I've been here twice now and really they never fail to amaze me, with their service and their food. Everything is always fantastic. I know the price of the garlic noodles w the prawns seem like they have a hefty price tag on them but really if you are wise enough to try them, you will NOT regret it, not one bit. I've sampled the kalbi tacos. I really enjoyed those, especially with the kimchi and chipotle crema. I probably should've stopped after those delicious tacos but everything just looked so wonderful. The cowboy burger was fantastic, cooked to absolute perfection with that hint of pink. The bacon was sensationally smoked. The brisket was so tender as well. Everything was soooooo good. The crispy shallots were a great touch too. Yum! Yeee hawwwww to the party in your mouth from this burger. The round up of these flavors was so well balanced.

My First time visiting and was immediately greeted by the staff as a team effort. Everyone made sure I was taken care of every moment I was there with a smile and passion for food ! It was so hard to select what to eat .. it all sounded so good. I appreciated the suggestions and it sealed the deal.. I dove into a cowboy burger and wasabi fries ..the staff had me at hello when she described the homemade BBQ sauce and that it was marinated along with the shredded brisket and layered with a wagyu burger cheese and crispy onions .. and big slices of bacon! I had them add some arugula had to get my greens in. Haha! Beautiful presentation. Simply delicious and huge ! Great for sharing ! My wasabi fries had just the right spices with the side of lemon aioli. Outdoor seating available. Upscale casual . Pretty decor warm and inviting like the staff.

This place really knocked it out of the park tonight. I arrived early and it wasn't yet busy; the owner (I think) was chatting respectfully with two servers, they seemed to get along nicely which was good energy. The kitchen staff in the back were chatting away. Just good energy, good vibes. People seemed in happy moods, not performatively, just having a good time. Our server, Martín, was perfect. Friendly and warm, but not overly attentive or hovering. Every one of his recommendations was a hit. He allowed me to sample a little of the (House) Pinot Grigio and the (House) Sauvignon Blanc, gave me his opinion that the Pinot Grigio was just a tiny bit superior, and right he was. Took his recommendation and got the bao, they were absolutely amazing, and larger than I'd have expected. The Gado Gado Salad was interesting, I'm glad that we tried it. Flavors were mild and comfortable 'homey' (if you're from Indonesia, I'm assuming, what do I know?) and I suspect that if that's your thing, also a fantastic execution... wasn't my favorite dish but honestly I think that was just personal preference and it's an A+ to anyone into that dish. The Karaage Chicken Sandwich was one of the best chicken sandwiches I've had in my life, up there with Bakesale Betty's in Oakland, which is high praise indeed. Martín's recommendation to order the original style (more flavorful) and get the side of the spicy sauce to give it kick was absolutely spot-on. My friend had the Cowboy Burger and loved it too. The service, the vibe, the wine, the food, everything was just a homerun. And in the evenings there was even plentiful street parking on (southbound) La Cienega. I'm pretty sure I'm going to become a regular at this place. They just did everything right.

Our family loves this restaurant. Cozy, beautiful and the food heavenly. We all visit this place at least once a month and enjoy every bit served. Service impeccable and various wine and beer available to add to the experience. Highly recommend

Okay so I am not a vegan and I don't normally love burgers, unless it's like so life changing which it is in Blasteran. The Blasteran and Cowboy burgers are both exquisite, medium rare and I swear folks, I don't actually love burgers, some do, I don't, so for me to be in seventh heaven with every bite of this burger really means that this place is delicious and worth stopping in at! Also I have tried the Big Herbivore and it's delicious too, but I sub out for the real cheese and real brioche bun coz I'm not gluten free and I hate cashew cheese. It's kindergarten paste. Also I am trying to go veggie vegan, or really reduce my meat intake to once a month, so I did sub out the Blasteran yesterday for the first time with the impossible and I honestly don't know if they did it... because I couldn't at all tell the difference. So I'm still suspicious lol but think the flavor profile and palate carries through without any distortion even with the vegan meat unless they didn't sub out the wagyu but the restaurant promised me twice that they did

