After returning from Montreal, we visited this restaurant in the city. The Chef, Take-San, used to work at Hatsuhana, another Japanese restaurant we visited years ago. He decided to part ways and open his own place. This is a cute sushi place. The service was terrific because you enjoyed the conversations with the Chef, being up close and personal. We had Omakase, which included pieces of different fish, whose names I can't remember, but I remember the taste so well. Every piece was unique, and I enjoyed them all. At first, I wanted to order chirashi but picked Omakase by accident. The accident was worthwhile. It's a small place with tons of excellent fish to try. Will definitely return to try that chirashi. I would definitely come back and try the lunch.
