Not the review I had hoped to write about this place. I brought my boyfriend here for his birthday, but we were sorely disappointed by our entire experience. I visited years ago and had a great meal, so I wonder if ownership or kitchen staff has changed, because the quality has noticeably dropped. Service-wise, our appetizer and pasta arrived in a timely manner. However, our pizza took a long time to come out. We noticed a table seated and ordered after us received their pizza first, which was confusing, though we figured they might have a specific order system in place. As for the food, almost every dish was wildly under-seasoned. I tend to use very little salt myself, but dish after dish was simply bland. We even overheard the table next to us--who ordered completely different menu items--complaining about the exact same issue. Beyond the lack of seasoning: Beets: Far too pungent from an overpowering vinegar taste. Pizza: A typical thin, floppy Neapolitan style, but the crust tasted like burnt ash. Pasta: A total bust with virtually no flavor. We regret not speaking up to management to give them a chance to fix it, but the experience was a letdown. While the restaurant has great ambiance, the lack of flavor means we likely won't be back. Rating: 2.5 / 5
Brick Fire Tavern delivered another memorable dining experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing dinner. We started with a couple of cocktails that were beautifully crafted and well-balanced. The salad was fresh and crisp, and the meatballs were incredibly tender, served in a rich, flavorful tomato sauce alongside warm focaccia bread that was perfect for soaking up every last bit of sauce. The standout of the evening was the specialty pizza topped with creamy mozzarella, pancetta, and pea purée. The wood-fired crust had the perfect balance of crispy and chewy, and the flavors came together beautifully. The squeeze of lemon added a bright, unexpected touch that elevated the entire pizza. We also shared the mushroom rigatoni, which was rich, creamy, and packed with savory mushroom flavor. It was comforting without being overly heavy and paired perfectly with the rest of the meal. For dessert, we enjoyed ice cream topped with Nutella, olive oil, and sea salt. It may sound simple, but the combination was incredible. The creamy ice cream, rich chocolate-hazelnut spread, subtle saltiness, and fruity olive oil created the perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors. From the cocktails to dessert, every dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. Combined with friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere, Brick Fire Tavern continues to be one of our favorite spots. We'll definitely be back.
Located in Kaimuki on Waialae, Brick Fire is a medium-ish sized restaurant. Pretty casual as we went during the day but seemed popular. We were seated inside, and it was a nice setting! We did not have reservations but most people seemed to have reservations. The service was quick and the people working were nice! We ordered pizza and spicy vodka pasta. We don't remember the name of the pizza, but it was very tasty. It felt more on the thin side and was not too saucy, but flavorful. The pasta was also yummy and we didn't think it was overly spicy. We ate everything quickly and were out of there in under an hour. Very efficient! We plan to be back sometime and try some of their other pizza, pasta, and more offerings.
In the month of April Brick Fire Tavern was promoting their garlic tide pizza for the Kona low victims. The pizza included shrimp, garlic, and spicy red peppers. We decided to get a supporting pizza as part of our lunch order for the office. The order was ready just at 12 the pick up time I asked for the day before. The pizzas were nice and hot with the salads fresh. I just wish they would toss the Caesar salad in the dressing because it is so thick it's hard to divy up as a group. The arugula fennel salad was nice but I could probably make it at home. I got a cannoli order which includes two. The cannolis were still nice and crunch when I brought them home 4 hours later. The flavor, banana chocolate peanut butter seemed like it would be too much but it actually was very nice. But I'm still holding out for a traditional flavors.
We sat at the bar and the bartender was super sweet and truly amazing at her job! I don't drink (allergic) but you can tell she not only loves her job but she is really really good at it! I did try a few sips of my boyfriend's Gondola drink which is their most popular drink, and it was delicious and so smooth! I really love citrus! We tried the Caesar salad first and i was really impressed how much flavor there was. Sooo good. Then my boyfriend and I shared the New Yorker pizza and spicy vodka pasta and loved both, especially the spicy vodka pasta! My dad got the meatballs and loved them, I thought they were pretty good too but by the time I tried them I was pretty full! The bar is beautiful and loved the ambiance, watching them make all the drinks and also the brick oven was within view it was all just really nice!
This place has become a staple pizza joint for me and my friends. The quality of their pizzas has been consistently great, and I enjoy them every time. My favorite is definitely the pepperoni pizza! I usually ask for less cheese due to my lactose intolerance, and they always accommodate me so graciously, which I really appreciate. The service here is also excellent--everyone on the staff is attentive. I honestly lost count of how many times they refilled my water glass. What was once a sleepy town, Kaimukī has become a vibrant yet family-friendly and charming neighborhood, and places like this are a big part of why.
I visited Brick Fire tavern for the first time today on St. Patrick's day and was so happy with the choice and disappointed in myself for not visiting earlier! We started the night by ordering the Caesar's Salad that I just couldn't seem to get enough of because of the bread crumble and the sensei cherry farm tomato. We also ordered the Prosciutto and Burrata and the Heirloom Tomato that was very unique. I wish there were more slices of bread that was served with the Heirloom Tomato because it was a hit for me with the tomato being the center of the dish complimented by the whipped, creamy chive ricotta. The service was nothing short of spectacular. We were treated with such class and attentiveness that I felt like we were the only people in the room. I hope to come back to Brick Fire tavern soon!
This is my favorite pizza place on island if I'm looking for some brick oven pizza and a nice cocktail (a very close second would be floralia). I always stick to the traditional Margherita pizza and if I'm feeling hungry, I'll add on the funghi. I haven't had any of the meat topped options since I'm usually dining with a vegetarian but I'm not complaining. The pizzas come out fast and deliciously consistent every time. I'd recommend making a reservation if you know you want to go but I've had excellent luck walking in during the earlier part of dinner time. The space is clean and open so you can see the pizza masters at work and the bartenders crafting their specials of the month. Parking can be a bit tricky with the small lot or street stalls fyi so give yourself some time if you made a reservation. Cheers

