They accept door dash. So I can't say anything about their "ambiance". I love it so much got it again. They don't include salt pepper ketchup stuff like that. You have to remember to remember to order any thing you need. The fries need ketchup.

Overall this place was very Mid. The food is lacking flavor but the portions sizes are great. It's very filling and the price is okay. We just need some more flavor! I had the Tri Tip burger and also ordered some Tri Tip bites on the side. The bites were cooked medium like I had asked for but the beef on the burger was very dry and cooked well done including the Tri Tip on the burger. The restaurant itself was okay. It's inside the Metreon. Seating is outside of the restaurant in the Metreon. The seats are very outdated and dirty and have damage on them. The tables we set at we're not clean so I'm not sure if someone comes around to sanitize them or how often they do. The bathrooms were very dirty and I didn't use them because of this. Buckhorn grill overall was okay. The staff working were kind and got the food out on a sufficient time considering they were a bit busy.

I think for the price for where you're at in the city, it's reasonable. Plus, I got good customer service. hope it will be all the time I go there. The burger is actually really good, and actually worth the price, again not bad for the price for where you are. Combo with avocado $18-19. Definitely, will consider eating here sometimes when working in the city for events.

Located in the Metreon, Buckhorn is on the slightly lower level, near the restrooms before the corridor to Target. I came here for a quick bite before my evening movie and it was just alright. To come here, you'll have to be okay with a wait and really want their menu selection and not want to leave the Metreon. I probably would recommend considering elsewhere in the Metreon, or Super Duper just around the corner. Menus up top above the ordering counter. You get a receipt with your number on it for your order. Takeout gets you a lidded container, whereas dine in gets you a paper plate. I placed my order at 6:20pm on a Sunday and must have hit the dinner rush as it took until 6:46pm for my burger to be ready, with a lot of food delivery folks grabbing orders ahead of mine. A lot longer than I expected and I almost missed the first minute of my movie. For this order I got the Combo 2. Burger was alright. The buns were very lightly toasted but barely noticable. Burger itself was just okay and nothing terrific. The fries which came with the combo were like frozen fries which you heat at home, but very much lacking salt or anything else to flavor them. Another in my party got the sweet potato fries and they tasted better. Thankfully, there's a self serve station for sauces, which saved my dinner. Plenty of seats courtesy of the food court. Prices were great too. Would I come here again? Only if I really didn't want to go outside and also really wanted a burger. Super Duper is right next door and they're fantastic, for a just a tad higher price. There's other (non-burger) spots in the Metreon which are better worth your meal time and far faster.

Was in the SF area for an event and was craving a burger so I stopped by Buckhorn Grill in the Metreon. Wasn't busy at all the people seemed friendly. Ordered the Steakhouse burger and the Krispy chicken sandwich and it didn't diss appoint. The steakhouse burger was cooked a little over medium but it still tasted good. The onion strings and bacon was a perfect combination and very crispy. The Krispy chicken sandwich was cooked almost perfect and wasn't dry. Very flavorful and tasty. Not bad at all and would highly recommend you check it out if you're in the Metreon area.

Today I was doing errands and it was after 3:00pm. I ordered the children menu / cheese burger and it was cooked great and tasty. The service was quick and the staff were very professional. There were at least 5 other customers ordering their meal while I was waiting for my meal. The ambiance is a very clean and a food court. The tables were clean and the staff were maintaining a clean environment.

This is review is ONLY for their cornbread muffins! -$1.50 each -soft & dense -has real corn in them -comes with butter on the side -sweet & savory

Great customer service from the manager!! I was slightly frustrated on how to order via the app and the manager took his time to help me order my family size meal. In addition, he also suggested how to order the meat so that it won't be dry when I get home. I will definitely return!

This was my first and last time visiting this restaurant??? Can we even call it a restaurant. It's in a mall. I ordered to go and the food was uncooked/ cold and ready in less than five minutes. They forgot half of my order because they were rushing to get customers out. I will be calling tomorrow to ask for a refund. They forgot my mac n cheese, churros, soda, and corn muffin. The service was HORRIBLE. They did not want to answer any questions. There was no ambiance at all.