As it usually happens for us, we ended up here by accident. It was just a little bit after 4pm on a Saturday and we had just seen a movie so we were hungry after only having popcorn and candy. Every place we drove by was close and we were not about to settle for fast food so I kept driving. I noticed this spot due to their colorful sign. I made a quick u turn after we confirmed they were in fact open. Anita greeted us with a warm smiled. It looked crowded inside so we asked for outside seating since no one was out there. We started off with a bottle of their house rosé which was a Josh. We shared two starters which was the mac n cheese & brussels caesar. The mac n cheese was divine. The salad was something different. It was enjoyable. My entrée was the rendang noods and my friend got the herbivore burger. I was surprised at the spice level of my dish. My senses were a little overwhelmed being cross faded that the spice got me. It hit me so hard. We ended with an espresso and a super good dessert that I'm now forgetting. Thank you to Anita for taking such great care of us.

We had plans to go to a play at The Saban Theatre . We were looking for someplace to eat that was close to the theatre. My girlfriend found this place on Yelp and the reviews were outstanding, so of course we had yo check it out. Needless to say, we were not all disappointed. The burgers were phenomenal, home made fresh cut fries , and my friend said the garlic noodles were terrific. And did I mention the croissant toasted, French toast bread pudding; OMG, it was totally to die for. I hate that u was so full that I couldn't finish it. The burgers are a really nice size. I would defy say that you could share it . I was only able to eat half of mine. Actually all the portions weee a nice size, none of us finished our meals entirely. Did I mention that the Blasteran burger is made from Wagyu beef. The burgers cost about $30 and that does not include fries. The meal was pricey but definitely worth every penny. The lemonade was good but extremely tart. We got a shit of simple syrup yo put in it. The iced tea was good but not sweet at all. Our server was sweet, funny, engaging and extremely handsome. I will definitely be back. I saw a few more things in the menu that I must try out. Reservations are definitely recommended. We ate outside at the sidewalk patio. It was a nice sunny evening in LA; great vibe . So I go check them out, it'll definitely be worth it Oh , there's street parking as well as a parking it to the left of the building

I had some business nearby and decided pop in on this place. It was a bit past the lunch hour so it was pretty quiet. The service was pretty good and our young Brad Pitt look alike waiter was friendly and attentive. The food was primarily Asian fusion with some nonAsian dishes mixed in. I believe the owner is Indonesian so the gado gado salad was pretty legit. The wagyu burger was quite good although I never quite get the point of a wagyu or Kobe burger since they are about marbling and it's irrelevant when it comes to ground beef. At $24, it was a bit pricey and it didn't come with fries. Fries will set you back between $12-$17. The garlic noodle with added medley of mushrooms, however, was probably one of the best dishes I've had this year.

SO many good things to say about Blasteran. Everyone says that it's a hidden gem and they're exactly right - if you're looking for something relaxed and delicious in Beverly Hills, look no further. Blasteran has become a go-to dinner spot for it's delicious options, great service, and calm environment. Anthony is an excellent waiter who has remembered us time after time and chats with us while providing helpful insight when we're having trouble making menu decisions (which is often because the food is so good). On our most recent visit, I finally tried the much-loved garlic noodles with mushrooms and it was EVERYTHING. I was hesitant to give anyone else at my table a taste because I wanted it all for myself. The fries and beverages don't disappoint either - a solid portion of fries to share at the table and a delicious sangria hit the spot. We finished the night with a chocolate cake and another dessert that I can't remember it's name.

Since the yelp reviews were so positive we decided to try the restaurant since we were at LACMA and it was close. The restaurant wasn't busy and we we warmly welcomed. Ordered their burger and gado gado salad. Food was very good but after it was delivered no one spoke to us. No inquiries if we needed anything. So we're we're the only people left at 8 o'clock and they saw our empty plates and cleared them then asked we wanted dessert. I liked that they had Indonesian items on the menu but I'll have to think about returning.

