Service was absolutely terrible. We came in around 6:30 ish and left at 9pm. Our waitress forgot about our drinks and then after 40 min said "i promise i didn't forget" and then brought out the wrong drink. The food took forever. A couple that sat down after us got their food before us and left before us and they had the same waitress. She told us as she was bringing out that food that they were out of the kids mac and cheese. Would've been good to know an hour earlier. My husband got his pizookie to go and we waited another 30 min for some pre scooped ice cream and a microwaved cookie. Absolutely embarrassment of a restaurant. read more

We have been here several times, with most of our experiences being very good. Today we just got my free pizookie as a takeout order. They have many delicious options, but my all-time favorite is the salted caramel one. The slightly underbaked cookie is always delicious. As a takeout order, the vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce/mini chocolate chips come in separate containers. Lots of restaurants have this type of dessert, but none are as yummy as BJ's! read more

Placed a Catering order for Father's Day. Ordered their Steak and ribs with two sides and salad. Portions were great. Plenty of food 4-6 people. The staff that brought the order out curbside was so friendly and kept apologizing for the "wait" which was only 6-10 min max. The steak was cooked to perfection. Medium well.
