Stopped for pizza and saw that we had to order online no big deal. Two pizzas for 10 dollars was a good deal after asking employee if they could cook it longer or add on some things you couldn't add on from the app they said no can't do it. So it seems like these kinds of places are popping up all over- but this one is the best, in my opinion, and I travel half an hour to go to this one! The ingredients are fresh and unique, the sauce is a perfect blend of whatever pizza sauce is made of! i love that I was able to choose my toppings- I love the to go boxes for taking home leftovers. Oh, and this is the ONLY place I have ever seen with zucchini as a topping- I didn't even know I could get that as a topping before, but now it is my favorite! These people had the gall to tell me that my ovalini mozzarella counts as my one topping on my one top pizza. On what planet does cheese count as a topping? Even your own website doesn't say that. Funny how I can get the same order 10+ times in a row at various other chains (including this one the week before my last visit) yet now it's a problem? If I had just placed the order online, it would've gone​ through with no issues. This is a great place to eat pizza. We came here at 6:00 PM the place was crowded but the line moved very fast. Pizza was cooked just right and the staff behind the counter was very friendly. I like the fact that you can pick any topping that you want for your pizza at no additional charge. The prices are very reasonable. My husband goes here once a week for lunch. He loves it. In fact, he wouldn't stop talking about it for the first few weeks so we went on a weekend. I got the white pizza with random toppings and it was delicious...when it was hot. This is not the pizza where you can eat cold leftovers. The crust is soft and disgusting unless you warm it up in an OVEN. At that point, all is well again. Atmosphere is fine. Nothing special. This place is delicious! The crust is amazingly light, there are so many toppings to choose from, and every time we've gone the staff has been friendly and happy. There are times when we've driving by and it's very crowded, but when we've gone the line hasn't been too bad. I love the outdoor seating option when it's a beautiful day. Absolutely delicious gluten free crust! They do charge 2 more dollars for the crust but still, $9 for unlimited toppings?! That's a steal! Also the staff was so wonderful about my gluten allergy, they ask if it's an allergy or just a preference. Since mine is an allergy they changed gloves, and put the pizza in its own pan to dress and cook. I appreciate that so much! The pizza was so delicious and the service was pretty quick, just watch out about going during peak time (lunch time, dinner) because I hear the wait can be a little long. However, the service delivery model is broken and has been for over a year. Online orders always take priority at this location. But then you get a subpar experience because you aren't there to give that little extra feedback in topping portion size, and the pies may sit and get cold before you collect them. But if you stand in line, the employees don't care that the line is out the door - fill the online orders in front of everyone waiting. I've stood in a line two dozen people that didn't move for 20 minutes because they didn't have capacity among their avalanche of online orders stacked up. So if you get the craving, know that you'll wait forever in line, or won't get a perfect, warm pie through the online approach. read more

Blaze Pizza is a fast-casual pizza restaurant similar to Pizzeria Locale, which is right down the road, so I will the compare the two. In regards to the food, Pizzeria Locale is slightly better than Blaze Pizza. However, taking into account the service and the experience, Blaze Pizza outdoes Pizzeria Locale. Ordering is much easier since there is a Build Your Own Pizza option with unlimited toppings at Blaze that has a flat price of $8.45. This is so much easier than paying per topping at Pizzeria Locale. Additionally, there are more options of what to put on the pizza and there are very good looking salads and cookies at Blaze. The restaurant also looks better on the inside and is well organized for ordering and pick up. read more

Is this a 5 star place? Not really but it's at least 4 stars. The reason why I give it 5 stars is because it is the best tasting pizza within 30 minutes from Cincy. The food is beyond fresh, made in house and the staff is super friendly. They also use a very decent high quality mozzarella cheese. The sauce isn't salty like most places and the dough is as fresh as can be. The toppings are crazy plentiful with indoor/outdoor seating. When I take the trip to Blaze Pizza I usually get 3-6 pizzas so I can freeze some. I laugh at that Piada whatever Italian whatever street food place next door. This place absolutely destroys that place. They'll be times I walk into Blaze and there is 50 people waiting in line to the door/out the door. That other place will have like 2 people in line. It's great to see a chain like Blaze take pride in Italian food instead of what 9/10 pizzerias do and sell glorified frozen pizza. Why bother? read more

I went to try blaze pizza for the first time and it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. First off, I am vegan I was looking to try something different to eat so I decided to go to blaze because it seemed like a pretty cool place to go. You can customize your pizza and everything. So I order both of my pizzas and to my surprise they offer vegan cheese, I was very excited. I got my pizza's and went home. Me and girlfriend began to eat the pizza's and both of us had this urge to throw up. We thought nothing of it at first but we ate another slice and the urge kept coming. At first we thought it was the vegan cheese but as we began to examine the pizza the dough was not cooked all the way. We began to have major stomach pain and felt extremely nauseous. I am highly disappointed and will NEVER eat at blaze pizza again. Waited for a while for my pizza then when I asked where the second pizza was, they then told me that it was dropped and they would have to remake. The fact that you can get a whole pizza with all the toppings you want is a plus in itself but when you add the fact that all the toppings are fresh and the amount of toppings offered, is an amazing plus! My pizza is covered from side to side with veggies and anytime you want more, they give you more. It is always busy which we all know is a good sign! The manager is incredible. I go at times once a week but mostly about once every two weeks and they know me at this location. They are very courteous and are always there to help. If I could recommend anything it would be this place. Taste, ingredients, customer service, bang for your buck are all A+++ here! Get the app as well! It gives you rewards for free pizza every time you go. My only recommendation would be they give you credit per pizza purchased and not per visit. The food: there are a lot of pizza options as well as create your own. I went with the specialty meat eater pizza. The toppings appeared fresh but the paper thin pepperoni had almost no flavor. The crust was thin and crispy and cooked perfectly for my liking. However, the overall taste was no better than a pepperoni and sausage tombstone pizza. Maybe I'm expecting too much from a quick service lunch spot. I really WANT to like Blaze and I will definitely go back to try something else. I'm just not sure that I'll ever pick Blaze over Piada when I'm in the area for lunch. Seems like a lot of hype for a pretty average offering. read more