This is my first Blasteran visit. I came with a girlfriend who has been here before. We both had the Big Herbivore. It was very tasty and exactly what I was craving. I got the salt n pepper fries while she got the wasabi fries. The fries are crispy, thin and delicious. Next time I will get the wasabi fries as they had the wasabi powder that I often crave. Mike was an attentive server who answered all our questions and made great suggestions. The restaurant is comfortable and nicely decorated. There is outdoor seating. There is meter parking right out front but no parking between 4-6 pm. We were able to find a spot behind the restaurant. There are adequate spots just don't park in any designated for other establishments. There is a back entrance. The restroom is gender neutral and very clean. The menu choices were plentiful. They offer small bites and happy hour. Next time I will partake in some adult beverages. If you are in the area I highly suggest you give this place a try and I hope you have the same wonderful experience.

The ambiance is super trendy and the inside of this place is spotless. Everyone's food was 10/10. I'm talking I had a piece of the 3 other people at the table and the place did not miss. I would highly recommend coming in here to eat if in the area. They were a little short staffed so the service was okay but outside of that, highly recommended stopping in. Cheers!

Greetings, everyone! My friend, Stacy, and I visited for dinner last night, and simply had a lovely time. It was my first time dining there. From Anita, who was the first to greet us, to the food-our experience was immaculate. We had the shishito peppers, Gado Gado salad, and the garlic noodles-all were very tasty! Landon, the owner, was welcoming, and attentive. I told him how much I loved the silverware-particularly this long-handled circular spoon. I asked him (seriously) if I could have it, and he graciously agreed. What a rock star move! Thanks, again, Landon! I will see you again soon. I saw this restaurant pop up on a New and Hot Restaurants in town list so I recruited a couple friends for a Saturday evening dinner here. We arrived around 7:30p and it was packed inside but we were lucky and got the last table for 4. And it definitely did not disappoint. Firstly to get it out of the way: service was great; the ambient music and environment was cool; and parking was easy and Free (you heard me right... After 6pm, plenty of free parking... try saying that anywhere else in LA!). This place is a hidden treasure! Now down to business: the food! We all eat a lot so we ordered a bunch of different dishes to try. The favorites hands down were: Wagyu Steak (seriously 5 stars!!): the quality and preparation of the meat was impeccable. Better than most of the steak houses you'd find around Los Angeles and for half the price. The steak was prepared medium rare. So tender and juicy. Seriously could have cut it with a butter knife. Totally unexpected. No sauce needed. Get this dish. You will not be disappointed. Garlic Noodles: BAM! If you're a noodle fan, then look no further. And even if you're not a noodle fan, this dish will convert you. Loaded with garlic, perfectly cooked noodles with tender juicy shrimp made this a spectacular dish. Seriously drooling just thinking about it (*wipes saliva off face*). Brussel Sprouts: Perfectly crisp. Perfectly tasty. And they do not skimp on the bacon. All the flavors complemented eachother so well. This is what our brussel sprout dreams are made of. Truffle Fries: finally some truffle fries that actually taste like truffle. That's hard to find. Most places skimp, but not here. The quality of the fries was great. So addictive! Blasteran Burger: Perfectly cooked. Amazing quality meat. Great gruyere cheese. Wonderful soft bun. With every juicy bite, I hoped it would never stop. Seriously I could order each of these over and over again. By the end of the night, I unbuttoned my pants and victoriously walked out of the restaurant a very satisfied man. Brunch looks pretty great too. Especially the bread pudding french toast and biscuits. Sorry that's my inner carb lover coming out. I'll start working out now to prepare for the next visit! read more

