Visited this location today. I waited 15 minutes in the restroom while the staff changed into their uniforms and held Conversations with one another. Paying Patrons should not have to wait to use the facilities like this. Their should be a designated area for them to change that's outside of the public restroom. While one was out of order. Went here tonight for the first time and needless to say will never step foot in this establishment ever again. We didn't even make it past the first round of drinks because our waitress got our drink orders wrong three times even though I saw her write down our order. How does that even happen....like is she drunk?? The manager who brought our drinks to the table was extremely rude. The location was busy. Having not been here before It was a blank slate. It is a cool set up and appears neat and clean. It is like a sports bar +. Big screen TVs everywhere. When I walked it the hostess and waitresses are dressed reminiscent of Hooters and Twin Peaks. Just keep that in mind when bringing young children. We were sat quickly but it took almost 10 minutes for a waitress to come to the table. When she did she was pleasant and brought our drinks quickly. The time from ordering to the food arriving at the table was over 15 minutes for a chicken quesadilla. The food was good. Not fantastic but good. The atmosphere is awesome, and we really enjoyed the up front veteran parking (I'm AF, he's Navy). They didnt have a physical kids menu or anything on the big menu for kids to choose from, but our waitress, Alexa, was super sweet, and knew the kids menu by heart and listed it for my kiddo. She had great drink recommendations and got our orders perfectly. The food was cooked well, and we all left completely satisfied. I had one of the wraps (Lamour I think), my son had the grilled cheese, and my husband had the ribs combo with the captain crunch chicken. It was all good, and we recommend all of it. Met a couple of classmates to watch the Men's NCAA Basketball Final. We were greeted immediately by Manager and Hostess. We sat at the bar briefly while waited on the 3rd party. Bar staff immediately recognized us, allowing us to place an order for an appetizer along with drinks. Moved to a table once 3rd party arrived. Tab was seamlessly transferred to our new waitstaff. The atmosphere and setup (several TVs) was cozy. Food was ok, the beef quesadilla tasted great but the wings were too dried (over-cooked) so it tasted like cardboard. The margarita was way too sour and absolutely no alcohol (in my opinion) in it. All I can taste was the lime/sourness of the margarita. The place is pretty big and we got there about 4pm, it wasn't even crowded and service was horrible! It was so difficult flagging our waitress down and when we finally got her attention, she said she'll be back because she was busy. Before we left about 7pm, there were more waitresses (probably new shifts came in) so service was better. Unfortunately, I won't be back or at least at this location. She made the experience perfect. She brought out the drinks and food all at the same time and brought anything we asked for. Especially since the establishment was basically empty, I am not sure what happened. Also, I was sitting outside because of the fresh air and I know they have heaters. When I asked to turn on the heaters outside I was told it's too warm outside but it's 57 DEGREES outside. We are in Houston Texas so anyone who lives here knows that is extremely COLD. Probably the worst Bombshell's in Houston. Placed an order online and when I came to pick it up they couldn't find my order. Manager told me it never got sent to the kitchen and would be about 10 minutes. The order took an extra 25 minutes and in the time I was waiting no one came to reassure me on the status or even let me know it was running a little behind. Staff were not friendly, especially the two blonde bartenders who could care less about you if you weren't one of the guys sitting in their face. I ended up not getting my food (being that I sat there for long enough to have just gotten a table) it was not busy at all, so not sure what the hold up was.
