Bob's special Chile sauce. Awesome on burgers and their fries, and guaranteed to clear up the sinuses. Went through the drive-thru today to grab some lunch. I ordered a couple of tortilla Burgers and Fries. I was feeling under the weather with sinus issues and Bob's chili sauce usually clears it up Aside from the french fries being a little bit on the cool side the food was great as always. The fries tasted great even though they weren't seemingly hot and fresh because let's face it they taste great dipped into Bob's chili sauce. This location is not really as busy as some of the other locations so the wait is usually pretty short. A real treat for Rio Rancho as food options aren't as plentiful as Albuquerque. All in all a great place to dine. 4 out of 5stars due to the cold fries. I think maybe other fries that are thicker might even taste better. read more

I have no complaints about the food but the service is terrible. That and they always send carry out missing items. This last time I was missing a taco burger and a chile cheese fry. 15 minute drive to go back for missing items and the manager Mike was rude and then said well we didn't charge you for the chile cheese fries so you'll have to pay for them we don't give away food. Probably the last time I'll visit this one. The original is the best anyway. read more

Tried this place for the first time. Someone told me the taco burgers were good. Not so. Nasty melted cheese and green chile. Patties were super thin and food was greasy. We were the only people in the place and most of the tables were dirty just a run down appearance for a pretty new building. Glad we went so I know now never to go back. The reviews here aren't great. But i have to say the food is damn good. I only get the tortilla burgers, taquitos and chile cheese fries. Same great taste every time. Their red chile is fantastic and makes everything here taste so much better! This to me is NM comfort fast food. Burger meat isn't on par with the quality like Blakes, but its good. No complaints with my meals. As for this particular restaurant. Yeah it aint pretty and is basic white and red decor, but hey whatever, i didn't come for fine dining. Staff here is ok, seems like some complaints from other reviewers, but they seem to be ok and just doing the basics. (your not gonna get that peppy staff like Chic-fil-a is). I say its no different from burger king or Mcds, just high schoolers working for a check, so don't expect great service. so overall, if you crave that red or green chile burger and fries New Mexico style, this is the place. read more

I love eating here. Burgers are good, frito pie is good, fries are good, pretty much everything. I go usually on Tuesdays for the 2 for 2 taco burgers. The chile sauce they use is amazing, and you can just buy the sauce to take home and put it on everything! read more

Ok so I normally don't like to eat here but the guy likes it. Food is ok nothing to write home about. So we both had burgers, fries and a drink but the honey got 99¢ chips and salsa because he's addicted to chips and salsa. For 99¢ it's a pretty good deal. So we get our food and he gets his "chips" and salsa. Ok first of all when I see chips I think tortilla chips. Well I guess I was wrong because when he got his "chips" and salsa he got broken taco shells. I looked at them and was like your kidding right? Nope no joke they really are broken taco shells. I laughed a bit and said well I guess same thing right yeah not so much. But the food nor the service were the issue here because the service was good and fast. My issue was an older couple who cane in with their I'm guessing three grandkids. We had decided to sit inside as it was hot outside so we sat at a booth and waited for our food. As we sat there the husband was ordering food and the wife and children sat down, then the tantrums happened. I don't know the reason why buy the kid started to scream and cry and yell at what I'm assuming was him grandma. She starts to say you don't want to be good and go to the movie and eat chocolate which makes the kid crazier. So they moved to a booth that was a bit further from us. Normally I have no problem hearing kids I can usually tune them out but the dining area was pretty empty and sound echo's in the tall ceilings and tile floors. So we got our food and decided to move outside because the kid was getting louder and louder and it was in my opinion rude to the few guests that were there. As we walked out the lady glares at us and was like oh really and giving dirty looks. Normally I'm non-confrontational but as I walked out I said yes really and as we sat outside she continued to glare at us. I'm sorry but its rude to allow a child to cause such a disturbance and affect other guests. So my problem isn't with the food or service it was the expierence I had. Because the food is good and the dining area is clean. Which means we will probably be back soon read more

These people always forget to put something in the bag from my order or they do it on purpose I have called several times to correct the issue and management doesn't do anything about it! I've eaten at this location many, many times. I would say that most of the time the staff is nice, occasionally you'll get someone who's not very friendly. I've only ever received a wrong order out of the 40ish times I've eaten there this year. Although I've only ever gotten green chili cheese fries. I love their chili. Only other complaint is that drive through can take 15 minutes or more if they're busy. read more