Ok...so this place is absolutely ridiculous. And I mean that in the very best way. We had an amazing lunch here today. The vibe in here is very cool...nice music, lighting, etc. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful. We ordered Brussels Sprouts to start, which were flavorful and were prepared with bacon. My burger, the Blasteran, was cooked perfectly and the brioche bun, onion strips, arugula.....yum. My wife ordered the laksa soup, an Indonesian soup flavored with lemongrass, turmeric, curry, clams, and a host of other ingredients. This soup takes 4-5 hours to prepare and is absolutely delicious. My brother had the steak sandwich. The steak is sourced from a supplier in Washington and is incredibly tasty. We will be back here read more

Delicious and great service! At times I have my doubts when places do Asian fusion, but Blasteran knows what they're doing. I came here with a friend on a Wednesday lunch. The stars were the garlic noodles, the cowboy burger, and the cauliflower hummus. Skip the tuna tartare. I would definitely come back. read more

Stopped by Blasteran for a quick bite to eat with my husband and a friend. I made sure to make a reservation ahead of time through Yelp. But I may or may not have been needed to because while the space was quite cozy and small, they may have been able to accommodate us even if we just showed up because they didn't actually look for our reservation when we arrived. We had three different people kind of check on us after we were seated and didn't initially know who our server was. But when we were finally ready to order someone was available to take it. Our food was great when it arrived but my husband had to send his burger back because he ordered well done and it came out at a medium. I had the pork belly bao and it was tasty. One strange thing to note was that some of the staff just sat down after awhile at a table nearby and just had their own dinner. This was weird because it just left one waiter for the whole restaurant for a bit. All in all I would return but I wouldn't be in a rush when I got there. read more

This restaurant is run by a wonderful couple of people who make amazing food. In each dish there is a distinct emphasis on quality over quantity, and there's nothing I have there that hasn't felt elevated over what I'd expect at other places. I ordered the garlic noodles with shrimp. The umami flavor was to die for, and the shrimp themselves were pan-seared to perfection. It added a beautiful textural contrast to the dish. Nothing overdone, all in perfect balance. Can't wait to try this place again! It's a must-visit for us when in Beverly Hills. read more

Between the simplistic yet amazing garlic noodles and the fresh add on they provide, the solid coffee and the amazing burgers served with their garlic truffle fries, Blasteran can have all my money, alll the time. Idea for brunch and lunch settings if you're on the Westside or in midtown. Wonderful service as well. Grateful for such kind staff in the middle of a pandemic. Been here a few times and everything I've ordered is perfect. The servers are at tentative and the food is delicious! For appetizers I highly recommend the tuna tartar, Brussels sprouts, and shishito peppers. For mains - the burgers are AMAZING! I've only had the burgers, but they're always cooked to perfection and with great ingredients. The next time I go, I'm getting the noodles which I just know are good (the tables I've seen eating them look to be enjoying them) I've only ever had the bread pudding dessert, and it's pretty good. The warm bread and cold ice cream is just such a good combination to round off a meal. In all honesty, this is one of my favorite restaurants. Trust me, you don't wanna miss out! read more

Blasteran is located in a great spot in Beverly Hills. The food is incredible. Maybe best meal I've had in all of California. We started with the crispy Brussels sprouts - delicious! We had the Blasteran burger- perfectly cooked with amazing flavors and textures! The Parmesan crisp on the burger was delightful! Also loved the garlic noodles - sweet and full of umami. The Gado Gado salad had the most amazing peanut dressing. The Kalbi tacos were so fresh and flavorful. We shared the bread pudding for dessert- the homemade ricotta was a show stopper. Vegans and vegetarians, rejoice! There are plenty of great options on this fantastic menu. We had a special visit with the Owner, Norma- the creative brains behind this place. She is incredibly talented....this place will have an epic future with her culinary ideas. We will definitely come back. Top 5 restaurants of all time. Thank you, Blasteran! P.S. This place was recommended to us by a hard-to-please foodie, and on our last trip to LA we ate here twice in three days. The food is prepared to perfection, and we all needed to consciously slow down our eating to savor it, so we didn't gulp it all down quickly because it tasted so amazing. The Blasteran burger is to die for, the fries are scrumptious, the garlic noodles are from heaven. Other diners had drinks that looked like they came from another planet (we didn't order drinks). We had the caesar salad, absolutely delicious. We consider having every meal here! Again in LA for 3 days, we will dine here at least twice. It's hard to order anything different when the dishes we've had in the past were so good! Next time, we will branch out and share something new, as long as we each get 1/2 of that amazing burger. The servers are genuinely friendly and this time we met the owners. Wonderful people, wonderful food, beautiful ambiance, indoor and outdoor seating, and the highest quality ingredients. Worth every penny! We can't recommend this place highly enough! read more

