Quality/Quantity - Support local. My wife craved Asian food today so we chose this place. Got the following: Wings for an appetizer - Only 4 small wings in an order. Decent flavors, not spicy at all; but very messy and sticky. Honey...? The wings were made to order, expect to wait approximately 10 minutes. Spicy Pork Bowl - The meats and produce were fresh. Sauce on the side, so we can control our spice level. The rice was under cooked; still firm, and dry. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Atmosphere - Small clean local business. 4-5 tables. Probably the only Korean restaurant in town...? Clean and I liked the decor. And all the education with their cuisine.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Plenty of mall parking. [[HIGHLIGHT]]One clean unisex restroom.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service - Counter service. Owner managed and ran. Price - $25, expensive for what we got. But when you are the only player in town and my wife craves Korean, it's worth it. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2020.

Creamy Vegetarian Ramen with Tofu Nugget

The creamy vegetarian ramen with tofu nugget was amazing and would definitely have for those bad weather days. The service was fast in person. I do believe there should be another non-meat option but the food was great especially the nuggets.

We was craving for ramen and found this place on Yelp. We ordered black garlic, miso ramen and chicken karaage. The ramen soup was not salty and the pork doesn't have after taste. Service was great. We was greeted when we came in and we didn't have to ask for extra bowl (lady offered and gave us) since we ordered extra noodles. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Environment was clean and simple.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I love Korean food so, this was am easy choice. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Small and simple place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] One very friendly woman who seemed to be running the entire place. She was so nice and patient with me, too. Food is made fresh to order. I had the Udon and those noodles were chewy perfection! Full of umami in the broth. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great place for a quick lunch stop.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

So, I was crazing some good Asian cuisine food while in Carson City and I did a search on my yelp to see what was nearby. I had gone to Chinese, Japanese and Thai places here in town, but never knew about the Korean place that just opened up! I decided to go try it out and I was pretty impressed with the food. I ordered the beef bimbibap bowl they had on the menu, I really wanted chicken, but I was there near closing and they were out. Fulfilling my chicken craving, I ordered fried Karaage chicken. I ordered the meal to go and brought it home. The food tasted nice and hot with the traditional flavours of the rice bowl. I know the karaage chicken may not look so appetizing, but I can say it was good. I have had better karaage chicken, but this was good. The place was clean and nice, ambiance was chill and service was fast, friendly and reasonably priced. I definitely want to go back and try some ramen bowls!

Found this place on a whim while I was in town for some errands and it did not disappoint! Probably the best ramen I've ever had and I have my favorites in Reno! I was pleased to see they have (my favorite) black garlic tonkatsu so that was a must-have for me. My hub ordered miso ramen (another fav of mine) and wooow - so GOOD! You can't go wrong with either. The sliced pork in mine was insanely delicious. Packed with so much flavor and really tender. I requested no egg or bean sprouts (I keep it super simple) but I was surprised they have corn in their broth. Not a bad thing and it was actually really good. I'm on this ramen kick lately - maybe it's because it's winter - but it's a nice craving to have. I wish this wasn't so far away but now I have more of an excuse to go to Carson more often. It was clean inside the restaurant and in the restroom and service was fine! I'd love to try their Bibimbap, as well.

The food is super yummy and very fresh. If you like very tasty food, well seasoned to your taste this is your place. A variety of vegetables, sauces, seasoning and protein suits everyone's taste. This is a favorite for my wife, daughter and I. The service is also great and the two people running the restaurant are just the kindest, hardworking people you could meet. The restaurant is centrally located close to the main shopping area right off of Topsy and the 395. The ambiance will meet your needs. Make this a go to place!

Overall this was a good grab and go restaurant. Nothing special to write home about. The restaurant was clean and had a good bit of seating. The lady taking orders behind the counter, was not rude, but definitely was there to take orders, and that was it. The Takoyaki had very little octopus(maybe 1 piece in each) and lots of filler. The Tonkotsu Romen had a very good broth but the noodles were like they were the store bought package of ramen noodles. My egg was also over cooked. The beef bibimbap could have used a bit more seasoning but was good and came with a decent portion of meat. I will probably eat here again, but it will be out of convenience more than cravings.

This place is great for a quick warm bowl of soup or rice bowl on a cold day. Service is quick and staff helpful. Ramen was tasty. The chatsu pork was the most flavorful part of the meal. It's pretty average ramen nothing too special but still nice to find something in Carson that is tasty and comforting. Inside is clean and simple. I wish they had gluten free noodle option and that their condiments were on the table for dine in. It seemed very wasteful to hand out plastic utensils and seasoning for dine in.

Wings, karaage and tofu nuggets with dipping sauce and Kim Chee as well!

