I've been using Big O Bermuda Dunes for many years. They have good pricing, and they can get your job done as fast as the competition. I like that they can get tire balancing spot on. So important when you're cruising at 80 on I10. I would like to give 5 stars except for one thing. Both times I took my '17 Q5 wheels in, I got scratches on the wheels. After the first tire replacemen, and the scratches, I got new tires at pep boys. No new scratches from them. Now, if you don't care about a few scratches on your immaculate rims, then I would send you to Big O for the scheduling and great balancing. read more

Ok seriously Big O Tires never disappointments... had a flat and after changing into my spare I called to see if they can see me and they stated absolutely drive safe. I had a screw by the side wall of the tire and needed a new tire but good news Albert told me when I bought tires with them the insurance covered it and all I had to pay was for labor!!! I was out visiting family from SC. I knew I had a coolant leak but thought it was a heater hose. One morning, however, the leak seemed to be worse. My sister highly recommended Big O, saying they were honest, straightforward and efficient. I followed her recommendation. They quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me two estimates reflecting the possible repair scenarios. I picked up the car the next morning as I was in no hurry. They checked it thoroughly to make certain there were no issues. The lower estimate was the final tab. They didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. 2008 Grand Cherokee with 180,000 miles. I had a run flat tire on our BMW that was leaking about 7 pounds a week. A couple weeks ago I pulled into Ramona tire to ask if they could Check it out ? They kinda laughed and said run flat tires are not repairable. There was a few other workers listing to the conversation and seemed to agree. At 4:45 on Saturday Albert and Isaac were both bouncing back and forth to squeeze me in at Big O Tire in Palm Desert. What a great experience! I noticed late Sunday afternoon that my front right tire was reading about 20 psi below the other three tires. I assumed I picked up a nail. After not being able to locate a nail, I by chance just pushed on the valve stem. I pinpointed the leak was coming from there, now I needed to find a repair shop. I started reviewing Yelp reviews and quickly decided based on all the 5 star reviews to call BIg O Tires. Anthony answered the phone and said if I came now, I'll get you taken care of. It was late in the day and asked if could I come in tomorrow instead. He said yes, just try and get here when they open at 7am. I arrived at 6:30am. Pulled into the shade to wait for them to open. About 5 mins later, an employee (Ryan, who also did my repair) arrived and started setting up for the day. Wheeling out stacks and stacks of tires for display. At 7am, I was greeted by Anthony. Great guy. He got me all setup in the system and quickly had Ryan start working on my car. Ryan replaced the valve stem, checked all the tires and fluids. I decided to get my oil changed, since it was about that time. I was in and out of there within an hour without a appointment! Update: as soon as I posted this review management called me and told me how sorry they were that this has happened. I told management words are cheap, it is easy to say you are sorry but I'd need some kind of offer to believe they were actually sorry. They told me they would do alignment for free. A nice offer, but also something that costs them zero, making it just as cheap as words Review: to mount and balance I was told 2-3 hours I asked if it would it really be that long since I had an appointment. He said since I had an appointment it would 1-1.5 hours. After 2 hours I asked how things were going and was told they had just finished up putting the tires on and would be testing alignment shortly but there were cars before me. I reminded him of the time frame he had given me and he got irritated and combative. I told him I just wanted my car back. Took another 20 mins because they were to busy to even ring me up. This is a two part review. Last week was my first time there to get an oil change. They took care of my vehicle like it was their own. Super happy with the great service. This morning I was about to leave on a road trip with my mom when my turn signal indicator told me one of my turn signals was out. Not something you want when you are about to hit the freeway. Called to ask if they changed signal lights. Explained my situation they said bring it by. They got me in and put as quickly as they could. I love this Big O! I actually had my tire warranty honored for the first time. My tires never last as long as the warranty says they will and tire places always have some excuse as to why they won't replace them under the warranty. told them how l wanted my tires rotated and they just did it they way they wanted. so they had to redo the rotation correctly took my other car to Costco for tires cause the same set of tires was $200.- cheaper. so when they went to put them on they showed us how the lug nuts were stripped and said who ever rotated these tires last stripped them. That was Big O. had to buy new lug nuts. Told my neighbor the story n they said Big O stripped theirs too. read more
