On Sunday March 19th at about 1:20 pm we went through your line and purchased two mocha buzz drinks one medium with an extra shot and one large. First I want to say that I come to this location almost daily for years now. I purchase the same drink and a ham and havarti croissant almost every single time given it's not sold out, this time it was. I have never had mocha drizzle around the cup or on my drink EVER! As a matter of fact - my husbands drink doesn't have drizzle and mine does and we both ordered a mocha buzz. When I went back to ask them to please re make it as it's way too sweet for me, I was told that I had to pay to have it remade. This was your manager. At least that was her word that she was the manager. Brown hair and braids. If a name is needed I will happily go back. 1. You lost a long time customer - not that your company cares. 2. Train your staff to be better humans - Apologize for their inconsistencies and make it right by remaking the drink when it's blatantly obvious that it's their fault for their own inconsistent drink making. 3. No where on the menu does it say mocha drizzle around cup either. read more

I go to a lot of BB locations and this is my favorite so far. Lines are never crazy long with fast service and coffee is always spot on.

I got the "best drink ever" and I asked for less sweetness so the balance between the americano and sweet vanilla flavor was perfect. I was worried it was going to be bitter because of the americano but it actually wasn't. I usually get the hazelnut divinity but this time I wanted to try something different and I loved it. The ambience in Better Buzz is also very nice. This location also has a drive through which is convenient for those with cars. This is one of my favorite coffee shops in San Diego! read more

Straight up love this location. They always give good solid energy and MAKE THE DRINKS RIGHT! I swear some places get mixed up but I love the selection here and the service is awesome. Every time I get my chance to stop by a Better Buzz location I leave happy. This location is a new one to me as I'd never been to Pacific Beach until today, but the same great coffee and friendly service. This is a busy o e with a good size parking lot that includes a drive thru and a rooftop seating area. The lobby is a bit small, but holds a good amount of tables. Today I ordered a cold brew of course with a splash of heavy cream and vanilla while my daughter got a hot vanilla latte which was perfect for the rainy day. Location was clean and service fast. I'm sure I'll be back again soon for some k cups and beans. read more

One of my favorite spot, their second floor with the beach view and inside- their colorful corner. The baristas' are so friendly and fast and my favorite drink was the Blueberry Lavender Lemonade so refreshing and delish. 1st off. I love Better Buzz. Vanilla Latte all day, everyday. And some of the nicest employees at all their spots with great customer service. The location can't be beat and the interior design of EVERY Buzz is top notch. The issue at this particular store is not the store, the service or the employees. It's the homeless. They are allowed inside without a purchase, they sleep on the tables, they demand to use the restroom and they hassle each and every customer. I know for a fact the employees don't want to deal with these people but they "allow" it because corporate tells them to. This ONE dude in particular has been at this spot for about a year now. He's extremely unstable and goes from docile to severe mental freak outs in seconds. Management has called non emergency on this guy for almost a year and yet he's allowed to camp on the property and use that tiny space next to the building as his restroom. He's a dangerous menace and the poor employees get complaints on this dude weekly. Unfortunately I do not go to this spot anymore because of this dude. Went here yesterday at about noon, Amy was super nice. Even though they were severely understaffed, she was one of the only ones working & still provided great costumer service. I did feel a little bad for her because she seemed kind of stressed out, but she still made our drinks excellently. I think the business definitely needs to hire more staff especially during these summer months. I think it would be better not only for the costumers but for the baristas as well. read more

Never again. This place USED to be my favorite for avocado toast. The last few times I've ordered, the bread hasn't been toasted at all. I finally just asked ordering this morning if the avocado toast was indeed "toasted". Employee said the toaster broke, so they'll be sure to put the bread in the oven. Nope... the bread wasn't toasted at all. Don't charge $10 for an item that the kitchen is unable to cook. Also, the paprika on the avo toast never used to be.
