At bonefish you can get bottomless mimosas, bellinis, or sangria for only $10! Whaaaa!? And here I am running around on the weekdays paying $10 a glass. Sheesh. The food is good, but honestly, not why you would come for brunch. There's a lot of seafood options and a few traditional. The brunch menu isn't huge, but who really wants to eat when you're trying to day drink am I right? As far as the food goes, the prices are super reasonable, but you know you kind of get what you pay for. Our server Neesha was amazing. The filet and lobster were excellent. My husband loved his garlic mashed potatoes and the bacon Mac and cheese. My grilled trout was cooked to perfection. Asparagus was tender. Risotto was cooked perfectly but over salted. The special oil was so salty it was inedible. 2nd time this happened with the risotto so I even ordered the oil on the side. Still wayyy too salty and I'm an Italian cook. The risotto recipe needs to be dialed back. There is enough salt in the Parmagiana in the rice no need for added salt. The flavor of the oil is good but you can't enjoy it with too much salt. Otherwise great takeout meal! Also, the Mussels appetizer had a lot of great, plump mussels but it was oddly sweet. We expected a nice garlicky, buttery, lemon, white wine type of sauce that is typical. This flavor profile needs looking at too. Still love the place for TakeOut. Stopped in for the very first time on 4/20. I love seafood & it was my cheat meal night. The host was gracious. I have to say though. Chris who was out server was hands down amazing. He was prompted for any & everything we needed. He was extremely knowledgeable of the menu. We appreciate his honesty on all menu items that were available. He deserves a raise & the 5 stars goes to him & him ALONE. I'm a retired Chef so my expectation of good quality food is a must. The food on the other hand. Calamari was tuff. Pot stickers were soggy. My dates potatoes were cold. Overall the food was mediocre. They did take off the bill the items that were not pleasing to us though!!!;) For me. With all the covid guidelines. My husband and I frequently dine at Bonefish in several states including this location in Summerlin. We decided to try their brunch for Father's Day. I can't express enough how disappointed we were with their Crème Brûlée French toast. It was noticeably overcooked and it tasted burnt. I didn't bring this to anyone's attention as I didn't want to ruin my husband's special day. My guy and I just finished our Father's Day/ Birthday meal at Bonefish Grill on Charleston Blvd. My guy had the halibut and I had the scallops. The food was so very delicious but the service from Faith, our server, was outstanding. She is so personable as well as knowledgeable with recommendations for drinks, appetizers, entree's as well as desert. We accepted her recommendations and everything ordered was delicious. Had a great time during their happy hour. Nice selection of martinis for $5, house wine $4 and some yummy bar bites. We decided to go for the hooked on Tuesday special which was a 3 course menu that included salad, entree, 2 sides and dessert for $15.9-$21.9 depending on what entree you choose. Our server Jason was excellent did made the evening so special for us. Although the menu does not have much options for vegetarians, there were a couple choices he suggested I could try. He even fit in the Tuesday special and made it all vegetarian for me by getting me Mac and cheese for my entree. It was really good. My girlfriends had tuna and lobster for entree and both were excellent. For dessert I chose the coconut pie which was served with this amazing rum sauce. The flourless brownie was excellent too. I stopped by Bonefish ( Las Vegas/ Charleston) while our running errands. I sat at the bar today and so glad I did. Maya was the bartender and suggested a a strawberry margarita. She also suggested the crab cakes that were beyond delicious. I have been to many Bonefish restaurants ( Naples, Fort Myers, Jacksonville and a few other states) but have to say this is by far the BEST location. The service is perfect timing, the servers are so attentive and the food is delicious. Also, while I was here, Danny the general manager came by to see how everything was and was very nice. I went with a group for dinner and everything was absolutely delicious!! From the onset, we were kindly greeted by staff and sat in a spacious area to accommodate the size of our group. The ambiance was neat with white table cloths across the tables. I ate crab and corn chowder as an appetizer. My main meal was Wood Planked Glazed Salmon with Seasonal Broccoli and fresh Brussel Sprouts. The salmon was very moist and