I came here with some family and friends, and it was really good! Portions are huge and filling and their specialty coffees are fun (they are extremely sweet, so if you prefer less sweet-stick to the basics). They have yummy vegetarian options here as well! The interior looks really nice and their merch is cool. Service was good and the waitress was patient as I asked a million questions during ordering. I've dined here about 3 times, I really wanted to give this place a fair chance because the food is pretty good (when they get your order right) and the location is convenient, but the service has been consistently BAD!! The first visit here, the waiter snapped at me when I asked to repeat my order to make sure he had heard it right. I felt so uncomfortable. I wanted to leave. I have never had a server react that way when asking to verify my order... i figured maybe they were having a bad day and that I would give it another shot. Another incident worth noting was on my last visit here, I ordered coffee and had to ask the waitress literally 4 times to bring my coffee. She rolled her eyes and had an attitude about it, but the food was almost out, and I had already been waiting over 20 minutes on my drink! She seemed irritated and at that point I was ready to just cancel it, as I wanted to drink it before my food got there. To make matters worse I ordered my food with no bacon as I don't eat pork. It's as if I had never tasted bacon before... Just had my first visit over the holiday weekend, and I can't speak highly enough about the Breakfast Sammie. The Jurassic Pork bacon was thick and flavorful with just enough crunch, on perfectly golden sourdough bread! It comes with more than enough crispy potatoes on the side too. Cold brew was decent as well. However if the wait gets long here, it doesn't hurt to put your name down and stroll 2 doors down to Peet's coffee while you wait! Overall I had a good experience here - it just wasn't mind blowing. There was fast service and I like that they have a pretty big menu with a lot of variety (including vegan options). I ordered the American and my boyfriend got the breakfast burrito. He said his was ok and that he would come back but order something else. I liked mine although it's a pretty standard order. I really liked the hashbrowns (there are bits of bacon in it) and I appreciate that the butter for my toast was melted and not rock hard. Only real complaint is that we asked for 2 sides of ketchup and 2 sides of their spicy house ketchup and pepper but they forgot the regular ketchup and pepper and we had to ask for water refills.