Discovered this place on a Sunday and it was a hit! Arrived early & was able to find free street parking. We were sat down quickly and the food was amazing. The owner introduced himself and mentioned that it was his and his wife's restaurant. We ordered the breakfast sandwich, an omelette & the chicken & waffles plate. Will definitely be coming back to support their business. Need to try their noodles next. Btw, the orange juice was delicious! read more

Let me start my staying...INCREDIBLE!! And we will be back!! We started with the fried cauliflower. The flavor was perfectly marinated and every bite was a tasty rush of some sort of soy sauce combination. The hummus and arugula complimented the cauliflower nicely too. I only wish it was a larger bowl, I wanted more! Also, the plates at this place are super cute!In fact on my first photo I focused on the plate vs the cauliflower! Haha! We then shared the garlic noodles and Blasteran Burger w/ truffle fries. The noodles were so buttery and the garlic was deliciously marinated into these noodles and the shrimp. So good!! My mouth is watering just thinking about them, in fact I think this will be what they become famous for! The burger was also excellent and cooked exactly how I asked. The bun had a great crisp and the fries were seasoned just right with truffle. I appreciated that I didn't have to ask for aioli on the side too! That's a big deal! The two waitresses working were so attentive, brought everything we needed and checked in on us even though we went at a slow time, which I've noticed with some restaurants is an easy time to be forgotten. They made us feel so welcome and we can't wait to go back for brunch! From food to staff this restaurant is defiantly starting a winner! read more

Amazing food and service! They have indoor and outdoor seating so we were able to take our dog as well. Definitely recommend the garlic noodles, they are a must-try. Our server was great and offered recommendations we all enjoyed. This place has a little something for everyone and with a unique spin on some classic dishes. Fusion cuisine at it's finest. The food was great. We had the fish plate and the lamb dish. We were also celebrating my wife's birthday and they were wonderful about it. The ambiance is very nice and soft, makes you feel comfortable. The service was great. We had to leave to go to a show at the Saban theater which is just a very short walk away. Oh, we had the Brussel sprouts for an appetizer and they were delicious. We definitely want to visit again. read more

Came here bc of the 5 star review & was not dissapointed!!! The server was so nice and patient. My friend and I wanted to order everything on the menu and the server did his best to recommend what he liked best and what was most popular. We ended up with the garlic noodles and the brussels sprouts which paired well together. Also ended the night with some French toast bread pudding so yummy!!! read more

