Everytime i go here (once a week) i receive great customer service,my favorite is the Tamarindo/Limon with picosito raspado!! I tried the bar they have of goodies,and everything was super fresh and very good! You make your own, they have all these different ingredients to choose from like Tostitos, churritos, ruffles, Sabritas, fresh fruit (the mango was so good), cueritos, chaca chaca, etc even fresh limes, which makes a whole difference compared to lime juice from a bottle! Our favorite local acai spot for the girlfriend and I. Honestly we love coming here and we would every day if it wear possible. We almost kind of do because we come here a lot after training and both get bowls. The price did go up a little but that's ok, you get a good amount on both the small and big one. I tried this place today. It was OK at best. The chamango was not that great, but the biggest disappointment was the fresas con crema. My kids wouldn't even eat them. Great place! I go there on the regular. The raspados are totally legit. As far as the botanas, you can make your own creation or follow the examples on the wall. The yogurts are also delicious. even better ask one of the guys to make you a clamato preparado. just tell them what you like and they'll hook it up. I usually only review when I have bad service or good service, that's just me. So for me this spot is a 5 star. read more

So far this place hasn't disappoint and even though they take my money on a weekly, it's worth it. I've been able to place my order for açaí bowls, chamangos or my new favorite, chapinas, over the phone on multiple occasions with no issues except for recently, the time estimate is not as indicated. That still won't deter me from stopping by. The items are a bit pricey but that's to be expected during the pandemic. I spent about $40 on 3 large chapinas ($7.25 each) and 2 large açaí bowls ($10 each). Check this place out if you're ever in the South Bay. It's delicious and the fruit is fresh!! read more

They weren't open or set up at the time posted for opening I hung out in the parking lot for an additional 15ish mins after showing up about 20 mins after posted opening times. I figured due to Covid-19 things were moving slower as with most business. However once I went back in neither employee greeted me. Only the male employee yelled "hi, how are you" once he was headed to the kitchen to make someone else's order. I ordered a Chapiña and was not impressed it was sweeter than I'm used to having elsewhere and the pineapple tasted like it had been mixed ice cream or milk which diluted the pineapple flavor.
