Okay so bad mood while driving at lunchtime today and Blaze Pizza made it better. The whole concept of a place where you can create your own pizza like you'd create your own sandwich at a Subway is genius. My server Anna was very friendly and super quick. We zoomed right down the line to the oven covering my pizza in all the tasty delectables. You would think with this type of establishment that the pizza would just be mediocre or that of one of the quick pizza chains around town that serve pizzas for only $5, but that would just be untrue. The pizza was delicious. All of the toppings were fresh and the crust was perfect. Oh and did I mention that they have good ranch? Good ranch is an absolute must for pizza lol. Honestly had never heard of the place and bumped into them while I was driving up Craig road in North Las Vegas. I chalk that up to a great find because to me pizza is life. They say that even bad Pizza is still good pizza but Blaze Pizza was phenomenal and especially for the price. To say that I'm grateful for Blaze coming to NLV is an understatement. The drive down to Decatur gets old after awhile. This location is a bit smaller in terms of available seating, but that's ok. We have been here at various times-- including the weekend lunch and weekday dinner rush with no problems. It's clean and the staff is courteous and attentive. My family and I went there for their opening day today and it was awesome! We each showed that we follow Blaze on Facebook and we each got a free pizza! We've been to Blaze many times and have never been disappointed. The pizzas are delicious no matter what kind you choose. My favorite is the bbq chicken minus the Gorgonzola and minus onions but add bacon and pineapple! Don't forget a little sprinkle of sea salt and oregano. The garlic knots are absolutely delicious and a must try! The salads are great too, we've tried them all. The blood orange lemonade is amazing and the blue sky sodas are fantastic too. You really can't go wrong with anything at Blaze pizza and if something isn't right then they're always happy to remake it for you. Just left Blaze and I'm in shock! This is the first time I've been here since the quarantine has begun to lift. Their work space is a complete mess! The line where they make the pizzas has food all over it and the trash can behind the counter is over flowing. The toppings are all over the place and I saw flies on the counter. It looks like maybe they got slammed a long time ago and never cleaned up. 1620 E. Craig Road NLV, NV location has been consistent for having utter failure when ordering online? Food missing (numerous times) and loads of apologies after I have had to drive to the store (AFTER DELIVERY?) New Years Eve 2022, no order came, yet my app shows it was delivered? When I called, I was told it was sitting there & no one to deliver, and this is after I ended up paying an $80.00 tip on the app, that was suggested. I received 2 free, 11 inch pizza coupons & apology. Unacceptable! January, 1/2 order showed up & I had to go and pick up the other half, with another apology. January still, started going in the lessen the chance of error. Paid & headed toward the door. A assistant manager coming from break looked at register and called me back to say I hadn't paid? The worker never gave a receipt but gave me 30% discount because of my points. Assist Manager said the register won't close out, so I couldn't have paid? I attempted to open my app to show my points & it wouldn't open? So I proceeded to open my bank account to show the the debit. Decided to order pizza tonight from one of my favorite places. Usually get a build your own regular crust pizza. Tonight we ordered 3 separate pizzas and the crust was as thin as a piece of paper. It was not a thin crust order. I am very disappointed- we have always ordered regular crust and it has always been fluffy and delicious. I even sometimes order the thick fluffy crust. This crust was disgusting and barely had any ingredients on it. When I return I definitely will be specifically calling my order in to tell them how I would like the pizza done. I'm not sure who the management is at this location but it's clear they have no oversight or care for their store. The last three times I've visited, once for dine in and twice for carry out my orders have been wrong and needed to be fixed (twice) or the pizza was burnt (once). The staff was apologetic and made it right but that should never have happened in the first place. And I'm not sure about others but I have a three strikes and you're out policy.
