For the Boneless, I went with the Spicy Garlic (wasn't too spicy but the pungent smell got to my nose each time, mmm), the Traditional, we went with the Wild! Realizing it is the second to last on the Hotness level, we were a bit intimidated. But then again, being Koreans... you know how we do it (: Bring on the spice right? It wasn't even that spicy... Ehh. Should have gone for the spiciest. SOOOOOOO, the bummer part is... like most chain restaurants... is the sodium. Mhmm, too salty. The sauces were great but I could barely gulp down all the saltiness on the wings. We also ordered the Jalapeno Pepper Bites, they were alright... nothing special. The jalapenos were too mushy... the cheese inside was gooey and delicious and the outside breading was great too... just them squishiness... Without being satisfied enough with our wings and jalapeno pepper bites, we ordered the Pulled Pork Slammers. Came with three mini buns and pork and yes!! the fries, were good. Pulled Pork is one of my all time childhood favorites... with Honey BBQ from BWW? Yum right? But wait.. something had an odd strange taste at the back of my mouth each time I took a bite... I don't know what it was. To top off, I ordered a Strawberry Daiquiri, mmm, I have to have my blended cocktails with my meals! When I got home I got my 50 traditional wings but not with the sauce that I had picked - I paid 63.99 dollars, I ordered a party platter of the chicken wraps but got only one order of the pulled chicken wrap. They were so salty we couldn't eat even half of the one-I had paid 52.99 dollars for that one wrap because that's all that was in the bag. I also got 3 breaded chicken tenders 12.79 dollars. Takeout experience was bad. I ordered 2 items online, said it would be ready in half an hour. Apathy from the cashier who came out with my order an hour after it said it would be ready. People who ordered while I was waiting were told their orders would be ready in half an hour. Okay so this place has a great reputation and they have learned it they have a lot of screens they have great service the prices are reason why I gave it four stars for what you get with the wings that's not very many wings for quite a bit of money. The chocolate cake desserts are absolutely to die for and worth every penny and competitively priced. Compare chicken wings at other locations higher-end and lower and stores and by and large buffalo wings is pretty expensive for what they give you. Now that being said, they do have a great selection of sauces and you are paying for atmosphere and staff and they are worth it. So if you need an escape, and you don't want to sit on your couch, this is where you should go but be expected to drop a chunk of change to enjoy the surroundings. read more

We don't come to Buffalo Wild Wings too terribly often but when we do it's when a friend or family gives us a gift card to the place. We aren't opposed to hot wings at all but we don't really go out of our way for them either on our own accord. We were first introduced to Buffalo Wild Wings when our friends brought a bunch of wings for a Halloween potluck that we were having and we enjoyed it so we went to investigate the restaurant on our own. There are lots of different sauces to pick from and over the years by trial and error some we like more than others. And as far as the wings themselves we prefer boneless. We have gone to several Buffalo Wild Wings locations over the years and this one by the Tacoma Mall is fairly manageable in being able to hear each other during a conversation. We went to the one at The Commons in Federal Way and it was so loud that everyone at our table ate in silence. I guess that is what you get when you go to restaurants with a sports bar kind of feel. I mentioned the sauces earlier and the ones that we like are the bourbon Honey Mustard, Asian Zing, Caribbean Jerk and the Mango Habanero. We like sauces with a little bit of kick but not too much. The really hot one the Blazin' sauce doesn't really have a complexity in it like the Mango one... it's just hot. And then there are sauces that are too mild for us like the Parmesan Garlic. Honestly I don't know how people can do a race eating the really hot ones rapidly. Glad that I won't ever participate in that. lol The service at this location has always been good and unlike some of the other locations we never encountered a long wait to be seated. I tried the Build-Your-Own-Burger today with the Beefy Burger patty with tomatoes, jalapeños, red onions, pepper jack cheese, and added the Blazin' sauce on it, which is their hottest sauce. The burger didn't taste spicy at all. The burger wasn't too bad, but the patty wasn't so "beefy" and didn't care for their kind of bun too much. But I did like that they offered fresh jalapeños instead of pickled jalapeños for their add-ons. They also let me add the Chipotle BBQ dry seasoning to my fries, and that was tasty. Hot BBQ: isn't too hot, it's not as saucy. So it's perfect to use to dip in side sauces because it has that kick. 2nd fav out of this bunch. Asian Zing: really does have that Asian accent. Sweet, and tangy. 3rd fav. Jammin' Jalapeño: supposed to have a citrus taste, but tasted more peppery and sweet. 4th fav out this bunch. We came here the first weekend BWW opened. We managed to avoid the crowds by arriving after football was over. They blast the music so loud in there that you can barely hear the person across from you. This is definitely not a place to go to for conversation. We ordered a variety of flavored wings , but none of the flavors really stood out to me. Wings are pretty average compared to other restaurants that serve wings. The nacho burger was really good and huge. We also ordered a side of potato wedges with cheese, but the cheese gets so hard and dry that it's not enjoyable to eat. Me and my boyfriend come here a lot!! Every time we come we are greeted with friendly people and a clean table to sit at. The wings are AMAZING and definitely worth the wait. Coming in during the COVID outbreak was scary at first but once we saw what they had put in place. I felt much better, servers wear masks and hand sanitizer is at the entrance.
