The pictures don't do this place justice. I suggest walking around a bit before getting seated. There is so much detail and thought put into their decor. Service was lovely. Our server gave us great suggestions and time to really think about what we wanted. The food quality was delicious, comforting and filling. It was just what my girl friends and I were looking for that day. The cocktails were well made and generously poured. I will be back.

My half eaten turkey dinner. I was still eating when I took this photo.

Love coming here. You can count on a good hot meal! I had roast turkey with potatoes & broccoli. Rumor has it Billy Reeds has been sold and is in escrow now. Froylan was our server, he is a Pro! He did a great job taking care of us! The place is huge, decor is from years gone by. Reminds me of my Grandparents homes.

I highly recommend Billy Reed's for breakfast. I always get an omelette and hash browns. The food is really good, affordable and fresh. The service is extraordinary. The building is beautiful. Even the coffee is good. You can't go wrong eating breakfast here.

It's tough to write this review because I love Billy Reed's. This has been a childhood place for me and I love the interior how it is old timey it is and you feel like you were at your grandma's house lol. I love the entrance as well with the Koi fish pond as you can see all the different fish and turtles they have in there. It is a great touch. Unfortunately maybe we ordered the wrong thing, but we were disappointed with our food. The eggs and bacon were extremely greasy as you can tell they were covered in butter to the point they were wet. I would like to go back here to try it again, but unfortunately, maybe their menu is a little bit outdated now I think it is a place you just have to try coming to Palm Springs, but unfortunately was not wowed by the food. Although I must admit their service is amazing. The servers and host were all very nice and love that they fit the vibe.

A wonderful Time Machine Long before "nouvelle cuisine," gluten sensitivity and veganism, this was the American restaurant. Victorian in velvet, i loved it! And my fish and chips were memorable. Fresh flaky fish, perfectly battered! And the boysenberry pie delicious with a wonderful crust!

It is definitely a vibe here! The decor and ambience alone is worth the visit. Service is wonderful, they are so fast and hard-working here. Portions and prices are fair, I love that they open early as well. Plenty of seating, ideal for a large groups and get-togethers. Also plenty of easy parking. The food is all the classics, there is something for everyone. Great option if you're looking for a casual and affordable meal in Palm Springs!

A beautiful vintage restaurant with a great old school feel. There's some antique things in there that are beautiful!! Great menu! I had a delicious omelette...one friend had the French dip sandwich..perfect!! Another friend had the eggs Benny. The way they ate served are fantastic. See pictures! Service was impeccable. Every need was met. Definitely try this Palm Springs classic!!!

Food - delicious. Ambiance - lovely. Service - slow. I found Billy reeds years ago and anytime I'm in town I need to go, but that might shift a bit in the future. I had the 1/2 sandwich and soup combo with an added salad. The food was delicious, and you can tell it's all fresh and the kitchen knows what they are doing. My concern was my server. It took a bit to be greeted, in fact, three other servers let me know she'd be right with me. The place wasn't that busy, so nit sure what was going on.

This place has such a beautiful atmosphere. The decor is cozy old Hollywood feel. The staff were amazing and bubbly and made us all feel like we were family. The fish and chips were delicious and cooked perfectly. The pot pie was undercooked the vegetables were hard and I wouldn't get it again but the rest of the meal was absolutely delicious. The coconut cream cake was one of the best I've ever had so definitely don't skip desert! I will be back to try more!

Are new home away from home. If you want a big dose of cozy, comfortable eating in atmosphere redline of Bagon elegance. This is the place to go. Billy Reeds is a quirky quaint tribute to the Fern bars and Baroque palace of the 70s and 80s. There's lots of stained glass carpet, wood floors, and big booths to sit in and enjoy your meal. The same elegance and abundance are featured on the menu and we went for dinner. The other night were shown right in by a very friendly waiter. I ordered my traditional Sauvignon Blanc and my husband got a ginger ale. Then we decided to get the country fried steak for him and the curried chicken salad for me. I also got a cornbread loaf and he opted for a date nut loaf. My husband also got navy bean soup before his meal and it tasted absolutely homemade. He enjoyed the. Steak and creamy potatoes with gravy I found that the curry chicken salad was light and yet filling. When the meal was over, we still had broom for dessert and the seasonal attraction of pumpkin pie couldn't be resisted. Billy Reed's is known for its pies, and this was no exception the pumpkin was luscious and soft and poop in the mood for Thanksgiving dinner. We will return here each time we come to the Palm Springs area for its cookie ambience and comforting flavors

If you're looking for a classic American meal served with a slice of Palm Springs history, Billy Reed's is the place. Opened in 1975, the current decor is decidedly 1990s -- knickknacks cover the walls and the heavy wooden tables and chairs could be in any Midwestern home. The place feels like a chic Denny's -- familiar, unpretentious diner fare elevated with a bit of local charm. The menu features comfort foods like meatloaf, pot roast, and fish and chips. I tried the turkey dinner, complete with cornbread dressing, mashed potatoes and gravy, and cranberry sauce on the side. My partner had the hamburger steak topped with grilled onions, bacon, and a delicious brown gravy. Dinners come with your choice of soup or salad and bread (don't miss the banana bread). The restaurant also boasts a full bar and bakery, so if you're in the mood for a sweet treat or a cocktail, Billy Reed's has you covered. All in all, a solid meal.

What a great place. Such a unique setting. The staff was extremely friendly. The food was delicious and fresh. I will definitely go back. Only complaint is that the coffee cups were rather small but they make up for it by keeping it constantly full.

From the outside you wouldn't think much of this place, but as you drive in it captures your attention with it's captivating decorations, from an outdoor fish pond, to classic machines and fun decorations on the inside. I didn't eat here and instead opted to order to-go as I had some work to catch up. I called in the order and was bummed they couldn't cook the rib eye medium rare, so I opted for the Prime Rib. For $44, you can't beat it. You get the full fixings, soup, corn bread, choice of potato and a huge piece of meat that was tender (even a plastic knife was able to cut through it. The flavor is more on the mild side and wish the au jus had more seasoning, but the horseradish was perfect. The added lemon meringue pie had the right amount of zing to it with the bits of lemon skin added a pleasant texture. Staff here was great, and they packed the food with care (the lemon pie, they didn't close the lid and smash the pie, but wrapped it with the lid semi-open. A definite must try if you're in this area.

I’m sorry, but we close the day before Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving day together employees the time off to be with their families.

No answer when you call the restaurant. I'm guessing they must be closed for the pandemic?

I would definitely recommend eating the late fries right when they come out, since they come sauced they do loose their crisp!
