Came in for dinner tonight (Memorial Day) and everything was fantastic! We were sat promptly in a booth. The overall ambiance was nice and calm. Everyone was nice and dressed professionally. Our server Justin was great and attentive. He made sure our needs were taken care of and waters were always full. We received the appetizer in about 10 minutes of sitting down. The main food came out not too long after. All of the dishes we ordered were so fresh. Nothing tasted "fishy". The fish and chips were light and flakey. The crab cakes had such a good flavor to them. Originally we were a party of 7 so we needed to be separated but one had to cancel and we were able to sit all together, with a party of 6. I've heard great things about the Happy Hour and martini's. Delicious food! I usually get the salmon, bang bang shrimp, and a Caesar salad but instead I tried a few new item. The crunch shrimp entree and the fish and chips are definitely yummy. You also need to try the blackberry sangria, I don't usually like sangria but this one is yummy for two glasses. The ambiance is laid back but I would recommend a booth because the tables are in the center like a fish bowl. The service is what makes this 4 stars and not 5. My sister kept bragging about bone fish grill that she visited when she was there with her daughter and son-in-law a few months earlier. All she kept talking about was bang bang shrimp! My friend ordered fish and chips and told this idiot she did not want the coleslaw but he sent it out to her anyway and told her it was just ornamental. Who the hell serves ornamental coleslaw? When I tried to pay with a gift card I was met with such disdain like I was stupid and annoying. We were seated right away since it's not busy. Service was subpar. Ordered the strawberry martini and the rim had no dark chocolate and half the rim with raw sugar. When asking about the dark chocolate for the rim, the waiter says he left it off because they didn't have any dark chocolate shaved and he'd have to shave it. That's a poor excuse for not making the drink correctly. Then, the waiter brings back an empty glass that has dark chocolate and raw sugar around the rim. He poured the original drink in the glass so the martini has dark chocolate swimming it. The Coke is flat. They need to change it out. They did bring another Coke but nothing changed. The crab cakes were tasty but could have been cooked a little longer. The grilled salmon was cooked correctly, but instead of mango salsa, we were given melted butter. The waiter later brought the mango salsa after we asked for it again. The waiter upcharged us by choosing the large grilled salmon instead of the small grilled salmon. I looked and didn't see any hearing aids on this waiter, but it's evident that he either needs to clean his ears or get a hearing aid (Miracle Ear). He definitely did NOT listen at all. You all definitely need to get or offer some health insurance to Christopher, so he can get his hearing checked ASAP. We sat on the patio. Most of the tables were filled on the patio. Most of the tables inside were empty and two people at the bar. Therefore, you can see that it wasn't busy. There are no excuses for poor service. Once again, another spot that I thought I had already reviewed, but I guess I haven't. This is a GREAT spot if you love seafood and they have one of my favorite brunches and their dinner is pretty good, too. THE BEST price for bottomless mimosas, too! Finding this place is pretty easy and there's ton of parking especially with nearby offices, so that is really nice. Upon walking in, they have a beautiful bar area and plenty of seating inside. They also have a private room in the back that I think can seat about 50ish people, which is really nice if you're looking for a place that has a private room in Summerlin. They also have a beautiful patio that seats quite a few tables. There was a big party out there when we went since the weather is starting to get beautiful here in Vegas. We were seated immediately and the host seating us I think was one of the managers. He was very friendly and complemented our Vegas Golden Knights gear since it was game day. Our waiter was so extremely patient with us. He seemed like he was having a bit of a rough day, but he was so great to check in on us constantly and even told us we made his day. Waiters are people, too! We always remember to treat our wait staff with respect. The bar was a bit slow getting us our bottomless mimosas, but he was alway quick to check on it and realize when we were running low. He even ran some back from the bar for us, too. He was wonderful! The prices here can be a little bit more since it is a seafood place. We split the bang bang shrimp to start, which if you've never been here, just do yourself the biggest favor and get this. Seriously, probably my favorite shrimp