Last time we came we had amazing service, so we came back, but unfortunately had the opposite experience. We spent 1 hour and 40 mins here total, for lunch, despite coming with 2 kids and an infant. Literally every item we ordered had an issue and the waitress forgot something. I asked for blue cheese for my salad, took at least 20 mins to receive it. Then when our pizza came it wasn't cut, so we had to wait for it to be cut so we could eat it. It was cold by the time we got her attention. Then we asked for a box for my daughter's unfinished kids meal. The box never came, we were so frustrated with our experience we just left without it. Lastly, we ordered a pzookie, when it also never arrived, we asked where it was and we're told it was given to another table. We could wait for another, after having already waited 1 hour and 40 mins. (To paint a picture: My infant had a diaper change, nap, and eaten herself all in this amount of time.) Because we never received all of our food, we left still hungry. Still hungry, with a bill of $60+ for lunch that consisted of 2 side salads, a $24 pizza the size of a personal pizza, & 2 kids meals. It's ridiculous. I wish I never came here, it was a waste of time, money, and my infant's patience. I now have to go home and cook anyways. It's always relaxing to come to BJ for a small bite and an occasional drink on the weekend. Although the place is loud since it is a brew house, the lighting within the restaurant is smoothing to the eyes and not too dark. Our favorite gotta be the final finale after the meal, piezookie. I came in for dinner on a weeknight and ordered the all you can eat soup/salad/pizzookie for $13. My husband ordered the full rack ribs for $24. We made online reservations and were seated when we arrived which was great. The place was busy despite it being a Thursday night. It took awhile for both of our orders to arrive. The wedge salad and tomato mozzarella salad were both delicious. The chicken tortilla and clam chowder was delicious. However the chili was lukewarm after mixing in the sour cream topping. Despite the temperature, the taste was good. My husband enjoyed the ribs which were meaty and flavorful. Parking: This place has a decent sized parking lot that's accessible right off Huntington Drive and Gateway Drive. We didn't have any problems finding parking. Environment: It has the typical BJ's feel on the inside. After entering, we placed our to go order at the counter on the right; it has a "Take Out" sign right on top. Restrooms are located towards the left of the bar. There were also umbrella bags available near the door since it was slightly drizzling outside. The staff member who helped us with our order was friendly and patient. What was ordered: - Half BBQ Chicken and half Five Meats Pizza (yum) - Chips and Artichoke Dip (also yum) - Fried Calamari (a bit too crispy) Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. Just enough heat, tiny little grilled chicken cubes, distinguishable veggie varieties, and tons of savory flavor. Also, they didn't bastardize the soba noodle dish with cranberries or something BJ'sie, but expect it served fully-sautéed and hot unlike many cold peanut soba dishes. Saw on Facebook that BJs was running their $3 Pizookie Tuesday promotion so decided to drop by. I placed my order at 8:25 PM and selected ASAP for the pickup time. After driving over and parking, I received a text at 8:35 that my order was ready. I provided some quick details regarding my parking spot and one of the employees quickly brought my order out. Over the past couple of years, I've gotten the $3 Pizookie deal for takeout at other BJs locations and have been disappointed with the quality. Many times the Pizookie was quite burnt and not as chewy. However, I was glad to lift the cover off and reveal and perfectly baked Pizookie. The side of vanilla bean ice cream was perfect in balancing out the sweetness of the Pizookie. I'll definitely be returning to this location in the future and would recommend going on Tuesday if you're a fan of Pizookies! read more

We signed up for the wait list, and the table will be ready about 20 to 30 minutes, so we went out to get some grocery nearby. When we got the text, we already rushed back to the restaurant, but they said tables were assigned to others, and we had to wait another 15 mins or so. They should have called us to verify if we are coming back. We ordered the kids' menu for our little one, and we had their double bones in pork chop that came with soup or salad with 2 sides and dessert, sirloin steak with baby back ribs combo also come with 2 sides, and chicken parmigiana. Everything was great! Our server is quite attentive, although he did make some mistakes on our orders but was corrected later. We also ordered their holiday drinks "the tipsy snowman", it quite good more like Bailey's with cinnamon stick. We end our dinner with their famous pizookie with ice cream. read more

Tonight, I ordered dinner- a potato and a wedge salad. I've had wedge salads both ordered and in the restaurant many times. Tonight, I was stunned. The lettuce wasn't fresh. The ingredients stale. I had nothing else to eat, so what else could I do? It was horrible. This was not acceptable. How can someone put this mess in a container, seal it up, send it off and think this is ok? For $6.50. I'm a regular at this location and have to just say the food is so wildly inconsistent it's a task to return and give it another try. We have ordered pizza probably a dozen times and sometimes it's undercooked, overcooked, no crust, a TON of crust, there's no regularity at all. I ordered a burger, my fiance ordered a "kickin chicken sandwich" and both were not good. The burger was ordered as medium and was flat out BURNT, the chicken sandwich had no flavor, was dangerously undercooked (still cold in the middle) and just all around disappointing. We have each ordered these items before and they weee delicious. This kitchen needs to figure out how to have some consistency or they're going to drive out all their regulars. We've had nice managers help us out, we have also had a lady manager who flat out told us we were wrong and should leave (when we asked why the pizza was still dough in the middle..) It's a bit loud, I wouldn't bring my family here, but it used to be the go to for watching sports. But until the kitchen can get their shtick together, I don't know if we will return. read more
