So disappointed with brunch this morning. We love Bonefish brunch! We go at least 2 Sunday's every month. Unfortunately, this morning was a terrible start to Sunday fun day. The chowder and bang bang shrimp both had shells. The au gratin potatoes were cold. The replacement potatoes were cold. The poor waiter kept trying to make things right, but the kitchen kept messing up. The new manager never even came to the table to apologize. We will not go back to this location. read more

I will say that I've been going to this location for about two years. I go on a monthly basis. The staff is always great and I've learned which dishes I like and the ones I don't care for. It's a fun place to eat. A little on the spendy side for what you get but worth it when the dishes are so good. I don't care for the Fish Tacos at all which others seem to like so maybe I'm the odd one. The crab cakes are great, the peel and eat shrimp are good and all of the apps I've tried have been good. This is our favorite place to eat in this are. The food is excellent, service is top notch. We have several favorite waters, who make a point of coming to speak to us, even if they are not waiting on us. I love this place, especially for my first time experience. I would give it 5 stars, however, they make their drinks on the stronger size, and the portions of food are way small compared to the high price tag. I ordered a rare lobster dinner..I say rare because I hardly get lobster lol. On the menu they state 5-6oz lobster tail for $15.90 which ok that's small in my eyes. But when I got it, along with a tiny scoop of mashed potatoes and a side dish of truffle Mac (extra $4) the amount of meat in the lobster tail was Pathetic. 4 bites worth..it was like 2oz overall of meat. For $16!! Probably won't come back for a long time unless I wanna blow money. Like I said the food was very delicious but for the amount you get vs what you pay isn't worth it to me. read more

We are regulars at multiple bonefish grill locations but this is by far the worst service/management by far. Inexperienced servers, wrong orders being brought to our table, no refills, and about 20 mins to get drinks from the bar sitting in the bar area. After asking for the manager we waited another 15mins to get his attention to then have him argue with us over what the server told him. I'd rather drive further to trinity for quality service. We went here at 9 o'clock on a rainy night and there was still a wait, I was shocked. Once we were seated, our waitress was extremely tentative and friendly. My husband and I ordered Bang Bang Shrimp, crab cakes, Bang Bang tacos, house salads and I had a glass of wine. Everything was delicious, nothing to complain about. The Crab cakes were probably my favorite, they used big chunks of crab meat and not a lot of bread and fillers - just perfect. Also, the house salads and Bang Bang shrimp were great too. Ordered the grilled pork chop last night for dinner. It was so over cooked I had a hard time even getting through one half of the chop. I should have sent it back. When the waiter came by and asked if everything was okay, I told him the chop was super dry. He offered additional sauce. That would not have made the meat less overlooked! I'm visiting friends in Florida and was looking forward to trying a new restaurant. I live in Monterey area of California and we do not have a Bonefish restaurant nearby. read more

I am not a fan of chains normally. I despise them. But Bone fish was a surprise favorite and I went with a group. I had the watermelon salad with the salsa verde dressing on the side and it was so refreshing and delicious! One of the best salads I've had and I would come back to just have that again. I would have liked more watermelon! I also sampled a few bang bang shrimp and 1 coconut shrimp and these were delicious! For my entree I had the grilled grouper w mango salsa and for my sides I had the season and steamed veggies. I had the small portion and I could only eat half. I definitely had left overs. Popped in on my way home after work. Sat at the bar. Had to after waiting for a few minutes and watching three bar tenders standing around, I had to ask for drink service. I also asked for bread which never arrived. My meal arrived and was fine. The crab (Mahi Mahi oscar) was not plentiful. Bottoms line: average food, poor service in an empty restaurant. read more

I came here with my boyfriend to celebrate our anniversary and the dining experience was awful. For starters, the service was awful. There were hardly any diners in the restaurant and our waitress took an extremely long time to get to us with our drinks and food orders. The calamari appetizer had no taste and was thrown on top of some soggy lettuce. Our main courses were also a disaster. My boyfriend ordered the bang bang shrimp tacos without sour cream because he is lactose intolerant. He said they tasted alright, not to mention the portion size was massive & the chefs did not omit the sour cream. She apologized and said she could take it back and have the chefs make a new dish, but he didn't bother because they probably would've just scraped off the sour cream and give it back. I ordered the poke bowl and they where out of that specific tuna that night, which was strange. Our waitress told us I could swap it for a different tuna so I went with that. That was a definite red flag for me that the food is not fresh & probably a pre-made frozen stock that the restaurant could run out of on any given night. When I received my meal it tasted stale. After such unappetizing courses dessert was out of the question & we just wanted to leave. We will definitely not be returning and do not recommend. read more

Bonefish is good..what can I say. Its safe and it is consistent and you can never go wrong finishing your dinner with an esspresso martini! That said as one could imagine there is better seafood to be had in the bay area. Went to this location with my sister and have always enjoyed it. This time, no. Our waiter's name was Dick. Took him a while to get to us and the place was not busy. Didn't get bread without asking for it, had to ask for refills, had to ask twice for lemons, and all the while he had a wise-ass comment about everything. My soup arrived with the meal and was cold. I sent it back. After I was almost finished with my meal, I had to ask for the soup again. When it came back, Dick said "next time you get cold soup put it between your legs to warm it up". My sister and I were stunned trying to figure out if we heard what we thought we did. I gave Dick an opportunity to make it right telling him he could get fired or slapped for such a comment. His response was "I won't say that to you again". No apology, no remorse, just a wise-ass. We left...I know, we should have gotten the manager right away but didn't. After stewing on it my sister called the manager to explain what happened and to give an opportunity to make it right. The manager said he would get back with her...never did. We never had a bad experience there before and it's a shame but we will not return to this location again. read more

Blahhhhh. So disappointing. Drinks were overly sweet and syrupy. The Baja tacos were dry ad tasteless. The Ahi was definitely not sushi grade. Our group did not like a single thing. Food was great but one of the female waitresses was totally rude. I said excuse me 4 times and she totally ignored me. I also tapped her on her shoulder. Another customer witnessed it and so did another server. I watched the other server tell the proprietor, he then in turn comes to my table to remove my dishes without acknowledging me. I said excuse me and asked if he was going to address my issues. He responds with I'm sorry you're having a bad day. How rude is that!!!! He rudely said I'll take care of your bill then made other negative comments. I'm a paying customer just like everyone else and they chose to be rude to me. I don't understand some people. read more

Bonefish Grill has changed a lot. It used to be a very high quality place, but for some reason it has declined in quality and service. I had dinner there today and my food left a lot to be desired. Bonefish is by far my favorite chain restaurant. Food is always delicious. My go to is the bang bang shrimp, Lilly's chicken with the Jasmine rice, and I top it off with creme brulee. The creme brulee is a great bonus as I don't know anywhere else in the area that serves it. I would absolutely and irrevocably recommend that you check it out even though the more people that go, the longer the line will be, and then I'll have to wait longer for my Lilly's chicken...but I guess this recommendation is for the greater good, at least that's what I'm telling myself.