One of the few places serving up true Neapolitan pizza in Oahu. And it slaps. Brick oven, classy space, that perfect chewy dough you crave. 10/10!
If you're expecting a classic, foldable, crispy-bottom pizza, this Neapolitan-style probably isn't for you. The Mama Mia pizza was tasty, but not especially memorable given the price point. If I were to return, it would be for the pastas. The bolognese was the standout. Perfectly al dente noodles and super saucy with a generous amount of meat. The mushroom rigatoni was also very tasty, though the portion felt too small for the cost. The pistachio cheesecake was lame. The pistachio flavor was barely noticeable and I expected it to be creamy and dense but this was airy. The whipped cream on the side was also grainy and slightly watery. For the price, I'd likely explore other options before coming back.
It was yesterday, Saturday, our first time here. We found them right across the street from The Local General Store in Kaimuki. It was a rainy morning, but that didn't deter us. We arrived just before their 11 am opening time. The woman inside opened the doors and showed us to our seats. There were more tables than we had envisioned. We ordered the European lager (Peroni), Orchard Salad, and the Prosciutto e Rucola pizza. The salad was interesting. Along with butter lettuce, it came with pear, gorgonzola, candied pecans, and honey balsamic. I liked the sweetness of the pecans. The pizza arrived as we were finishing our salad. We especially looked forward to trying their wood-fired pizza. The Prosciutto e Rucola came with mozzarella, Prosciutto di Parma, arugula, parmesan, and olive oil, to which I added extra mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. We accepted the server's offer to bring chili oil to the table. The pizza was pretty good, with a nice firm crust along the edges and the toppings over a soft center, covered with arugula. Ashley (sp?), our server, was very good and attentive. She even brought an extra spoon for my wife, in case she wanted to try the ice cream I ordered for dessert.
I just enjoyed a great dinner, treated by my daughter and SIL, as a belated birthday get together. I chose Brick Fire over Merriman's because I felt it would be more "family- style" dining, with my granddaughter in tow. The parking can be an issue, since the lot behind the bldg is relatively small (maybe 15 spaces) for the number of restaurants there, but fortunately, we found a metered spot right across the street. Traffic was terrible on Friday night, and we got there about 15 minutes late (we called to let them know). They had a high chair for my GD, which we made sure to reserve over the phone, and were seated right away. Our server greeted us promptly and gave us a highlight on the specials. We ordered some cocktails and then decided to get the Prosciutto and Burrata app, a couple of pizzas and a pasta entrée. The pizzas are 12" in size with a thin crust, but still can fill you up. The dough is made fresh and has a nice "chew" to it. The pasta is also fresh, procured from Onda Pasta, located next door. Everything tasted great, and they also provided me with a comp scoop of their brown sugar vanilla ice cream for my birthday, while we all also shared the Nutella calzone. Thank you to my daughter and SIL for a great dinner, and this is a definite must try spot.

