ($2.75) - delicious! Almond cookie ($0.35 each) - tastes exactly like the almond cookies I ate growing up Cream puff ($2) - this was the only thing I didn't like. The puff layers on both the top and bottom were dry Next time I need a cake, I know where to get it!

One thing to note: they open late--12:30 PM. Parking was easy, and there's a decent amount of seating inside. I happened to be the first customer of the day. Don't expect the warm, smiley Filipino hospitality right away--just head straight to the counter and place your order on the iPad. As for the halo-halo, it's definitely not your traditional version. It wasn't bad by any means, but it's quite different from the halo-halo I grew up with and the ones I enjoy whenever I visit Manila. If you're looking for a modern take on the classic dessert, you may appreciate it more than I did. Prices are pretty standard for Los Angeles, and they accept Apple Pay, which is always a plus.
