Instead of attempting to help, I was repeatedly told "we can't do that," with no explanation and zero effort to offer a solution. Mind you, I go to Starbucks 2 times a day, and as you can the receipt shows everyone has no issues but this store. What made this worse was the employee's attitude--smirking and appearing amused rather than providing basic customer service. This was not a request for anything free. It was a reasonable, paid customization that other Starbucks locations have accommodated without issue. Because of this interaction, my husband and I chose not to purchase anything and left feeling disrespected--on the first day of our 30th wedding anniversary. This level of service is unacceptable and not what your brand represents. I expect this to be addressed.