flavorful. Went to dinner with friends and social distancing was enforced and parties were spread apart at every other table. Service was professional and attentive. Bread was given at the beginning while we decided on our order. The crab cake appetizer was fantastic...no fillers, just lots of crab. We tried a pomegranate martini and a cosmopolitan, which were both fairly sweet, that I liked, though was a little too sugary for my friend. The salmon meals were delicious, although we all felt the salmon was cooked more than what we would prefer. I would say it was well done and normally we like more of a medium with some pink in the middle to keep it moist. Overall the meals were great and I would be back to try more items. read more

Right before I had got there I was informed that someone had stole my order from the Counter. There seems to always be something negative happening every time I come lately. I had to wait while they filled my order again. I told staff that they should always have someone at the counter when you have an order sitting there. I'm surprised that Bonefish staff don't know that. Two weeks ago I had another issue with them forgetting something out of my order. I wrote another review but got no response. I guess they finally stopped responding to my reviews and comments now. It's not like I'm making this stuff up. And even with all the things that keep going wrong, I still continue to come to the Summerlin location to support my community. This is my first time dining at Bonefish Grill and it was all that I expected it to be. The trout that I had was so delicious and prepared to my liking. I chose mashed potato and broccoli as my sides and they were as delicious!! The bread that we were served at the beginning of our meal was warm and tasty with the oil and herb dipping sauce. Our server was helpful and friendly and prompt to deliver our food in a timely manner. The restaurant is pleasant with a welcoming atmosphere and I was very pleased to finally have a meal here. The bang bang shrimp was a surprise. Nice bite, but not too spicy for people who don't like spice. The sauce is tossed in was excellent. The pot stickers were a disappointment. The sat in the soy sauce and were too soggy for all of us. The sauce should be an option to do rather than at the bottom of the plate. On to the entrees: I got double scallops instead of shrimp, and I was glad I did. The scallops were amazing. Nice, crisp slight char on the outside but melt-in-your-mouth inside. My wife had the scallops and added the filet. Scallops were the same as mine, but she was a bit disappointed in the steak It was tender and cooked perfectly, but under-flavored. My dad said his sirloin was seasoned fine. My daughter ordered the sea bass. She had no issues with it. My son-in-law gave the Parmesan crusted trout two thumbs up, and my mom said her fried shrimp was crispy. The atmosphere was "dress casual", and the staff was superb. Our waiter was patient and checked in frequently while the overall staff accommodated is having a baby in our party & boy who fell asleep. Overall, I have every reason to go back, and I can't wait. Also we had separate checks and the appetizer that was ordered was added to my bill when another person in our group had ordered it. Just minor things but still. We had a lovely evening at the Bonefish Grill and the service was Excellent and the food was delicious. I had the Corn Chowder with Lump Crab and it was delicious! For my entree I had the Parmesan crusted Trout, although it was good It wasn't as flavorful as I would have liked. And I found the cream sauce to be a bit too lemony for me. I did have to add a little salt and pepper to bring out the flavor a bit more! Nevertheless, the vegetables and jasmine rice was delicious. We went here for Valentine's Day and everything we had (Chilean Sea Bass w/Au Gratin Potatoes & steamed spinach and Rainbow Trout w/Jasmine Rice & Asparagus) was phenomenal. Alexxes was very attentive and checked on us just the right amount and she wished us a Happy Valentine's Day when we got there and when we left which was just very sweet. We also got some divine desserts. I got the Chocolate Creme Brûlée which was like a very high end chocolate mousse with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. He got a coconut pie which was like an extravagant coconut bread pudding. I have to say that I had a really great time. I did not finish the meal and showed the bartender which he did apologize but that was it. Surprised that no bread was served. The Angler's Sirloin Steak only came me medium. Would have preferred rare. Steak touch and dry. Would have been nice with a red madeira or peppercorn sauce.
