Love this place! Whether it's happy hour, a special event or just a quick drink on a Saturday to watch a game the staff is always pleasant and super helpful. I visited this brewery for a grad event. The location is a bit funny & so is parking so I recommend ubering. You get ID at the front before entering & bag is checked. Once walking inside , the ambiance is chill with outdoor seating, indoor section , & fans were blasting. They have the brewery section inside & the cider section outside. There was a taco vender who offered 3 meat selections & various toppings. I tried the Lincoln heights lager 9/10 , limoncello 10/10 like slush, & other selections. Overall , loved the spot since you can sit anywhere & the staff were friendly. Especially their cat staff lol! Soooo cute. I remember ordering & the kitty propped up on the counter next to me. This is such a fun place to go grab a beer with friends. They always have events going on and it's a community favorite. There's food vendors if you're hungry also. Pet friendly if you decide to take your dogs on leashes. Be careful if your dog is reactive tho bc there are cats on the property that are SUPER friendly and adorable. I was finally able to find parking so we stopped in for a quick drink. The area is tough for parking and I tried a few times before and ended up giving up. It's street parking but sometimes they have valet. The location is so cute. Their outdoor area provides a good ambiance and I can tell the evenings with the string lights and fire pit would be so nice. They are split into 2 areas, one side (left) is the brewery with a nice selection of beers and on the other side (right) is everything else - like wine, ciders and the watermelon slushy seemed to be the hit so we partook and enjoyed it. Perfect for a hot day. I love that they have this separate section with a nice array of non-beer options, many of my female friends aren't into beer so this gives them more than the usual handful of options other breweries offer. They also had some mocktail for the non-drinkers. Both sides have plenty of indoor seating as well, I hate heat so it's nice to sit in AC but the outdoor area seemed to be more popular. This is a great place to host a birthday and gather with your friends. The day we were there, they had a vendor selling burgers and there was also a event going on...chicken $hit bingo - yes, it's a real thing. $3 bet and you can win $100. they seem to have it monthly in the summer time. Came here on a Saturday night around 5:30 pm. Parking is tough. I was able to snag the last spot, but my friends had to park a few blocks away. There is a valet option, but I was reading that it might be something like $15. The space itself is really nice and large. There was a taco stand set up when I first got there, and then an hour later, a BBQ stand took over. I like how the cider room and beer room are separate, as the vibe of each place was distinct. There is also room in between the structures to sit at tables with your party. Service was quick and kind. We were there for the wine and cider tasting. Although I didn't love the offerings (it is a pre-set menu), and the pours were inconsistent, it was a nice event to have to celebrate women-owned businesses. The vibes are absolutely immaculate, it's such a chill and casual place to eat some good food, drink some good cider/beer, and connect with the community here! Everyone here is super nice, from the employees to the patrons, I've never seen community like that before! There are cats here that I've seen mill around, but when the live music for karaoke comes on they're all gone. I have allergies for cats but I didn't feel like dying at all -- maybe it's because the gathering area is outside. The food changes every time I'm here, it's always a different vendor, but honestly, whoever is making the selection of these vendors - I give you a standing ovation. The food is delicious, it's diverse, it's affordable, and it's quick. I've had ceviche and even oven baked pizza here. I can't wait to come back and try the delicious food you all choose. I've tried the cider, not much of a beer girly but I will try the next time I go! I love the cider -- especially the watermelon or the guava flavor -- sweet perfection. They also have cider slushes that have seems to change -- not sure what the cadence for that would be. I've also had sips of their non alcoholic drinks as well -- the elderflower was sweet with floral undertones, there's nothing like it, it's so good Parking is super super super limited, usually have to do valet parking. Absolutely love this place! We came here for the Manila Sound event, and we had so much fun! There were stand, selling Filipino food, merch, and even vinyls of Filipino artists. Super cool! Note: Parking is pretty difficult at this location and on the street, so we opted for valet which we paid $17 for. Not sure if parking is typically this difficult for this location or if it was because it was a pretty busy event One building was a cider house, the other building was a brewery, and both buildings were connected by a mini courtyard. First, we tried the Calamansi Cider, and it was amazing!! It was light, refreshing, and unexpectedly strong! I would come back to this place just for this drink. We also decided to try their beers. They were flying around, handling the rush like pros, and still took the time to be friendly and helpful. For how busy it was, they made everything smooth and fun. Benny Boy Brewing does it all: on the left hand side of the patio you'll encounter the spacious beer brewery, on the right hand side the cider bar. Both equally pleasant -- the weekly cider slushie caught my eye (made from watermelon cider). The staff was helpful in making choices as well. The best part? We bumped into their six annual chicken sh*'t bingo event, where the entire place was made country style (from music to hay bales). Bummed to be missing out on the Octoberfest event with weiner dog race, let alone any of the other creative initiatives Benny Boy might be organizing in the future. It's a huge space with a mix of indoor and outdoor seating. There's plenty of tables even on a Friday night. It's a brewery and cider house so your options here are endless! I love their micheladas personally but my partner has gotten some of the goses and the non alcoholic sparkling drinks.