A surprising find in the somewhat abandoned Metreon. Great salads- one with chicken, one with tri-tip- and a mac and cheese loaded with pulled pork. Huge quantities, quickly prepared and great taste. Definitely a stick-to-your-ribs meal. And the side of mashed potatoes and gravy was also amazing- so much in fact that it was eaten before photographed

I hadn't been to the buckhorn in years so when I went to the Metreon I went to one of their restaurants . The buckhorn has been serving up good food for years . I ordered the BBQ half chicken with two sides abd a roll I also ordered a diet coke My sides were mashed potatoes and gravy. Everything was very tasty. Loved the BBQ sauce

This place was included on a list of Sunday brunch recommendations. I had seen other fellow Elite Yelpers recommending it, so I wanted to try it. We had the French toast sticks, very good, as well as the classic breakfast dish, my partner had the breakfast burrito. Both dishes were decent, but we were there for the company mostly. The restaurant was quaint and cute, more compact, but had a secondary overflow area in a separate part of the restaurant. There were restrooms on both side, and Causewells served as a chill morning for us with our friends. The location had a cute bar set up for evening link ups, and the service was very friendly. The vibe is more of what you go for the food is decent but won't necessarily blow you away. Try them out and see for yourself. For tourists, or visitors of the city, the location is in the Marina District, so Golden Gate Bridge is near if you'd like to sightsee. This location is also very close to the Presidio theater.

From the very first bite, I knew I had found the IT bagel spot in the city. I ordered one pumpernickel and one poppyseed. The staff member helping me was super efficient and scooped up my bagels in a flash. She asked me if I wanted any cream cheese. I dubiously asked if they had any vegan cream cheese fully expecting the answer to be no, as I didn't see it listed on the menu, but she confirmed instantly that they do offer vegan scallion cream cheese and added a compostable tub of it to my order. She also directed me to the canister of compostable knives available for takeout. I was in and out quicker than I expected. While waiting for the bus, I used the plastic knife I picked up to slice one of the bagels and slather on some of the vegan scallion cream cheese. I was impressed by how glossy the bagels appeared on the outside but how soft they are in the inside. The vegan scallion cream cheese really elevated the bagel to the next level. Idk what they put in it, but it's crack. It doesn't taste anything like the original Kite Hill spread I've gotten elsewhere. Suffice it to say, I think The Laundromat has ruined me for bagels and good cream cheese elsewhere.

Everybody has any reason to say it's a better burger whether it's for the purple onions, pickles , or buns. There is a place which serves the Cali Burger. On a West Portal stroll there is a burger place which sells the Cali Burger. The Cali Burger means fresher ingredients usually locally sourced in California. Calibur is the place to get an organic grass fed burger. I got the double cheese burger with Calibur sauce. It was tasty and it had great flavor along with a soft bun. The fresh grass fed cheese burger pairs well to eat with cheese fries in SF. The fries were crispy and saucy and got a bit messy. Calibur also sells chili cheese dogs along with different flavors of shake including Neapolitan. Overall a good place to fresh grass fed cheese burger on a bun. I'll admit, I was a little skeptical because it only came with two tacos, and I was starving. I almost ordered a second serving, but I'm so glad I didn't... or maybe I should have because they were that good. The chicken was perfectly crispy, and you could actually taste the hot honey without it overpowering everything else. It paired so well with the corn, slaw, and sauce, creating the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and fresh. And that squeeze of lemon on top? It brought everything together. Easily one of the best specials I've had in a while. One thing I also appreciated was how extensive the menu is. Since I almost always order a burger, I hadn't realized how many options they offer. My friend and I came with our kids, and everyone found something they were excited to eat, which made ordering easy. We grabbed one of the outdoor tables since we stopped by after the lunch rush on a weekday. The seating itself was nice, but be prepared to share the space with some very bold birds. One especially large bird was absolutely determined to steal our food. Obviously that's not the restaurant's fault, but it's worth mentioning if you're hoping for a quiet, uninterrupted meal outside. I can also see this place getting pretty hectic during peak hours, so if your schedule is flexible, I'd recommend stopping by outside the lunch rush. Overall, though, this spot continues to be one of my go-to places, and I'll definitely be back.