I was a frequent diner at the downtown bft and excited to learn they opened a restaurant in Kaimuki. Same great food, ambiance is lively, and prices are reasonable. There's free parking in the back of the restaurant but if it's full, there's only street parking. Started off with the clams, a baker's dozen of steamed clams in a light pesto broth accompanied with 4 thick, crusty slices of bread. Perfect for dipping. Next the Insalata di Mela, red leaf lettuce tossed in a sweet, light vinaigrette. And lastly, the Funghi pizza. In the past I've ordered this pizza and the crust is crispy with a slight charred taste, but tonight it was soggy and burnt. I'm sure it was just a fluke. Maybe an adjustment on the oven is needed, or the pizza maker should be more attentive? The topping was spot on though, and it's still one of my favorites. Our waitress Rachel gave excellent suggestion on the wine, was fast but didn't make us feel rushed, and had a cheery disposition. It's like she had a vested interest in the business, which I hope she does. Management should not lose this gal. read more
I think I love this place. The food is great. The service is great. It is in my neighborhood. There is free parking. There's a nice wine and beer selection. How could it be any better? Sal's bolognese pappardelle is so rich and flavorful. The perfectly al dente pasta catches all that meat sauce which also nicely surrounds a succulent meatball. My friend wanted it spicy. If that's what you like, do not hesitate to ask. They will add calabrian chili, an Italian fruity, smokey, salty pepper... so tasty, a real treat! I had the prosciutto and peas penne which was fresh and light with just enough saltiness. Of course, we had to balance our pastas with the arugula and caesar salads. Both substantial enough to make it a lovely accompaniment. We shared an order of the gelato of the day, chocolate macadamia nut. Just perfect! Can't wait to graze through the rest of the menu. read more

I think my only complaint about BFT is that parking is hard. Which is not their fault at all, hence the 5-star review We always end up parking far up the street in the paid lot and walk over. Unless you have elderly members in your group, it's really not a bad walk at all. Good for your digestion after all the pasta and pizza and wine you'll drink during your meal It's a very cute restaurant! I love the chalkboard wall describing the beginnings of this popular neighborhood pizzeria. The fact that you can also look right into the brick oven and watch your pizza being cooked is also such an incredible perk! The food is ALWAYS good and so consistent which is really so important when you make good food. I've been there a few times now and the service is good, the food is good, the cocktails are good; the consistency is what brings us back as well. Please always hear the specials of the day because they don't stick around long and they're almost always good because it's the kitchens opportunity to get creative! That san marzano sauce is delicious and me and my partner always keep the plate to dip our pizza crust in after our appetizers are done. This was my first-time visiting Brick Fire Tavern on Waialae. We got lucky and just pulled into a street parking that was open for us. The pizzas were very good, however I thought that they were a little soggy in the middle. We ordered 3 pizzas, the pesto pasta, and a salad. The mushroom pizza and the shrimp pizza were my favorite of the pizzas, but I also really enjoyed the pasta. The waiter was super helpful when we were having trouble deciding what to order. There are just so many options that look good. All of the food (especially the pizzas) came out very quickly and we didn't have to wait. read more

Very disappointed in the service we received on my Birthday. It is the way we were treated that will never make us come back. First time here- ordered 2 pizzas, the beet salad, special cocktail & plantation iced tea. I inquired about adding beets to the house caesar salad ($15). To add beets would be addt'l $4. despite the Swiss Goddess salad which comes w/beets ($16). Wow. (Why not just charge the addtl $1 for beets?). So I ordered the Swiss Goddess salad complete w Beets, $16. Marguerita pizza $19 plus $4 mushrooms Sartriale's pizza $23 plus $2 olives Pizza was good, but was surprised they serve the pies without some kind of serving spatula- especially when the pizza slice is very flimsy as the center of the pie- the crust is completely soft & gooey. Plantation iced tea $8 -was really yummy first 2-3 sips. However, they pack it with so much ice that once you get to less than 1/3 of the drink, ice melts and making it very watery. Buyer beware - no refills. Which I wasn't surprised, but don't Jack the glass up with a ton of ice. I was happy to just get topped off with plain iced tea. However, the server NEVER came back to refill. The server failed to continue checking in on us even when it was obvious we were complete with our meal. I observed her making 2-3 rounds on other tables OTHER THAN US. Had to flag the hostess down who was filling water- to get some iced tea- had to flag someone else to get a box for leftovers. It was painfully obvious that our server chose not to check on us after our order was out on the table. To top it off, we had our salad boxed up, and I asked to make sure to add the dressing. When I got home to put the food away, I realized the server literally. Gave. A teaspoonful. Of dressing. Are you kidding me? Never have I ever had dressing given to me in a to go ramekin with practically nothing in it. What's the point? Had I known we were going to be treated so badly on my Birthday, I would've gladly gone somewhere else where I know what to expect for the price I pay. I really wanted to like this place. I was already planning a follow up visit for the pasta, as it supposedly comes fresh from another business down the street. Guess not. Had it not been for our server (everyone else was pleasant and attentive). My husband was so furious at the end of the meal that he wanted to stiff the server ( and we are heavy tippers). I told him to give 15% (having worked as a server, i know what it means to rely on tips- especially when these tips are shared amongst prep, kitchen staff and the front of the house). .... This was a great place when it was in Chinatown, and it's still good, but... it doesn't have quite the same ambiance. It's become gentrified. Also the pizzas were very wet and the crust didn't support the toppings. I ended up having to roll the pizza up to eat it. Kudos for the larger menu, and the pumpkin panna cotta was scrumptious. read more

