Firstly, I am not a fan of thin pizza, however this one is really good. I love the fact that you can build your own with basically unlimited toppings. Received a coupon in the mail for a free pizza so I decided to try it out. Went there at 430 on a Saturday which was perfect timing because as I was leaving it was getting quite busy. I was greeted right when I walked in and went to the counter. They asked if I had been before and I said no, so they explained the process. You can choose one of their signature pizzas or create your own pizza. I decided on the Red Vine pizza. It comes with Regular red sauce, ovalini mozzarella, cherry tomatoe, parmesean cheese, fresh basil and a drizzle of olive oil. I also added some extra shredded mozzarella, roasted garlic, and red onion, at no extra charge. The pizza was just as amazing as it looks. I originally ordered it Togo but it was so nice out, so I sat on the patio in the sun and enjoyed my extremely late lunch. I'm glad I tried it out. I will def. be back. The workers were super helpful and patient with me and my 100 questions with being a first timer. As i said before I had a coupon for a free pizza but the price of a pizza is $7.95 for the Signature pizzas and even less expensive for one topping pizzas. I think the price is very reasonable for the size and quality of the pizza. All in all, a great experience. My family enjoyed the build your own pizza for the first time yesterday and really enjoyed them. You get six pieces from the pizza and it has an excellent thin crust. It was a very quick wait time. The only problem we had is that we arrived about 4:30pm and you could hardly tell the store was open because you could not see inside. There really needs to be some large sign on the window that says OPEN. We almost drove away accept I went to the door and checked. read more

Blaze is fantastic! I had the Bbq chicken pizza option and it was delicious. The staff was very friendly and gave great suggestions. The selection of toppings was up to my standard and above. I have had Blaze before and always enjoyed the experience, and this location was nothing different. THIS PLACE IS AWESOME !!!!! I didn't know exactly what to expect going in, but found it to be a great experience. I have been there 3 times since they opened and each time was fast, courteous and SUPER-DELICIOUS !!! YOU HAVE TO TRY THE GARLIC PESTO AS YOUR BASE SAUCE-- IT'S TO DIE FOR !!! As is the roasted garlic, the fresh basil, sauteed onions, well-- you get the idea, right. And the employees are very patient and accommodating. The same girl has been the first point of contact each time I went. I believe her name is Marley. She is super-friendly, takes time to clearly explain (and re-explain in my case), and even remembered me by name when I came in last time !!!!! Blaze pizza is great! A must for anyone with gluten allergies with glove changes, separate machines and special allergy sauce. What makes this location special is Yvette. She is the hardest worker you'll ever meet. She keeps it running like a well oiled machine in between clearing tables, taking orders and checking in on customers. I wasn't really expecting much from here. The workers were extremely helpful and happy. I ordered the art lovers (I think it was called) and omitted the ricotta. I added spinach, chicken and feta. Waited about 4 minutes for said pizza and drove home. I opened the box and was kind of thrown off by the pizza not having sauce all over it. That being said, I dove into the pizza, expecting sub-par flavors. Man, was I wrong!!! This was the most delicious pizza I had ever tasted. The dollops of sauce were like waiting to get to the jelly in a donut. I ate four pieces of that bad boy. All I talked about for days, was the combination of great flavors! Customer service was horrible... burnt 2 out of 3 pizzas to a crisp and when they redid them (only after they tried to box them up and I told them absolutely not), they did one of them completely wrong. This was my wife and my first time visiting Blaze pizza. We didn't know what to expect. But when we discovered it's like a pizza assembly line. And being from the Chicagoland area where pizza is king, Blaze pizza fits in quite well. I would recommend it to anyone. The atmosphere and staff were outstanding. 2 weeks ago I called and spoke with the manager Ed I asked if he could deliver my online order to my van because I didn't want to drag my new born twins and 3 and 4yo children out of the car. I explained my situation to him and without hesitation he agreed. I always receive great service from this location but this was really going above and beyond my expectations . 1st time trying it, didn't realize it was a chain. Like the concept a lot and quality taste, especially since we are fans of "cracker crust" as my husband calls it, super thin and crispy. My edges were black but seems like it could have used more time in the oven to fully melt the ovalini mozzarella (balls torn into pieces) and it cooled off very fast. It was empty when we walked in yet many table spots were obviously dirty and music was too loud for comfort. Customer service was good overall. We will give it another try for sure, since the DIY style, price + speed makes it a great option for pizza out without requiring a full outing or bigger budget. read more

I am very disappointed that Blaze refuses to add more than 1 topping to a salad, even if the customer is willing to pay extra. They have so many delicious toppings that would go great on a salad. I used to come here three times a week and purchase 2 pizzas and a salad but now since you are unwilling to add more than 1 measly topping to a salad you have lost all of my business. It does not make sense to me when you can order as many toppings as you want to a pizza. Why not the salads? read more

This place is amazing. Chipotle vibe, quick custom pizzas. Sauce is perfect. Crust is thin and crispy. Toppings are fresh. Price point is super reasonable. Gotta say I was expecting more from this place I have seen them in Chicago and north suburbs but never been they opened one up close to me so I decided to give them a try I don't know if I got the wrong pie but it was not very good the dough and sauce was almost bland and the toppings were so few I didn't get any on some bites anyway I don't think Ill be back Ill stick to the other places or go next door and eat over priced noodles lol. read more

Terrible service. Slow. Ordered my pizza am hour and a half before or got there- when i checked in with the cashier they forgot to put my pizza in the oven so I ended up waiting a half an hour until I went to check with them again and they let me know that they didn't put the pizza in. Why bother ordering ahead if you're still going to have to wait longer than if I if you just order the pizza when you get there. The first time I had gone to blaze I ordered ahead and there wasn't a mistake and it still took a really long time. I got home and opened the pizza box- its the wrong pizza. Unbelievable.They were understaffed the first time and this last time that I went there there was only one person working at the register and she was underage and couldn't bring the people up in front of me for their beer so it was during Prime dinner time hours it just is really poorly managed I won't be coming back. read more
