Isaac tended to my needs asap. He has been there for a while which is reassuring. He took care of my other vehicle before. He Suggested other tire I could use with same quality that weren't so expensive since i was budget conscience. I dropped my truck off and had back same afternoon. A couple of struts weren't in yet but he let me know right away when they were coming in. Definitely my auto/tire shop of choice I've had to visit this location due to emergencies Flats, dead batteries, etc and the Albert has always taken car of me My car is small so some parts are custom but they alway seem to have them I never feel as if I'm being up sold, they are alway clear and direct on what I need for the car . After finding a screw in my tire I called Big O, they told me to bring my car in, $49 to repair. The estimate was around 3 hours before it would be completed, so I walked over to the Hallmark shop in the mall and when I returned about 90 minutes later it was done. This place is not only a rip off but their after service and customer service really sucks the front desk guys have bad attitudes and really don't care if your a customer or not. They don't put your stuff back together properly breaking wheel studs not putting center caps back on properly where you loose them on the road after you leave. Just very poor quality with high prices. Shop around before you use this cowboy show. Ramona tires on country club way better service way better prices and way way quicker. read more

I have limited time off in order to get to work on my car done, so when they advised me to get two new tires, I just went for it but I found out they overcharged me for the tires and tire rotation by about 100 dollars compared to the dealership. Also, the original representative claimed they were doing a multi point inspection which included the wiper blades. After over 2 hours waiting, I was disappointed that they didn't do the wiper blades. I had to get work & After I left, noticed a long piece of rubber hanging off one of the blades. I called and the rep guessed at several excuses but never apologized. I was close by at the time, so I stopped in to discuss and never have I heard so many excuses with no effort to resolve the issue! They seemed ok to just let me leave without changing the blades or solve the issue in any way at all. Customer service training is severely needed here, I won't be going back read more

My neighbor grew up in the Coachella Valley and recommended this location to me, explaining that they were like family.
