    Great chowder!

Tasty chowder, highly recommend. Clean friendly place. Plenty of parenting. Can't wait to come back!

Super friendly staff and delicious food! My favorite is the Plymouth Corn Chowder, it's soooo good, I highly recommend. Packed with corn and potato and it travels well, just like all of their soups. The lobster roll is a good price and served cold with mayo. They definitely pack that up - the picture is a 1/4 lb of lobster. The only thing is it's weirdly over seasoned, but overall really yummy

Finally landed in Boston and made it to my hotel and found the closest place for lobster roll and clam chowder. Yes!!! Meet all my expectations. Great flavor with both. The lobster roll had nicely toasted roll and good amount of lobster. Highly recommend They recommend the clam chowder and the server was right on.

Stopped by for lunch and enjoyed the different choices of chowder and food. They also have a large selection of ready to eat, pre-made chowders and food. I got the lobster roll meal with a small clam chowder and a lobster bisque bread bowl. Both were delicious. Overall, I love how convenient it was, the cost was reasonable, the food was good quality, would recommend.

Based on local reviews I had to stop by Boston Chowda and it did not disappoint. Not only were the soups plentiful they also had great flavor. The prices for everything including take home soups were very good and all the food was fresh and delicious. The lobster roll was excellent and the price for everything was very reasonable compared to other places in the area. The take out and take home options were really great.

These guys rocked lunch today! Amazing New England Clam Chowder

I just left Boston and was heading north. I'm not from the area and was looking for a nice lunch. Well my search led me to Boston Chowda. Boston Chowda has all of these awards! First time here, I want to try their award winning Clam Chowder. They're offering a special 1/2 sandwich and 1/2 soup. I chose a nice wrap, their award-winning clam chowder along with a bag of chips. The soup? Dynamite! It's chock full of local surf clams and hand-cut potatoes. I can see why Boston Chowda is winning awards. I'm sitting outside and enjoying my creamy clam chowder. From the awards winning chowder to the picturesque town, it was a pleasure to dine at Boston Chowda.

Pretty good, lots of soup choices. The chowda was yummy, a bit over priced for just soup. Will come back.

Pricey and not as good as legal seafood, the drinks cosy as much as the food, a one time stop

Typically when I order a veggie sub, they know exactly what I'm talking about. This time, while the worker was very pleasant, he didn't ask the right questions. No big deal. I also ordered a seafood dinner as well for my son. The delivery service was timely and the delivery driver was very pleasant. While the seafood dinner was very good, I can't say the same for the two veggie subs my husband and I ordered. In years past they were stuffed with veggies and the bread was soft and fresh. This time, they were sparsely filled and the Syrian bread was on the stale side with lots of firmness. Not sure if I'll go back or not but I hope they listen to their reviews and make the necessary changes so they will be successful.

Online ordering was simple - we wanted the Main Street Special but then ended up making a bunch of customizations because it was such an easy click to do so. We got ours well done, changed the sauce option, added ricotta, changed up the veg. Pick-up was straight forward - helpful front desk in what is mostly a counter service shop front with a few clean and comfortable looking tables. We took ours to go, but then only made it a short distance before we had to sit down and share a slice. So good! The crust was amazing, as was everything, especially the ricotta, pepperoni and garlic. Will absolutely be back.

When we were in the process of losing our soul mate of a dog to lung cancer they would go above and beyond for our random orders and would always try to bring a smile to our face when we would pick it up. She wouldn't eat so we would call & ask for plain unseasoned grilled chicken or just bacon or whatever it was they always helped us out. Her last meal was bacon on the beach (her favorite place). Thank you for the amazing service.

Ya know, I once navigated to this place on accident before? Yeah. Still not sure what my GPS was…read moredoing that day. Because I normally go to the one in Salem. But on this day, I thought to myself, "Self, I really hate making that busy-as-hell left turn on South Broadway in Salem. What if we took a journey to the Andover location instead?" And so it was. I enter this cozy little restaurant carefully tucked against a slightly submerged parking garage. Although, I probably shouldn't say "little" because the interior was noticeably larger than its Salem counterpart. It's also noisy AF in there when it gets busier than a New York subway. So naturally, I ordered my usual to-go (a Country Classic with an extra egg and hashbrowns for those who don't know). Only it wasn't *quite* ready on time. Which, to be fair, is kind of a minor point. Thing is, they have to shout your name whenever your order is finally ready. This in and of itself can prove to be quite the challenge when bellowing atop the already roaring crowd of customers impeding the otherwise accessible pickup shelves. I'll do my best to describe the interior since I wasn't really able to take pictures. But try to imagine an L-shaped dining area with the longest part hosting a row of countertop seats facing the windows. Beyond that sits a rather modest dining area with a few more tables. Next to that sits the gender neutral restrooms. It's strange and cramp, particularly when the place is packed tighter than a sardine can. Sufficed to say, I'm not much a fan of the interior design here. Being the partial recluse that I am, I offer the following best practice for a place so riotous: mobile order that shiz, cuh! Seriously. I had to put in my noise cancelling earbuds to appease my misophonia. The good news is....the food is still awesome. The eggs? Creamier than crème fraîche. Taters? Eh, I don't why...but these seemed way more seasoned the very first time I tried them. Fortunately, they actually pair rather well with their refined version of ketchup. The bacon? Well...let's just say I wish it were served well done. Not sure if I'm able to request that. But I'll scope out my options next time and get back to you all. That's it though. Nice place, WAY easier to get to than its Salem counterpart, but a bit too cramp and noisy for my taste which means....I'll likely ever dine in here. It's all good though, because I'm still giving Crack'd Kitchen & Coffee in Andover 4 Country Classics with all the fixins out of 5.