We've been fans of Brick Fire Tavern's Neapolitan pizzas since 2016 and were disappointed yet excited for its certified trained pizzaiolo owners when they decided to move from Chinatown to Kaimukī in 2020. Wow! What a time for a move as we are amid the pandemic but, to us, even as we were doing our best to stay in place, we were still drawn to Brick Fire Tavern's pizzas. However, it's taken us almost a year since BFT's move (September 2020) to Kaimukī to get a taste of what we've been missing. Usually, I make dining reservations through OpenTable.com, but this time, I decided to call my reservation in. Fortunately, there were still a few reservations for the date and time that I wanted. I also inquired about the location of their parking lot behind the building with its entrance on the makai side of 9th Avenue off Waialae Avenue. Their open parking lot was spacious, but please note that the lot is shared with other businesses, so if it's crowded, you'll probably have to look for metered or free street parking. Sophia, our server, introduced herself to us with positive and friendly energy. She asked if this was our first time dining with BFT Kaimukī, which we confirmed, but we had been regulars at their former Chinatown location. We also mentioned how much we liked their new location because it's only a 4-mile drive away and has the bonus of free parking. Their Kaimukī restaurant is larger and has a more open contemporary layout. We didn't order adult beverages or appetizers because BFT was our second stop in our celebratory progressive dinner. It didn't take us long to place our order because we spotted one of our favorite BFT pies, Da "Shrimp Truck" ($21) and the Bolognese Pappardelle ($23). Both dishes were prepared well and tasted as delicious as we remembered. Throughout our dining experience, Sophia's attentiveness and friendly demeanor were welcoming and yet unobtrusive. Her fun-loving and positive attitude added to our already exciting evening. Brick Fire Tavern's food was on point, and we're already looking forward to returning for more. read more
Parking is pretty bad in Kaimuki, there really is only metered parking everywhere. So we decided to do take out 2 pizza's cost $50. My best friend was hyping the place up saying that it was so good. So I decided to order from there. For some reason I wasn't able to order online so I called in to place a take out order. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and the the Mama mia. It smelled good but the pizza wasn't that great the crust on my mama mia pizza was burnt and the crust on both of our pizza's were really soggy and the toppings kept sliding off and my fiancé was getting annoyed and said these pizza's aren't worth $20+. Don't think I'll be ordering pizza from them again. read more
This was the best birthday experience! Even though we didn't have reservations we were seated fairly quick even though we were at the bar. I prefer this since I could sit next to my partner. We started with the bread and was amazing. The pizza has the perfect amount of meat since they don't skimp out! The pasta was amazing as well as the sauce. I need to checkout the Onda next time! They were so sweet to bring out ice cream and candle. There was exceptional service at the bar and we always come back. The inside is always busy but we love seeing the dynamic and everyone is so happy. 10/10 read more
I first discovered this delightful pizza establishment when they opened downtown. In moving to Kaimuki they now have a much bigger location but their food and service is just as spot on as before. I took my elementary school aged daughter a couple months ago and more recently went with several friends for a happy hour / dinner last night. I love the fact that this is a restaurant that can provide great experiences during such different circumstances. With my daughter the server recommended some delightful dishes and drinks that they thought she would like. And with my friends the service was fast and efficient despite our 4 pizzas and beer orders. I haven't yet had a pizza here I haven't liked but my favorite continues to be the Funghi pizza, while my daughter devoured the meatball appetizer. One thing I never realized since I tend to eat here in the summer is that they have seasonal dishes highlighting the more common produce of the year. They currently are offering a pumpkin dish and heavier pastas that have replaced their lighter beat / orange / tomato type of dishes. I personally am viewing this as a challenge and intend to return to sample all their seasonal dishes. My one grievance continues to be the parking. However, street parking along Waialae Avenue or one of the nearby streets is not hard to find and much more favorable to the expensiveness of downtown. There are a lot of free parking spots off of Waialae if you don't mind walking a little bit. Metered parking is only for an hour but also only goes until 5 PM (and not on Sundays). Just remember to bring coins as they are still the old meters that don't take credit card or mobile payments. read more
This place is delightful. Period. Lobster Risotto and Rose for the win... truly delicious! My husband also loved his pizza! We enjoyed our experience at Brick Fire Tavern. The ambience and the food were excellent, and frankly the staff members were far more welcoming and professional than most restaurants in Hawaii. Thrilled to have this restaurant in the neighborhood! read more

