We had one of those very real parent moments here, exhausted parents, a 3-year-old changing their snack order approximately 10 times and Spencer, the person helping us could not have been more patient, kind, or gracious. Instead of making us feel rushed or embarrassed (which honestly happens more often than you'd think), they met us with calm, humor, and genuine care. They went above and beyond to make sure our kid felt heard and that we felt taken care of. It felt less like being at a coffee shop and more like being welcomed into a safe, understanding space. I saw this franchise popping up over the valley and I decided to stop in, it was cute, lots of merch, looked over the menu and ordered "The best drink ever" (or something like that) and was kind of surprised that it was 8ish dollars. I should have noticed that the prices weren't listed and if they were damn they write small. Either way, I just accepted it and tipped and sat and waited, had a nice chat with some kid interviewing for a supervisor position at the location and got my drink. It wasn't worth it, It wasn't worth it at all. Kinda sweet, kinda milky, but with really bitter coffee. I dunno I'll just pass this place from now on. read more

Coffee is hard to disappoint or wow you so for an old man who only gets black coffee or when I want to spice things up an Americano just know this review is based heavily on my kids opinions, who love it here! Oldest got a cinnamon latte that she said tasted like horchata my middle daughter the chocolate smoothie and my youngest the mango smoothie. Wife also really enjoyed a white mocha but according to the tribe the pastries were fire. All in all it's another great coffee spot to add to your collection. However do be very careful driving in and out of this location, I must say not a reflection of the business but I've never scene so many inept drivers in my life in just the 30 minutes we were there. Unfortunately, my experience at Better Buzz has been hit or miss, and consistency is key when it comes to coffee. I finally found myself in the area to give this place a try and see what all the hype was about. The first time I visited, I was blown away. The coffee was smooth, and the foam, which I hadn't even ordered, was a game changer. I walked away thinking I'd found a new favorite spot. But then I stopped by again today, really needing that boost, and I was disappointed. The coffee wasn't just a little off--it tasted downright bad. I grabbed my to-go cup and headed to a meeting, trusting that I'd get the same quality as before. Unfortunately, I didn't take a sip until I was walking into the meeting, and by then, it was too late to go back and get it fixed. The coffee was so off that it was hard to believe it came from the same place. Now I'm hesitant to return. The inconsistency is a big red flag, especially when you rely on your coffee to be reliably good. I want to love Better Buzz, but until they can deliver that same quality every time, I'll have to think twice before going back. I always love when a new coffee shop opens up close to me! I have been to San Diego plenty of times but somehow hadn't heard of this place! It must be really big there because it was absolutely packed today, yesterday was the grand opening. There was a line out the door and a whole lane of traffic was filled with cars trying to get into the drive through lane. I just parked down the street and walked in, the line moved pretty quickly! I got a decaf iced horchata latte with oat milk and got my husband a hot caramel latte with extra espresso! Our drinks were ready fast and we both thought they were very delicious! Ambiance is cute in here too, I liked the lighting! Will definitely have to come again once the crowds die down a bit haha. read more

My goodness! My friend found this place online and it was our first stop once we landed in Phoenix. This place is so busy that there was a line of cars down the road! We parked at CVS, and while my friend went to buy a few necessities, I walked over to Better Buzz. I will admit that I was turned off by the popularity and just knew it couldn't live up to expectations. I got up to the counter and chatted with the young lady about what to order. She recommended the best drink ever, and again, I knew it would only be ok, but figured I'd try. I got it iced, and oh man... it was beyond great! So great in fact that on our drive back several days later, I demanded we stop here so I could get their coffee again. Absolutely delicious, and they need to open these in the Bay Area! read more