Want Korean food and ramen in Carson City? Look no further than Bowls N Go! It's great to have a little spicy Korean fried chicken and beef bulgogi bowls. Tonkotsu ramen, karaage chicken too. We ordered karaage, Korean wings and tofu nuggets. It came with a nice dipping sauce as well! Great service, of course. Only suggestion would be to offer mild, medium spicy, and extra spicy wings as options. You have to try Bowls N Go for some of the best Korean food in the area.

We liked that you get to pick a side with each sandwich/burger...the blue cheese slaw was excellent, and the homemade potato chips were the bomb too. The restaurant was not busy when we walked in (about 2-3 tables) but it got busier afterwards. Due to the restaurant not being super busy, they only had one employee waiting on us and the initial wait for our food was about 15-20 minutes. Later on, it appeared more staff came in and additional ordered items appeared faster. Items ordered: Green tea- great nutty flavor and perfect for fellow green tea lovers! Free refills Spicy cucumber - they used Persian cucumbers and this was a small dish. Taste was fine but I prefer the Northern Chinese style spicy cucumber over this one (if you compare these two dishes) Garnet Ramen - Good dish and delicious broth! Hubby enjoyed this. Pearl Ramen - I really enjoyed the clear broth and subtle but good mix of flavors. I preferred these noodles over the Garnet as these are thinner. Quartz Ramen - The creamy broth was my second favorite and the amount of chicken, fried onions, and broccolini were a nice touch. Kid's chicken karaage x2 - kids enjoyed this a lot Kids' Ramen- this came with just noodles, corn, and broth (your selection). Kiddo enjoyed the Quartz broth, so we selected Quartz. Even though tea had free refills, I had to ask our waiter for a refill. I know he was busy, so it wasn't a big deal.

Staff rarely check on the table. Water refills can take 20-30 minutes, so we usually get our own. Food is often delivered by a robot whose shelves look unclean, and tips are still expected. Order mistakes happen often enough that we factor them in before we decide to come. The lumpia in the photo were mostly fine, but one arrived mangled and should not have been served. The poke bowl was excellent. We still stop in because it is the closest place for sushi or poke. When we have extra time we drive farther for the same food with better service. More Umami Needed!…read more SHORT Ver: Most selections lack flavor to true authentic originals. Service was friendly and adequate, hence my giving 2 I am Asian who has lived over 50 years in Hawaii and have eaten authentic Asian cuisine from around the Pacific and Asia so I'm qualified to make this statement! LONG Version: In heavily populated Asian communities,if we see a particular race eating at that races' restaurant, it's generally a signal that the food there is gonna be good! Makes sense, right? While visiting Tahoe today my family had a craving for sushi and based on the rating for Harumi Sushi (as of 6/26' is is 3.9 Stars) we decided to go for dinner. Walking in, we were met with friendly staff and Japanese chefs behind the sushi counter! (Good sign!) their menu is mostly Japanese with some Korean dishes. I was also pleasantly surprised that there were a lot of Asian families also seated but I wasn't sure if that was a good gauge as I suspected that these families were all probably like ours-visiting from outside of the area. I crossed my fingers. We ordered various sushi rolls, a Tonkotsu Ramen, Tempura Udon, Pork Tonkatsu, and a Dotsolbop. Kitchen help must've been short staffed because each dish came out singly with minutes in between the next single dish and by the time the last dish came out, the first few people had already been long finished. First: Tonkotsu Ramen soup broth was completely tasteless. I have packaged Tonkotsu Ramen from my Asian store in Vegas that has much more flavor and body that the one I had. The noodles were simply noodles, the egg was not ajitama. It was simply a half boiled egg. The rest of the dish was not appealing nor tasty at all. Even the charsiu tasted old if not just pan fried for presentation! I could not finish it. The Tempura with the udon was adequate for an AYCE Japanese style buffet so, 'mid' as my kids would say. The udon, I was told wasn't bad, I guess I should've order the Shoyu Ramen instead. The Tonkatsu also fared better in taste rating than my ramen. The Dot Sol Bop came after everyone was finished eating. It had chopped lettuce on it among a couple other non traditional looking veggies. There was very little meat in it. After adding the kochujang sauce and tasting, it was the strangest version of this dish I have ever tasted. The vinegar flavor coming from each bite was so overwhelming. We didn't know if it came from the rice mixture or from the kochujang sauce. Not even half of this dish was eaten. And this was with half the group sampling it. No one wanted to finish this dish. The sushi rolls looked like they were a little on the old side however all said the sushi was pretty good. Not amazing, but adequate. Mid range quality ingredients. My conclusion is that the quality of the ingredients is in need of some improvements. The sushi chefs are getting the job done with what they have. The cooked dishes, however, need to be reexamined If you truly know what Asian cuisine is because you've grown up with it and/or have experienced it, you will walk away disappointed especially if you order a non-sushi entree. The staff were nice though!