Once located in Chinatown on hotel street (I miss this location) , now located in the golden triangle of Waialae ave in the kamuki district . If you read my reviews of other restaurants in this area, Parking at times is a b ! They do have a small parking lot in the back but good luck with that . For those who haven't experienced this type of pizza this is probably best on island. If your from places like nyc or sf this is only place on island with this style (be nice!). I often compare this place to Delfina (rank top 10 in cali and top 25 in USA) in SF. All the pizza here are made in their custom made brick fire oven. Made in about 90 sec or so. This venue was recommended while I was dining at another popular restaurant a few days before. So, I wanted to try - fortunately I was able to secure a table on busy weekend evening! The issue was...I could not pick 'one' pizza as there are so many I wanted to try! After discussing the friendly bartender, I decided to go with Carbonara - I love carbonara pasta, but have never had that pizza. Well, it was very tasty and I liked it. In addition to food, the atmosphere and all staff members were also cool. I will be back! read more

Pizza! I've been craving pizza and since this place seems to be the hot topic due to their new location, I figured I would give it a try! The hubby and I spent a few weeks in Italy almost 4 years ago and we started in Naples. Actually we started in Pompeii and almost spent the night there too when we got locked in. But that's another story ;). While in Naples we knew we needed pizza since this is a food the city is known for. We spent some time with me chasing all my food dreams in Italy. (And yes, I do have a Saint for a husband who let's me be a crazy foodie!) So when I saw everyone talking about Brick Fire I knew I needed to go! I made a reservation a week in advance to give the man plenty of time to wrap his head around not working the entire day away on a Saturday and away we went! We ordered the mushroom soup, a Caesar salad and the Momma Mia pizza. read more

I've had many Neapolitan style pizzas over the years, and even make some myself at home. Brick fire tavern is the real deal! Super fresh ingredients (including house made cheese, dough, etc). The service at the bar was excellent and ambiance was perfect for dates or nice group dinners. Don't skip out on dessert, the cannolis are exceptional. I would give this place 6 stars if I could. read more
I never went to their original location but I finally got to try their food at their new location in Kaimuki. There is a small parking lot in the back and also street parking. This has definitely become one of my favorite pizza places. The service is always friendly and I've found that I am a fan of neopolitan pizza. My favorite so far is the carbonara pizza. They spread the egg yolk out so you get a taste of it with every bite unlike some places where it's clumped in the very center. I will warn people though that this style of pizza is very thin so be prepared that the toppings may slip off the end or it may tear with too rough of handling, but I think the flavor is worth the effort. The sides and salads are also worth a try. The gnocchi was quite delicious. And if you have a lot of room at the end of your meal or have friends to share with I recommend their dessert calzone. Definitely a must if you have a sweet tooth. read more
Atmosphere: spacious, clean and modern with a partial open kitchen. Service: Host was a gracious greeter and nice. Our waitstaff was very very nice and there was one that was training with our waitress. The other waitstaff when we needed to changes plates were just as attentive, we didn't have to keep waving hoping staff would see us. The waitstaff's situational awareness of their customers was great. Our waitress was training was being shadowed for training and both were amazingly attentive and friendly. I'm sorry I forgot their names. Food: we ordered a lot and took food home. We haven't see each other in over a year. So we definitely took our time and ate slowly and enjoyed a few cocktails. The food was very very good. Right off the bat, the appetizers and salads we loved and they don't over dress their salads. The four pizzas we order was very delicious. The crust was light, airy and spongy like your classic Napoletano. We were too hungry to take pics when our meals came. Appetizers - House Meatballs - Roasted Beets Salads - Orchard Salad - BFT Chopped Salad Pizza- - Kids Cheese - Margherita - Pepperoni - Sal's Carbonara I'm definitely returning. I've seen the new location pop up on multiple social media account. I never been to the hotel st location because parking annoys me downtown. First, I'd suggest making a reservation. Pretty easy they're on open table. I tried walk in twice and it was a huge wait. The decor is nice. Nothing crazy, but simple and nice. I went right for diavola (devil) pepperoni pizza. The diavola version comes with some hot oil and red pepper basically. I also ordered a beer. Pilsner Urquell, I haven't had one since I last went to Czech beer garden in Queens, NYC. So I had to order one. The pizza was tasty. A legit brick oven pizza with no shortcuts. Nice caramelization on the crust. Rustic texture to the dough similar to ciabatta but still soft enough. Pretty solid pizza. Nice decor. Drink selection. I'll definitely come back and when this we get into another tier level it'll be a nice big group. read more