The food here has been pretty inconsistent after my first visit I loved this place but once I visited a second time and third time I had different experiences. While the food has never been bad it has been bland and not what we ordered in some cases. Despite all the 5-star reviews, my clunky outdoorsy guy side was a little unsure about this trendy, vegetable-forward Indonesian fare. I do occasionally eat vegetarian but when I'm hungry I'm a full-fledged omnivore. The pork-belly baos was like an Indian-style Naan taco with a delicious combination of flavors. Good portions for an appetizer. Yumm yumm yumm ok what's next? The Cowboy BBQ Burger with Wagyu beef was excellent too, messy and absolutely scrumptulescent. My better half had the Blasteran Burger with fried gruyere and parmesan cheese with carmelized onions was fab too. So much for veggie-forward, I'm sure those dishes are divine as well. Service was excellent. We enjoyed the outdoor patio dining and sights/sounds of Hollywood rolling by. On this rare occasion, we inadvertently forgot to collect our credit card after transacting. The restaurant managers were kind enough to overnight it to us here in NorCal, and wouldn't even allow us to reimburse them for the fedex fees. First class people all around here. Wow... everything I've had from this place is just off the chart delicious. Just split the chicken sandwich, Laksa, wasabi salt fries and pork bun from Doordash with my wife and was blown away by how tasty the food was. Can only imagine it's even better to visit in person. If we need a hearty, full flavored meal this place got you covered! Price is on the higher side but portion is also good. We were walking back to our car after an appointment and saw that this place had lattes. We sat outside to drink our lattes and decided to also share a breakfast bacon, egg, cheese & avocado burrito and parmesan fries. The service was fast and very friendly. The fries were THE BEST and the aoli was sssoooo good I even put it on some of my burrito! We asked for the pico on the side. I would say that if I wasn't sharing I would have asked for the burrito without the potatoes (they were soft, not crispy). Also, the bacon was thick and very smokey tasting, which is not my favorite (I prefer thin, crispy and not smoked) but it was clearly stated on the menu so at least I knew what I was getting. I was in town Memorial Day weekend '22 for a family wedding, and this restaurant came up several times. Of course, this wedding was in BH...so not far. Now I'm not a vegetarian, but I seldom eat beef...especially burgers. But when you had multiple people praise somebody's Hamburger, in Los Angeles of all places,, your interest gets piqued. What the hell, if it's that good, I can swing by on my way back to LAX. So that's what we did. We ordered two signature Blasteran Burgers. BEST BURGER OF MY LIFE! We were running late, so we literally had just enough time to down a couple of the beauties. Rich and savory, with Wagyu beef, gruyere and caramelized onions on brioche, the interior was chill and quiet at 3pm and we were in and out quickly. The wait staff was attentive and attractive. The interior is lovely and CLEAN. In a word... Brilliant! Now we need a new reason to head back west. read more

I was looking for a cool establishment on national Burger day and found Blasteran. I saw the advertisement on Instagram and wanted to give it a try. I ordered the cowboy burger medium, it comes with applewood bacon, spare ribs and it comes with blue cheese but I changed it to Gruyere ( One of the best burgers I've ever had ). I also added garlic Parmesan french fries which they make homemade each day , they are incredible ! For dessert I had the bread pudding French toast . I was impressed by how friendly and attentive the servers and manager/owner were. I was here for about 15 minutes to pick up food. During the short amount of time I spent there, I saw the manager or owner check in with customers several times to make sure everything was good. He also stopped by to apologize for the short wait. I got the short rib tacos, which were delicious as well. It's two tacos but they're loaded with galbi. There's also a park right across the street if you want to pick up food for a picnic! read more

On the way home, I see this place and enter. I needed a burger that day, so I ordered a burger. It was extremely juicy, fresh and soft. I saw garlic noodles on the menu, and the waiter suggested it to me, it was delicious. And he was really right, it had super taste and quality. If you are with friends you can order beer. All I can say is I can eat Laksa, Garlic noodles, burger and garlic parmesan fries and their cauliflower snacks, EVERYDAY but I will be broke if I do that. So I treat my self with their food once a week. I tried almost each items on the menu and they were great! They have almost everything for everyone, carnivore, pescatarian, vegan or gluten free. Found this gem by accident. The food is delicious! We had the Blasteran burger and garlic fries. We ordered the truffle Mac and Cheese and by far it has been the best Mac and Cheese I have tasted. Came back 1 month after with my husband and he loved it as well. He ordered the BBQ Galbi Tacos and loved them. If you love garlic I recommend the garlic noodles. I did order it with a side of steak. As this restaurant located in La Cienega Blvd, I choose to sit inside. Because it is crowded and noisy street. Absolutely loved the place!
