We were driving by and saw this place and decided to stop in and I'm glad we did. This is a great place to drop in for a quick bite to eat. It's great for kids too because you can build your own pizza. You can also pick one of their signature pizzas and then add toppings to it- and they don't charge you! I haven't figured out why a lot of their stuff says fried pizza because they bake it in a brick oven and it only takes a few minutes! The pizza was delicious. I LOOVEEE BLAZE! You can't beat building your own pizza with as many toppings as you like for $8.45! It's so amazing! They have the freshest ingredients and it's fast! I've never sat in the restaurant, I always get it to go, but I am NEVER disappointed. I do however, like the outdoor fire that they have lit on the cold nights, should you decide to sit outside. The service I receive is always pleasant, and it seems like everyone enjoys working there. New to Florida and gluten-in-tolerant, my co-workers highly recommend Blaze pizza. When door-dash arrived with my order, I was stunned to find my 11" round 4-slice pizza in a rectangular box. I found three uneven slices of pizza inside upon opening the box; no matter how I organized the slices, they lined up to slightly more than 1/2 of the pizza. My fallback is to order a salad along with the pizza, only to find it loaded with croutons--a careless but forgivable act. Sampling the ingredients before tossing out the pizza and salad, I understand my co-workers' support for Blaze, and they would have been my choice when ordering pizza! read more

This was my 2nd time coming here. My bf had take 2 which was a salad and half pizza. He said the Caesar dressing was very good. The lettuce was fresh and the amount was just right. He had a half pepperoni and bacon pizza. He really enjoyed the flavor and the style which it was cooked. The only thing was they have only one beer on tap and maybe 4 different bottled beer and it would have been nice to have a better selection. My daughter had just cheese pizza and drink. Could have had just a little more cheese. I had white pizza with bacon. The pizza was good but they were real chincy on toppings. The pizzas came out very quickly and were a good price but again the toppings were light. Overall I will come back here if I am in the area. We chose mozzarella, fresh mozzarella, bell pepper, mushroom, sausage, and pepperoni ( wa also top it off with extra cheese). The staff is personable and quick. I have to say this is one of the better wood-fired pizza restaurants that I have been to that is a chain. I've tried Pieology and MOD, but I really liked the crust and toppings here at Blaze Pizza. They had an awesome deal on the app where I got a free pizza with the purchase of a drink, so I had to try them out. I placed the order on the app and went to pick it up. I decided to go with the Meat Eater pizza, which came with onions, pepperoni, Italian sausage, and cheese. I was able to walk up to the counter and let them know that I was picking up a pizza via an app order. They had it ready to go, plus a cup for my fountain drink. The pizza was perfect, with the right amount of ingredients and plenty of cheese. If I was paying for the pizza, $8.95 for 6 slices isn't a bad deal! They do get busy around lunchtime, so be prepared for a little bit of a crowd. Otherwise, I would say place an order on the app if you are in a hurry. read more

Saw the good reviews and decided to give Blaze Pizza a try. Ordered through Uber Eats. We only got a large pizza with a s'mores pie. The pizza was the quality of a digiorno frozen pizza. I think they took a pepperoni pizza that had been sitting around under a heat lamp and threw the extra toppings that I ordered on top and stuck it back in the oven. There was hardly any cheese on it. It was just pathetic. The s'mores pie was two cookies with marshmallow cream and a small amount of chocolate between them. Also a disappointment. I knew when I was reading the previous reviews that when everyone kept saying it was a great budget pizza that I should t have bothered. I think Red Baron frozen pizzas are better than this. The menu does not indicate there's an up charge for the GF crust, and the guy that took my order didn't tell me. After going through the line and choosing my toppings, the girl at the register told me the price. I asked how it got so expensive. It was the crust... sorry she says, we have a new employee at the front of the line, he was supposed to tell you there's a $4 up charge. He didn't. I would have gotten the pizza anyway because I have a gluten allergy... it was just an unpleasant shock, and I should have been told. All in all, I felt like the pizza was not worth the price. However, they all seemed to be a little distracted, looking for something to do or not really fully into the thing they were doing. I have been really wanting to try this place, but I don't see myself coming back any time soon. At first it seemed very reasonable and appealing, about $9 for a custom personal pizza. But my experience just screamed "stingy chain, meh quality". I picked the Red Vine, which comes with red sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, basil, and cherry tomatoes. I subbed for the spicy red sauce but you would never know by the taste, and added roasted garlic. Let me just say, it was all I could do to refrain from saying "LOL, you're shitting me right?!" to the girl making my pizza. First, she broke a tiny ball of mozzarella into like 4 small pieces and plopped them on my pizza. Mind you this pizza is pretty plain so the cheese is a crucial topping. While she was certainly over theatrical (think salt bae but with cheese), she hardly sprinkled a PINCH of Parmesan over my entire pizza. I asked for some more and again she grabs the tiniest pinch possible, as if it's a game, and flings it across the pizza so that a few bits actually manage to land on it. At this point my pizza looks completely bare with a few polkadots of cheese. It wasn't until my friend suggested she just add some shredded mozzarella that my pizza started looking normal. Anyway, the only other topping on the pizza was tomato and she blessed me with 5 whole pieces (that doesn't even come out to one tomato on every slice!) before I had to ask for more. As it turns out they only cook your pizza for like three minutes anyway, so asking for more tomatoes was a mistake as they were all completely under cooked. The olive oil drizzle was a bit more than a drizzle and I pretty much had a wet soggy under-cooked raw tomato pizza. I'm sure they could do a pretty normal pizza without messing it up so I'm giving it two stars. Overall for $15 I could have had a really nice lunch somewhere like Cooper's Hawk. Or ordered a dominos carryout pizza and parmesan bites- which would have been better lol. read more
