The ribeyes were cooked to perfection & Franky was very friendly and provided excellent service.

This is a review for the service we received. We came in today to try their new weekend brunch. Since it was their first weekend with this brunch menu we fully expected there would be hiccups and there were many. Hiccups aside, the manager Jay listened to our feedback with intent and accommodated us accordingly. He was sincere and professional and it was very much appreciated. Tip of the hat to Lon, another employee, who assisted us during our dining experience. He was a total class act. We have been to this location many times over many years and have always had excellent experiences. We will definitely be back in a few weeks to give their brunch another go. Fransisco (Franky) was our server and he was great. Helped us with the food recommendations. For the appetizer we had the fried zucchinis and they were top notch! We went ahead with the ribeye, onion rings, and loaded mashed potatoes. The ribeye was nice and juicy, ordered it medium. Finally it was my husbands birthday. Franky brought out a birthday dessert. It was the perfect sweet treat. Chocolate chip cookie with ice cream on top and sang happy birthday. It was nice and quiet when we arrived and had perfect space for our stroller/car seat. read more

We chose the spinach and artichoke dip ! Steak not well cooked but overall and have seen a decrease in the quality of its steaks What caught my attention was the 3% fee of paid with credit card. This was a surprise and not advertised only until you pay. I don't like business that pass on the fee to its customers. I will not return because of that. Black Angus lost a loyal client because of the decrease in quality of its steaks and add on the 3% surcharge when you pay with a credit card that was my last straw. Never again. read more
