Blaze pizza is my go to pizza spot. It never fails me. Every location I have gone to other than the hemet location has been delicious!

The pizza may or may not be good, but we'll never know, because we couldn't place an order over the phone. We spent *way* too much time trying to reach them, only to be routed to a call center. The problem? The "call center" dead-ends into a voice mailbox that was "full" whenever we called. So, in summary, no one picks up at the store and their ordering call center routes to a voicemail box. Way to go, Blaze. We wound up ordering from Domino's instead. Much less of a headache. read more

The company reached out and we tried the Palm Springs location, night and day. The pizza was consistently better and we experienced much better service. Last time we were there we we especially impressed with Marcos who was the manager that evening. Nice to know we can still enjoy Blaze Pizza, just have to drive a little further. read more

Hi! This blaze store was very accommodating to me and my staff. Tennis Channel came down from LA to work the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament. I ordered around 25 pizzas a couple times and each time they were super friendly and willing to help me out with a quick turnaround. Shout out to Brandon and his staff they were really on top of it. Omg i love this place so much! I'm very happy this is one spot that even offers a keto option! I always get a build your own keto crust pizza and top it with as much meatballs chicken bacon and mozzarella as I want!! The non keto crust is great too because it's thin. I'm not sure if their dough has sugar in it, if so probably very little I hope, but that's one thing I don't like so much in pizza dough from other places. Hot mess , gave me my pizza on a hot pizza tin , couldn't pick it up or I would burn my fingers, had to scrabble to find napkins, finally find them .. got my drink , I had to guess what it was, 4 canisters of yellow and pink drinks were with no label, I assumed it was pink lemonade , nope, no straws , they said we don't have straws..‍ the salad had maybe a hint or dressing.. I ask for Italian which I assumed it was, he said , we don't have Italian, we only have balsamic , ranch and something else , I said just give me what you out on the Greek salad, fills this little tiny cup of a watery yellow dressing, i assumed it's a lemon dressing .. the preparation area was dirty and workers were very unorganized .. the pizza tasted flat , no flavor .. think twice if you go there, very poorly run establishment. read more

Have been frequenting this location for about a year or so. Blaze, I have to say, is my favorite of all of the new line-assembly build your own pizzerias. it is an assembly line style eatery so don't expect too personable of service from the workers as things move pretty quick. The pizzas are a good value and the ingredients seem like a decent quality. I usually build my own or settle for a simple cheese pizza, which is even better with the fresh mozzarella. My personal tip is to tell the cook's to make your pizza a little well done because I've found that the regular bake leaves the pies feeling a bit floppy. Well done solves the issue and adds a nice little crunch to the crust. The blood orange lemonade is tasty! read more

Horrible Manager and Service! I've been to this place quite a few times and do not expect a good customer service but today was just too much and unacceptable even for fast food. When my turn came to order I was asked what kind pizza would I like and as I started answering an associate just turned around and left in the middle of my sentence. The next one came after some time and It was a headache communicating that I wanted exactly two of the same pizzas. There was no basic human interaction. Manager kept pulling people, adding people then pulling them again. You have to keep repeating as they are not even looking at you. No matter how many times please and thank you say and the very generous tip you leave it does not make any difference. A lady manager was so rude to the person working the oven. She seriously needs to reconsider her place. Doesn't she realize that people are watching. You can tell that moral was non existent, workers were confused and scared or just not trained right. On top of that, place is very dirty . Reading from other reviews makes you think about the food itself. People are ordering with their heads over food with no mask or not properly having masks on. It just a mess. I think that regional manager needs to fix this mess. They were over staffed and not listening. It was painful too watch. It's too bad but I am done with giving them a chance. OMG, this pizza! This is my 3rd day in a row to eat here because it is THAT good. As many quality toppings on whatever type of crust for a decent sized pizza at only $8...WINNING!!!! This was one of the worst pizzas I have ever had. I got the gluten free crust and while I appreciated the allergy protocol they did seem to follow the crust itself is awful. As someone who is celiac and eats gluten free all the time--there are some wonderful quality crusts out there. This one is terrible. It never gets crispy. I even had them put it back in. Didn't help. They toppings were sparse and when I asked for a little more I got a tiny bit more. I gave up on this pizza and went to Chipotle. It was literally like eating dough. Awesome Possum! This is my first Yelp review ever and this place was soo good that I just had to write one. I came here for a quick bite and had a craving for pizza. The service was outstanding and my pizza was created with love and care (I can tell these things). There were many toppings choose from but I did not let that deter me from my pizza mission. I called blaze Pizza and spoke to two different people one guy took my order and said come in in five minutes it will be ready. I then left my house which is 10 minutes away arrived at blaze Pizza and then acted like no one ever answered my phone call they had no idea who I was and the manager happen to be on a smoke break. They then finally made my pizza and then the manager came out and offered me a free drink for my next visit with purchase of a pizza. I told him no I don't want it. This franchisee need's to take Fast off their name. First time there and last. They are dead to me. I only went because I was meeting up with a group who had already ordered and got their food. (I was not late. I found out in-rout to another place). Blaze has a lot of options. Non that I care about after seeing a pizza/salad someone got. I got in line, asked for a pepperoni pizza. Simple? Asked if they were good and if I could go and wait for it to be ready. They said yes. Went back to pay after some time talking to the group and I thought it would be ready. Nope they didn't even start it. I was sitting right in-front of the counter. Another guy asked "what do you want on it?" I replayed "It's a pepperoni pizza? I'm good. Forget about it." Apparently online the Franchisor has a pepperoni pizza option. If the Franchisor knows what a 11 Inch pepperoni pizza is; why doesn't the franchisee' employees? Oh well. I'm good. Huge fan of the custom pizza while you wait concept, decided to give this one a try as I've tried the other two competing chains in the area. I wish I could say my experience was pleasant but it was anything but. The kid building my pizza was extremely stingy with the toppings as in 5 pepperonis, a sprinkle of cheese, I literally had to ask multiple times for more on certain toppings. I just think to myself, would you make YOUR pizza like that? If no, then it's unacceptable. I would have let that slide, if I could have enjoyed the food in peace, place was packed however so I was forced to find seating outside. Well lo and behold, I go to the patio and two uniformed employees(18-20, female, both very thin framed) are ROLLING A JOINT and preparing to SMOKE MARIJUANA in full uniform at their place of work. I get it, it's legal now, but to show blatant disrespect as to smoke in the patio of your own place of work in uniform no less? I was pretty much forced to take my pizza home to eat it. I'm sorry but if this is the norm, then that explains the careless attitude of the youngsters working the counters there who are not paying attention to quality and customer satisfaction. Very disappointed, the pizza lacks flavor, is limp, and the sauce tastes like its out of a jar. The crust is paper thin, limp, and flavorless - cardboard has more flavor than this crust. Still trying to figure out the strange aftertaste. If you want a pizza that makes Tony's frozen pizza taste great, this is the place for you!!! How could one not like this place? Tricky parking lot, but worth the effort. Pick a preset pizza or make you own, same price! I ended up slightly modifying one of the preset pizzas and I am happy I did. Toppings were fresh and I didn't feel cheated, like some pizza places. I opted for 1/2 pesto, half red sauce. I'll stick to the red sauce, next time. I asked for kalamata olives. So nice and briny, an excellent addition to my pizza. My sister had told me about the blood orange lemonade. So good! This was done on line . I picked up pizza and get home to find no mushrooms, no utensils no napkins . Not the end of the world but how hard is it to make sure all the ingredients are on the pizza as ordered ?