Very poor service. I arrived 20 minutes before closing time. Was fourth car in line, took fifteen minutes to get to window. I attempted to pay with credit card, only to be told by young man at window that his machine just went down. However the car right in front of me had just paid by card. This may as well be the worst restaurant I have ever been to in NM. I have been to this location quite a few times as I have always wanted to like this place. Every time I leave I always tell myself "this will be the last time we ever go here again". Burgers, thin patties, tasteless meat, buns usually stale, cheese cost extra, which is normal at a lot of places. Lettuce has a lot of brown, tomatoes are usually gritty and soggy. ANYTHING deep fried I would never recommend. fries are always soggy and have black and brown specs on them (its old oil from deep fryer causing that, change it!). Sodas are not free to refill... wow...just wow... Chile is the only thing good about this place, but its is HOT (good hot tho) in every sense of the word and is exactly why the refills should be free!. Resturant itself is filthy, spiderwebs with flys caught (some old and new), roaches smashed on the floor. Anytime I use the restroom I feel dirtier for have goinig in it. Good luck finding a clean table that doesn't have crumbs, greasy finger prints or sticky substance on it. But the worst part about the restaurant is the rude staff. Like I have said, I have been to this location quite a few times, I have seen several different employees, shifts and not one has ever been kind. They rush you and just have bad demeanors about them. I don't get it, if your unhappy- Leave! Always chatting amongst themselves, on the cell phones, unattentative to customers or that they are actually working for a company about sums it up. Never been more disappointed then I have been today by this place, and that's saying something because this location is by far the worst of all the of B.B's.around town. I went through the drive threw and waited almost 40min to get to the window. When I did the poor girl told me that the Debit reader wasn't working and asked if could wait a few minutes so I said sure. about 5 minutes later the rudest person ever (supervisor)opened the window and the most ghetto way told me I needed to get cash if I wanted my order because their computer was down. I told her I wasn't going to do that I'd already been stuck waiting 45 min and had a sleeping toddler in the back. There was a line of about 8 cars behind me so I asked her if she was going to send them all away empty handed too and she told me again in her most ghetto voice "don't worry about them" and slammed the window. Not that I'd ever expect free food but the least they could've done after keeping me stuck in that line was let me leave with my measly cold two taco burgers and apologize for the huge inconvenience. I'll never understand how a business that relies on us customers for its existence doesn't care about loosing loyal customers which I will no longer be! Hands down, the worst Bob's. Don't bother going here. Whoever runs it obviously doesn't care either. Kids always working, which is fine, but when you have kids without direction or supervision, you get what we have here....just horribly run, poor service, poor food. Had to go back tonight cause my chile fries were cold and gross. The fries were the bottom of the barrel that had absorbed all the grease. Chile on top was cold. Cheese wouldn't melt. Went back and young lady was happy to help me but really payed no mind to my complaint of cold food. Fries were pulled from the ones that had been sitting there(I assume from where my previous fries came from as well) remade, and just as cold. Stopped here once about 20 min before closing, only to be subjected to lame gangster rap music where every other word was the f word. You can't tell me a functioning adult is in there. On Taco Tuesday if you call in you will never get though beause it is always busy. I did go to the store and the line was really long at drive up. I decided to go inside it was 20 minutes before closing. The doors were locked. ??? A couple who had ordered were sitting outside. When they tried to enter the store they would not let them in. The people were telling them " we already payed for our order let us back in." Not sure what happened. I went to the drive up. Low and behold it took 45 minutes. I was stuck no way out of the drive up. Another time I went inside about 5:30 pm and they had the phone off the hook. I told the cashier I have been calling but its been busy, I see your phone is off the hook. She said yeah it gets to crazy when we answer the phone so we leave it off the hook. To whom it may concern or not. Went to your Rio Rancho store 3-18-16 at 3:24 pm. ordered a small chili dog and tortilla burger waited,waited and waited some more finally I get up and ask a young man who was working and ask about my ordered keep in mind I am the only one in the store rudely he stated I don't know I just came on shift let me get my manager. So I wait losing my patients he said she"s on phone, I said just tell her I want my money back finally 5 min. later she ask what the problem was so I tell her about the wait she then tell's me they would re-make the ordered I explain I don't have time just refund my money so she give's me my money for the food but still charges for the small drink maybe I was expecting to much but I thought for the inconvenience she could at least throw in soda so I slide it to her and said give me my money back on this too, she took it back and gave me my money. So if this is the way Bob's Burgers train's there manager's then they need to train there manager's with consideration to consumer there was none! I am in my 60's been going to Bob's when there was only one store on Central so if this a concern address your manager's to be considerate and kind. overpriced ....i like the food ..when its cooked right..its 50:50 if you get ur stuff made right..the portion size suks..large is realy a small..if you get a combo you wont be full..also just Dropped in for taco tues..usuall food takes forever..staff seemed overworked or just tired of there job..i saw a guy get his money back ...this place sucks read more
