The char su was tender and flavorful with hints of 5 spice seasoning of cinnamon, star anise, cloves, fennel, and peppercorns bursting into your mouth when sinking your teeth into it. the pan seared buns were the star of the show with the top side being seared and the bottom part steamed filled with moist pork and scallion meatball inside.