dish from any restaurant. The flavors are incredible and we gobbled it down so quickly. They also give you bread to start off with, too, which is nice. For an entree, I got the eggs benedict, as that has been my favorite thing to order for brunch wherever we go. It was quite delicious, but comparing to other places, I think I've had better. Nonetheless, it was a very good eggs benedict. The prices for bottomless mimosas aren't bad either. If you order an entree, it's only $10 to add bottomless mimosas or bellinis! I got the bottomless peach bellinis and they were so delightful! This is probably the best price I think I've seen in town honestly. Totally worth it! Don't go to places much since I've retired, but last night we were invited for my sister-in-law's birthday and Bonefish was her choice. This was my first time here - and I was not sure what to expect. We were very pleasantly surprised. The service was impeccable! The server was very knowledgeable and attentive. The bread and oil - marvelous. Appetizers (bang-bang shrimp) -yummy. All the dishes were excellent, and the prices were reasonable considered what most restaurants charge nowadays. Came here for my sister in law's birthday dinner on a Wednesday evening. I was excited to see that we made it with about an hour left in the HH. There were a total of 8 of us, and we were quickly sat upon arrival. Shortly after that we ordered the HH Cabernet, so tasty and you can't beat the $5.50 price! I have never been but have heard many good things about the restaurant. We browsed the regular menu and not going to lie, everything looked amazing. We got lucky because at the moment they have a special menu 2 for $45, each guests receives a dinner or Caesar salad. An entree and a key lime cake dessert to share! It was divine. Especially for the price. My girlfriend and I opted to try the special menu and I went with the 7oz sirloin paired with mashed potatoes and broccoli. I ate every bite. I definitely will be back. I took my husband here for an early Fathers Day Dinner(The US Open was on later). We had a delightful time and everyone from the hostess to the waitress to the busters were terrific). My major complaint is about the debris-littered floor in the kitchen, which is visible when being seated, the stack of chairs I had to maneuver around to get into the restroom, and the plunger and toilet brush that I almost tripped over in the bathroom stall. We went in for a large dinner party of 8 people. Our server was friendly and she was able to handle all our orders for food and drink. The fish was crispy and large portion and there were enough fries as well with tartar sauce, cocktail sauce, and lemon. My pasta was savory sauced very nicely and there were a lot of shrimp in the dish. We also got a side of bread and butter for table to start with. The steak was for someone else on our party so I didn't get to try it, but it looked delicious. I also had a flavored iced tea and the carrot cake was a sweet finale to our dinner. I've been driving past this restaurant for months and have been wanting to check it out. Definitely exceeded my expectations. The ambiance is classy and the decor is simple yet feels intentional. It was also clean. Everything we tried on the menu was exceptional. The calamari was perfectly fried and seasoned. The dipping sauce served with it was different- the best way I can describe is like an elevated fry sauce, and works really well with the acidity from the lemon which helps cut the richness. The imperial dip was cheesy and decadent with chunks of fish in it. I had the Parmesan crusted trout which I enjoyed. It had a nice crust from the Parmesan. I found it to be a tad dry, however it was perfectly filleted and I didn't have to fish a single bone out of my mouth. I tasted the sea bass which was probably my favorite dish I tried all evening. It was crisp on the outside with a meaty, buttery texture on the inside. The sauce on top is rich and flavorful, maybe just a bit too salty with the capers. I recommend ordering the asparagus as one of the sides. It's lightly seasoned and well cooked with a nice bite to it which adds some freshness to the dish. Of course I had to try the carrot lava cake, and you should too. The cake has a light spicy flavor and you get bits of raisin and walnut with each bite. It works well with the cream cheese lava filling which is quite heavy and sweet. My only critique is that I wish it was served with ice cream on top instead of whipped cream. I will definitely be making a return trip back here. read more

