The pizza is absolutely delicious. We had a great pizza maker who really hooked it up with the toppings. I highly recommend you get the balls of mozzarella all over on top of the regular shredded mozzarella for the ultimate cheesy goodness. My only complaint is how filthy the place was. The area she was making the pizzas looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day. See the picture I took. Think of Blaze pizza as a subway for pizza lovers !! There are tons of toppings and it was a bit overwhelming but the employees were helpful and were patient with me. It's 7.95 for a decent size personal pizza. I ended up taking half of it home for dinner ! Only thing I would complain about is the to-go boxes are TINY.. shaped like a rectangle so my half pizza didn't fit in there nicely.. but I guess they're trying to be eco friendly.. or I just suck at eating pizza anyways awesome place! read more

Slow, slow, slow. Came here Friday and waited in line. Stood nearly 50 minutes in a line that rarely and barely moved. It really wasn't a long line either. You could not actually build your pizza in line either as the toppings aren't on the board and there are no menus or other materials available while you are standing around. Maybe that's why the line doesn't move - you have to wait to get to the counter to start building your pizza and everyone waits while that happens. Tables were dirty and covered in food. The stack of returned trays was literally 18" high when a customer added the one that sent them crashing to the floor momentarily silencing the place. When we got our pizzas they had mixed the order up. I got mine but my wife's was someone else's. It took another 5 minutes for the employee to solve it which involved slowly walking the counter line looking for it - oh, and he had to check somebody else out while the pizzas got cold. There could be potential here, but without some management and process improvement this place might not be around long. read more

Regarding our visit 9/29, around 2pm. From about March through July, this place was awesome. It was a well oiled machine. It was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, food was made quickly and tasted great. But then the past three visits since then have been terrible, with yesterday probably being the last. The kitchen was in chaos; the employee adding the cheese and sauce was making an absolute mess (food cost % have to be going up if this is happening daily). The floor, seats, and table tops were disgusting. The diet Coke was out (notified by the handwritten paper sign). The drink area was a mess, with liquid all over the counters and floors. The men's toilet was out of other (also notified by a handwritten paper sign). The men's room was disgusting. Now it was a tad busy (about 2pm on a Saturday), but there was down time. During this down time, employees didn't do much. One employee attempted to clean the glass on the front door, and used the same stuff to barely clean one table top before walking away and disappearing. Another employee was writing on her hand with a marker/pen that's used to write the orders on the paper the pizzas go on. Other employees were hanging out in the back hallway near the bathrooms. Seriously... What the hell is going on with operations here?? This is possibly the worst restaurant management I've seen in a while. I used to be able to recommend this place to everyone... Update on October 3, 2018 Today I came in due to a coupon on the Blaze Pizza app for free pizza with a cold drink purchase. I was in the area so I couldn't resist! Unlike my first visit, the pizza was FANTASTIC (build your own pizza) and the customer service was even better. Although the young lady who greeted me and took my order wasn't as friendly, another Blaze worker, Martin went above and beyond to make my customer experience amazing. He not only helped me with getting a high chair for my son, but after noticing my hands were full on the way out as my son was sipping from my DELICIOUS agua fresca kiwi drink, he offered to help me by carrying my leftover box and drink to the car. Wow!!!! That never happens. I'm so impressed by Martin and thankful we had the opportunity to experience his kindness today. I could go on about him and the delicious pizza and freacas drinks at Blaze, but I'll stop here! :) I had high hopes for this place after my mom raved about her visit to the location in San Clemente, California. Sadly, I was quite disappointed by our location here in Fort Worth. I tried the Red Vine pizza with added chicken, roasted garlic, mushrooms, and pineapples. It might be helpful to put in the following cross streets on your map: Bryant Irvin Rd & Arborlawn Dr. The place is located next to REI and Zoes Kitchen. This is the chipotle for pizza. I was initially going for one of their signature pizzas, the BBQ chicken, and ended up customizing my own toppings along the way. They used the white cream sauce for the BBQ chicken pizza. On top of the mozzarella and chicken, I added smoked ham, spinach, mushrooms, applewood bacon, and roasted garlic. My boyfriend built his own pizza with the classic red sauce and lots of meat. There are a lot of cheeses to choose from: ricotta, shredded mozzarella, feta, and parmesan cheese to name a few. The pizzas are thin crust. I personally would prefer the crusts to be a tad bit crispier and crunchier. If you are into garlic, you must get the roasted garlic - it's game changing. I really enjoyed their blood orange lemonade, and highly recommend it. The location is very neat and clean. It can get pretty loud inside with a lot of people. Awful Organization when cooking pizzas. From in House orders to on line order.... Placed an online order for 7:30 pick up. Walked in around 7:25pm to find two of our items just sitting. This place is very good. It's kinda like a Pie Five but better. If you don't know what Pie Five is, it's kinda like a Subway with pizza. Everything tastes very fresh. I felt like I was getting a high quality pizza. Pizzas are personal size at a very affordable price. $7.95 for a menu pizza or a build your own. I was able to put whatever I wanted on it for the same price. The crust is on the thinner side, but it's not paper thin. Its also light on the sauce. What I love in a good chain/franchise restaurant is consistency! This was our second visit to Blaze, but at a different location than our first visit. The place is very open with tall ceiling, big windows, lots of seating both inside and out on the patio. We were greeted right away, staff was attentive and friendly. This time, my pizza consisted of: regular crust, pesto sauce, mozzarella and goat cheese, Italian sausage and salame, black and kalamata olives, artichokes, roasted while garlic cloves, all topped with arugula and balsamic glaze. We got water and found a seat on the patio. I checked their house drinks for the prickly Pear lemonade I had gotten at another location, but it wasn't there. The blood orange one was though, which was also a tasty one, but I ended up just sticking to my H2O. A few minutes later we could see our Pizzas coming out of the oven, so in we go to pick our finishes. I chose the fresh arugula, balsamic glaze and olive oil drizzle. It wasn't until I sat down that I noticed the girl making my pizza had forgotten the drizzle, but I was hungry and didn't care to go ask her to add it. The arugula and balsamic were yummy enough for me! I guess I like a salad on top of my pizza, don't judge me! ;) The crust was perfectly cooked, crispy but still tender.