I always try to support local. However, I just can't get into this place. Based on the Yelp, i seem to be in the minority. For the price and size of the pizza, should taste fantastic. It wasn't. At all. The crust wasn't crispy at all, the toppings were oily, and there wasn't as much flavor. Both pizzas were like this. Floppy and greasy. I really thought it'll be great based on all of the hype...and they are listed as VPN, so they must be legit, right? Maybe they were rushing our order. The pasta was not great either. Pasta was oily and didn't taste like much. Meatballs felt diminished. For $15, you get three regular sized meatballs. Sauce was good, Meatballs were only slightly above average in taste. Located right by BREW'd on Waialae Ave. Parking is a little hard because they don't have a private lot so it's pretty much Street parking. We already had reservations so getting seated was fairly fast. The service was good even on a busy Friday night. The inside was nice & clean. I loved how it was designed. They did have a private room in the back for bigger parties. We tried a variety of pastas & pizzas and they were all good. For the price the portions were good, we all left with leftovers. read more

This place is so delicious. Reasonably priced and the service is spot on you are left waiting or wanting for anything. The brick oven imported from Naples makes the feeling of the place authentic and smells so divine. The taste of the food is just like you are transported to Naples. The desserts are amazing. TERRIBLE - pizza was horrible! You can get better pizza at Pieology or Chuck E. Cheese. They don't cut the pizza all the way nor do they provide a spatula to cut or seve the pizza we had to tear it with our hands :/ also burnt. The gelato was trash! tasted like ice milk! The definition of gelato is denser and richer texture, and a milkier taste than ice cream. We had ice milk y'all! Save your money! You can get better Italian food at Olive Garden lol which is also terrible. read more

This is my third time at Brick Fire Tavern. This was my first time at this location. It's a long drive from Ewa Beach, but the food and service were excellent , again !!!! Wish you would open on the west side , I would definitely be a regular. read more
This is one of my best loved places in the Honolulu area. They have great pizzas and drinks. My sons favorite pizza is Sals Carbonara and I like Mama Mia. The service is great and we always feel welcome. I do recommend reservations. I've been several times and have had a great experience each time. Just recently we took my son for his birthday for 6 and everyone loved their meals. Always a favorite we return to! read more

Where do we park?
There's a small parking area behind the restaurant shared amongst several businesses. Otherwise, it's street parking.
I see "dogs allowed" is listed, but greyed out in the features section. Just to confirm, is this a dog-friendly establishment? Thank you in advance!
If there is happy hour what kind of specials?
Do you have outdoor dining?
No, but tables well spaced apart, and, of course, proof of COVID vaccine required.
Alcohol serves here ? Can we smoke cigars here?
Yes they do serve alcohol but you can’t smoke in any restaurant in hawaii
Who does delivery? We love the food, but aren't going out these days.
We were there just a few weeks ago, at the time no delivery option so we took the drive to Kaimuki to pickup (they are on Waialae between 9th/10th, before and across from Tamura's). The place was so nice and vibe really laid back, we went back to…
Anyone know if this place is open for business? Called and no answer and there online ordering is not available anymore.
I checked their IG and I think they may be temporarily closed because they were moving to a new location.