It was either put in for an Elite brunch event here or stick to coming here for Restaurant Week 2019, I chose RW! I'm not sure if they continued to ride the event service train but it seemed like it and service was great here. It was also "cool" seeing the new Vegas CM drive past and ignore a stranger (me) trying to wave hello. I happen to get here during happy hour so I ordered two happy hour martinis to go with my meal. Between the two, for me, the blueberry lemon drop wins over the tropical tiki. Tropical was too sweet and didn't have as much alcohol. For RW, I went with the chowder, filet mignon and coconut pie. Loved it all. When you get real chunks as garnish on your soup, you know it's going to be good. The filet mignon melted in my mouth, you could cut it with a dull caveman stone used for cutting. The sides with my filet mignon was kind of out of place. I get it, scoop the rice and potatoes with an ice cream scooper and dump it on the plate. There has to be something else you can do to up the presentation. Then the Jamaican Coconut Pie to finish the dinner was outstanding. This was one of my favorite Restaurant Week venues this season and will be looking forward to coming back another time to try the fish off the grill! read more

I've been to this Bonefish Grill location many times before and it never ceases to amaze me regarding flavors and customer service. This was however my first time arriving for happy hour! I had two Tropical Tiki Martinis, Alaskan Cod Sliders and the Maryland Style crab cakes. My friend had the 8oz filet mignon (which was delicious) along with the whipped potatoes and broccoli. The filet and lobster were excellent. My husband loved his garlic mashed potatoes and the bacon Mac and cheese. My grilled trout was cooked to perfection. Asparagus was tender. Risotto was cooked perfectly but over salted. The special oil was so salty it was inedible. 2nd time this happened with the risotto so I even ordered the oil on the side. Still wayyy too salty and I'm an Italian cook. The risotto recipe needs to be dialed back. There is enough salt in the Parmagiana in the rice no need for added salt. The flavor of the oil is good but you can't enjoy it with too much salt. Otherwise great takeout meal! Also, the Mussels appetizer had a lot of great, plump mussels but it was oddly sweet. We expected a nice garlicky, buttery, lemon, white wine type of sauce that is typical. This flavor profile needs looking at too. Still love the place for TakeOut. I've been to another Bonefish Grill location for brunch and loved it so I knew this would be a good spot to take my mother for Mother's Day brunch. A reservation was super easy to make online and this location is pretty big inside. I love their brunch for a few reasons, the delicious food & the bottomless drinks. Bonefish offers bottomless mimosas, sangria, bellinis or bloody marys. You can mix and match between the options & the price is very reasonable. I'm a big seafood lover so their menu options are glorious to me. My go to is typically the Bang Bang Shrimp Benedict. It features their crispy, delicious bang bang shrimp on a traditional english muffin with a spiced up hollandaise sauce. Super yummy! If you're looking for a decently priced brunch spot & are a seafood fan, this is the place to be. Definitely try their sangria! read more

Last year I received a restaurant gift card from a Christmas exchange. It was a Bloomin Brands Gift card which gave me 4 restaurant locations to choose from which are Outback steak house, Bonefish Grill, Carrabba's Italian Grill and Flemings. To be honest, I would have never gone here if it was for the gift card and I am glad I did. On this gorgeous Sunday morning we decide to use the gift card and go to Bonefish Grill on Charleston and it was our first time coming to Bonefish Grill. Along side by side all 4 restaurants are right next to each other in a row on Charleston. As we first walked in we were greeted by a hostess and sat in a nice booth. Right away, I notice that customers like to brunch in big groups. My boyfriend made a remark that the lighting is dim which is very different. Usually steakhouses like to keep the lighting dim for ambiance. Wondering if they were trying to recreate that? hmm. What really caught my eye is the big mural fish scale on the wall. The overall concept of the restaurant was a modern take on fish which we thought was different. Automatically we were introduce my our waiter which he wore a cute chefs jacket and served right away complimentary fresh bread with olive oil to dip. To drink I just had lemon with water and my boyfriend ordered Arnold palmer. Now for the good part. Since I love avocado I ordered their seasonal avocado toast which consist of cherry tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, drizzles with olive oil on top of a French baguette. It was delightful and the bread was very soft. My Boyfriend ordered the BFG Tuna Steak and Eggs. I took a bite of the Tuna Steak and I love the light seasoning around the tuna steak which complimented the light sear. Prices on the menu are very affordable and not expensive at all.
