I have been here several times with consistent service. You order at the register, grab your drink and your food is brought to you. The food is always tasty and reasonably priced. It can get a little noisy, but it's regular coffee shop noise. I will be back.

We always come to eat here!! Es un buen lugar para venir en familia y disfrutar el buen ambiente y la comida deliciosa que ofrecen!!!!

Initial counter experience leaves a Lot to be desired. I adore pastitsio. That is what brought me here - seeing it on the menu was exciting so I came right here and in spite of the cost I was willing to give it a try. The best part of the meal was the acceptable iceberg salad. The zucchini was nicely roasted and the bland potatoes were also nicely cooked. Everything else? Hard pass. Seriously. The supposed-to-be creamy and unctuous pasta dish was. Quite literally. Burnt. What an utter disappointment. Tatziki was plain. Little to speak of but strained yogurt. Which was fine. Hummus was grainy and yet somehow flavorless. Pita was toasted but hard. Gentleman who brought me my food was nice. He smiled and was courteous. Then again. If he was responsible for serving actual burnt inedible garbage then that gives me pause as well. The place is clean and kept up with. The menu is almost formidable in length but makes some level of sense. Telling the folks who told me about this place to avoid this dish. We had talked about it and I was raving about it generally and noted I've been trying to find a local place that served it. I will keep looking. If I were to return. I would try a sandwich. Seriously. Ended up being over 20 bucks for an iceberg side salad. Yikes.

Man the patience is real with these workers. I thought I was asking to many questions but then we equally asked things. it's like I was a newbie because it's been awhile but holy moly that menu is like a Disneyland of food. I got that falafel sandwich. Yeah man it was delish . The coffees good too, it's kinda cool to be able to fill my own cup . I like how the cashier has glasses just like me. It's a cool family. I saw some kids dining too. I suppose that means it's a place your kids can come here and feel safe . Also means it's food your kids love so that's a win.

This place knows what they are doing for breakfast. The veggie omelette was flavorful and the avocado slices add the extra creaminess. The bacon was crispy and delicious. Our server was helpful The ambiance is ok, more of a quick diner vibe but the food is what matters

The best spot on Laurel Street, hard stop. Seriously though; if you've got a need to "be seen", you can have your stroll down the block and then get yourself a great meal (all day long I might add) at this joint! Broad menu; heck yes! From classic diner fare to Greek and Mexican in the mix, Broiler Express doesn't fail. Service here is better than many of the highly expensive places on the block. It's a diner with walk up service that is fast, polite, helpful and they're hella friendly with their regulars (okay, I'm not one of them but they're more than friendly with me. I guess I mean it has a feel where they know some of the people by name. Clearly it's a kitchen away from home for some. Always clean, always well stocked in terms of sauces, salt and peppers, napkins, etc. Has TVs for those who want to watch them. Interior and exterior seating. Hidden/more private back areas, tables, higher chairs and tables, etc.

An actual Greek diner run by actual Greek people. Decent gyros, good breakfast combos, and cheaper than a Jay Leno joke.

I am not much of a breakfast person, but I was satisfied with my Sweet Croffle and my boyfriend enjoyed his Spicy Crispy Chicken. My cousin wasn't too impressed with the salad, so I would recommend trying something aside from salads if you are looking for flavorful items. The star of the show for me is a Mango Passion Fruit drink. It is so delicious! My boyfriend and I have to pace ourselves from chugging the entire thing before the food arrives. It is tucked away in Belmont, behind one of the busier plazas. Our waiter was nice but there was someone else, a hostess I think? That was waiting for us to order and she kinda rolled her eyes when we needed more time, and that made me a little uncomfy. The place wasn't busy yet either! There were only about 4-5 tables being served. I got an iced latte and usually I don't love iced lattes on their own without some sort of flavor, but their coffee is very good quality so it was delicious. I had a breakfast skillet that had steak, tater tots, mushrooms, and poached egg. Very hearty and yummy. My partner got a liege waffle which I had never heard of. Its denser, kind of like the difference between a croissant and kouign amann. Baked brie was fantastic and that roasted garlic really upped the flavor and quality. I do wish they gave more bread though. We had a lot more brie and roasted garlic leftover with no bread to scoop it up. We took the rest home :) All in all a great place, just a bit too pricey for me to come regularly

My first time here but my girlfriend who was visiting from Texas has eaten here recently while flying through to see her brother. This place very close to SFO airport so a great place to have breakfast Brunch or Lunch before picking up or dropping off at SFO as only 12 to 15 min based on traffic. THE FOOD: Cortado 10/10, Ice Tea 9/10 Flat White 8/10 (from Australian in our foursome) Hot Chocolate 9/10 Mixed salad Amazing. Soft boiled eggs perfectly cooked and balsamic on point. They have great sourdough served with delicious jam. We also had the prosciutto fig and goat cheese which was 10/10 and our friend from Texas enjoyed her GF Sammie. Husband had the Tuna Melt which he said 9/10 only because of the bread, he said 10 if he's had it on the acme sourdough ;-) Next time... The Place: Great location with lots of parking but not this past Sunday as huge event in town but in general loads of street and lot parking near by. Quaint seating inside and outside seating on both sides of this corner location. You order inside and seating is first come first serve so I imagine depending on the time of day it could be hard for any groups over 4 Employee Interaction: Super until the last person we interacted with. You order inside and they bring stuff out as made which is just the nature of busy brunch place. For example we had food come out in staggered spurts which is what you expect so as a example our friend who ordered first (10 min before us ) got her fig Sammie first but we got half our drinks first. Our food was staggered over a 15 min period also very expected at this type of brunch place. The problem came when the lady would brought the last food item the GF item and she said hey are we missing anything and I said yes my cortado and friend who ordered 10 min before we did so half and hour ago said she never got her hot coco. She was Super polite and brought them pretty quickly . We said thanks for finding them for us and she lectured us on how busy they are etc etc and were like WHOA THERE we did not complain although my friend could have as he drink came after she had eaten and 30 min after she ordered and yet we never complained. My complaint is with this staff members attitude, and I "assume" it came from dealing with folks expecting the food or drinks to all come out at same time and thats not how these types of places work. WE GET THAT and again it would have been a 5 had we not been lectured after thanking her for hunting down our drinks ;-) Will I be back SURE the food was great

She greeted them by saying, "Véngase, consuegro, los voy a sentar arriba," and they were seated immediately while we continued waiting another 15-20 minutes before finally being seated. Once we sat down, it took another 15 minutes before anyone came to take our order. Our food arrived, and I asked for a coffee. Unfortunately, no one checked on our table afterward. The server was constantly running up and down the stairs, and although I tried several times to get her attention because I wanted a refill, I never had the chance.
