First time coming to this location. Ordered the half Turkey avocado sandwich and clam chowder soup. Both were delicious. Love how soft their breads are and it's baked fresh daily. Service was good. Will be back again soon. Parking lot is shared with Charles Schwab and Marriott Residence Inn. You can order at the front or use the kiosk.

Whenever I forget to bring lunch to the office, Boudin is my go-to spot! This location is centrally located, but parking can be a bit of a hassle. I usually mobile-order my items which is easy and convenient. Everyone is friendly and food is always good! The restaurant itself is a bit small and will be pretty packed if you show up after 12:30. Now I'm craving a sandwich!

I have been to other locations Boudin is a great option for sandwiches and soup bowls. They have other menus items which included an assortment of breads, cookies and pastries. For thanksgiving they have sourdough stuffing and breads that are shaped like turkey's available. Service is quick. You can place your order through a kiosk or with a cashier. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Good choice for a lunch meeting or to catch up with friends. Parking is available in lot.

Listen I am a massive sucker for San Francisco sourdough. In this case I happen to know the brand Boudin is from San Francisco and so I was super excited and convinced my friends that this is where we were going to have lunch. They happily agreed and we all went overboard. I even bought a baguette that I ended up bringing home with me on the plane which is kind of funny and frankly by the time it got home it was hard which was sad. I was in town for a conference though so it kind of makes sense cuz all food was provided for in the conference. Back to the review of the restaurant.. The location was very clean and it was very clear that you walked up to the register and or the mobile kiosks and placed your order. In my case I wanted to speak to the attendant at the register and he was super nice and friendly even though he was super young. And didn't really understand customer service frankly however he was super friendly. Said he couldn't answer most of my questions but that was okay. I got a flatbread pizza strangely a baguette and a bread bowl of soup. The soup came out hot and honestly it was just fantastic to dip the bread into the soup and eat it that way that's my favorite way to eat it and it was broccoli cheddar soup which was very good. Not as good as Panera but definitely very good. The pizza was just average don't waste your time with that this is obviously not a pizza place in the dough didn't even taste like sourdough. The sandwiches that my friends got were also fantastic. The bathrooms were clean the dining room was clean the self-service beverage area was clean. I didn't order a beverage but I was able to get a glass of water very easily and they were super friendly about the whole thing. When we needed boxes they were generous with them and had no problem giving us butter to go with our bread.

Every time I come here I have a mediocre experience but this last time it reminded me why I don't frequent this place more. Ordered a half sandwich and soup combo. When I walked back to my office to have my lunch the sandwich was awful! Not only was the bread over toasted but the also smeared half of a brown avocado on the sandwich. The absolute worse! Will never eat here again

Stopped by to pick up bread to bring home and eat with dinner. There was a couple customers in front of me, but the line moved quickly. I ordered a sourdough loaf to go, and the friendly cashier asked if I wanted it sliced or whole. I usually request sliced, bc they run it thru a machine and every slice is uniformly cut. Fresh Boudin's sourdough bread is always delicious. It is crunchy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. You can eat it straight out of the bag if it's fresh, but otherwise, a quick toast in the oven makes it good as new. It also freezes very well if you can't finish it right away.

Friendly service, good value, and fresh breads/food! Spacious seating both indoors and outdoors.

I really enjoy the bread bowls I personally get the clam chowder. Sometimes the sourdough can be a little tough on the sandwiches but that is sourdough in general. The service is pretty standard nothing too special and nothing bad to say. If you come to california it is definitely something to try since it's california only.

Got lunch here using 20% off seasonal dungeness items. Pretty mediocre salad and tiny soup for $20 even with the discount. There are better salad and soup lunch stops. The Russian? sauce was good though.

The old adage "You can't judge a book by its cover," is true here. This place looks forgotten, ignored, unassuming, but produces the finest bakery items in Orange County. You enter and have to immediately get into a line. Inside, it is like a aged cafeteria of your childhood. You have to wait for a young lady who can't even look over the top of the counter because there is so much stuff piled high. She stands on tip toes to see you and you have to shout at her and point what you want. The problem is when she sees you, you are near the cash register, so you must say excuse me and walk in front of a line of people to point and shout out what you want. It is so poorly designed and complicated to order. We all endure because like the Soup Nazi on Seinfeld, the product is worth it. They sell the world's best Olive bread, scones, and strawberry crossants. If you survive the line, you make it to the cash register, pay, get a bag and leave. There is no where to sit. There is no internet. They shuffle you through and on to the next one. The pastry items are incredible and worth the trouble.

Food: My favorite bread is the olive bread It tastes fresh and incredibly delicious. It had a lot of olives on it, which I liked. However, the onigiri was just okay. It advertises itself as a more premium pastry brand and I don't mind paying a little more for quality pastries. For this last trip, it sorta fallen off a cliff for me. I got their cream puffs this past weekend and I was gravely disappointed. It had labeled a use date of 7/14/26 when I bought it on 7/11/26. I tried it with my wife today on 7/13/26 and the cream tasted sour... Wait, what? How??? Why??? We wondered whether it was a "new" flavor or something and realized that no, this just went bad. Granted that you are paying $12 for 6 of these, for $2 each puff this is not really acceptable at all. Sure, I called the store and they refunded me this purchase. By letting them know that they should probably throw away the rest of this batch, will this happen? The store clerk told me so, but who knows? The fact that you have to question premium stores really puts a sour taste in your mouth. It does make you wonder whether to come by again in the future or not. And that's on top of whether to trust any of the labels they provide or not....geez...

Ambiance is a very casual, counter order business in the food court. There's seating there, but we ate really close by. The lady working there packed it up nicely in a to go box and we got some cookies (regular ones and almond crisp ones). It's a bit sweet, but they're dessert pastries so that makes sense. Goes great with a brewed cup of tea. Croffle had a nice semi-chewy texture and the tiramisu flavor added a bit of a coffee taste to it. Good balance of the cream and croffle.
