I ordered an oat milk latte with honey and cinnamon powder as well as an eggs, herbs, and cheese bollo. I learned that a bollo is a hand-stuffed soft brioche dough filled with eggs, local meats, and seasonal ingredients. It was served warm and was delicious! My latte was also wonderful. I also tried the Mint Chiller, and it was excellent -- super refreshing with a clean mint flavor that wasn't too sugary. The ambiance looks inviting and relaxing, making it a comfortable place to hang out or catch up with someone.
