I used to be a normal customer at the Bowling Green location because the pizza is amazing! To complete the experience, I always get the coconut fresca drink. Due to some personal business, I haven't been able to visit this location in about a month. Whenever i came back, my favorite drink was gone! I was so disappointed that this occurred. I brought my family for dinner and i will not be back. Gave it a 2nd chance and it was worse tonight then the first. If i could give it 0 stars i would... We felt un welcomed as too the employees were rude.. The people in front of us was having problems as well. After we got done i met and employee at the drink station and she seemed upset. I asked if i could help her And she stated that she was going to end up quiting because she was being bullied.. And it was by a girl who was training to be a shift leader. She said she over heard people laughing at her for wearing her glasses. And was told by Nother employee that they was going to break her glasses if she keeps wearing them..That is so uncalled for. I was kind of disappointed the toppings were bland, meats were very mild and not a lot of cheese. The crust was crisp and ok. The service made up for part of it, the staff was very friendly and the speed of service was very good. The dining area was very clean. Everyone here is usually pretty awesome and make my pizza perfectly. Last night my vegan cheese was undercooked, I asked the guy if he could throw it back it the oven, he said the vegan cheese doesn't melt.. it usually melts, maybe it didn't this time because I got extra sauce.. I don't know. So, he ended up putting it back it back in the oven, seemingly pretty annoyed at my request, with the paper still underneath the pizza! He brought the pizza to the table, and the paper was completely cooked to the crust! The whole pizza was ruined. I took it back and showed them.. Petra stepped in and was really awesome and very accomadating though, she made me a brand new pizza and who I'm pretty sure is a manager gave me a free pizza card while I was eating it. So it turned out to be a better experience because of those two. No hard feelings to the dude who was pissy with me either, I'm not one to drop names, but I'd like to thank the girl named Petra. read more

I have eaten at this chain in Pennsylvania and Tennessee. This one I consider the best because the employees didn't skimp on the ingredients. Particularly, they didn't peel individual leaves off the artichoke or try to separate every ground of bacon. The male employees on the line were over the top friendly. It's pretty good oven fired, thin crust pizza. Decent prices ($28 for three people). Minimal beer selection, but good and unique selection of non-alcoholic carbonated and non-carbonated beverages. Fast service on a moderately busy evening. Definitely a change of pace from most other chain pizza restaurants. read more

For fast food, Blaze pizza is great. I took my sister there yesterday who is visiting from out of state, and she remarked at not only how much she enjoyed her pizza, but also the friendliness of the staff. Everyone was so kind. Great stop on a busy Saturday with three hungry kids. We wanted to avoid the long wait we knew most restaurants would have on a weekend night and I'm glad we stopped here! Service was fast and friendly and the ordering process was simple. (The best description I can provide is: Subway, but with pizza lol.)
