The couple of times we've been here we haven't had any issues, but tonight left me pretty disappointed. Our appetizer never came, which was fine because we only realized that once our entrees arrived. We had something to eat and the runner said he'd make sure it was taken off the bill. My 8 year old son recently saw the light and decided he liked chicken wings so he ordered the traditional wings off the kids menu. Two of my other kids ordered the mini corn dog with fruit kids meal entree. The wings that came out were boneless, so we had to send those back. The mini corn dog entree (which runs around $5) was just like 4 small deep fried corn dog balls and a small cup of canned mandarin oranges, which barely qualifies as fruit. They came back with my son's traditional wings, but I noticed there was no sauce on them. Fine, I thought, maybe he won't care. He ate one and gave it the thumbs down. So, we flagged down the server and she was able to have them put some bbq sauce on them. By that time, the other kids had finished their food and were still hungry because their meal was basically a snack. My wife ordered some kind of southwestern philly cheese steak that I could tell had been sitting for while before they brought it out because the cheese had a film on it. The fries were cold, so that basically confirmed that. My wings were fine (not great), but I swear the last time I came the $15 it cost me got me more than 9 wings. They were definitely not worth $15. On the menu, you order by size (i.e. snack, small, etc.) with no indication of how many actually come in the order. I would have had to spend $20 on the next size up, which I'm sure was only 3 more wings. I looked at our nearly $70 bill and was just peeved because the food, and the experience, was not worth anything near that. I also found it strange that his happened on a Saturday evening, with an NFL playoff game going on. You'd think they'd have their A game going. I just also want to call out the fact that they don't sauce up the traditional wings on the kids menu. This is an abomination. I love wings and I'd never put one in my mouth just plain. If a kid specifically wants traditional wings (and not boneless) you can be guaranteed they want sauce on them. Just gross and totally mind-boggling coming from a place that specializes in wings. These kids are your future customers. Please don't serve them sub-par food. This was most likely the last time we'll come here for dinner. It's a shame, because there aren't too many places where we fee okay taking the kids because we don't have to worry about them being noisy. read more

I went to this Buffalo Wild Wings location tonight on a date with my boyfriend we ordered our usual and the server whom I can't remember the name of she gave us a medium size when we asked multiple times for a small. After receiving the medium size we tried to get her attention but had no luck. After finally waiting 10-15 minuets she came to our table to check on us. We told her about how we ordered a small and received a medium she said ok then quickly grabbed the wings and darted off. She returned after a minuet or so with the same wings (witch were cold at this point) but in a snack size NOT the small we ordered. It's ridiculous that we paid $46 for not only not what we ordered one time but 2 times. We left hungry and dissatisfied with the $46 we spent. read more

This is one of my favorite places to go and get wings and beer late night, even though it has its flaws. You walk in and you either have the option to go to the bar, or the restaurant area. If you're 21+, definitely go to the bar area. The restaurant area can get extremely crowded and noisy since a lot of families go here, and if you're sitting at the bar, you tend to get faster (and fresher) service. Wait times aren't bad. My friends and I are usually waiting 15-20 mins before our food comes out, which is average. The servers are pretty friendly and bring your drinks/pour your beer right off the bat. I have mixed reviews about the food. I usually get the boneless wings with ranch to dip them in, and my favorite is definitely the parmesan garlic and regular buffalo sauce. You have to order them "Wet" and specifically say that, otherwise the wings come out dry and are pretty crunchy, which is disappointing. The fries are kind of bland and the sandwiches they have are pretty typical. One nice thing is that the beers on tap are always cold and fresh, which is nice for the end of the day. Overall if you're looking for a good sports bar and are willing to pay the price (it can get expensive really fast) then head here for a good time. read more

Favorite wing place. Wings are meatier...more sauce options...better service than the place where the girls wear orange shorts. It is loud...its a sports bar. Good beer selection and the servers actually know what is on tap. 4 stars. I'd go five if it was just a little less loud. 15 wings and a beer is almost $25 though once tax is added. Updated to comment on some menu items: lots of wing sauce options. The "hot" is in fact quite hot but good. Favorite is the buffalo dry rub. Love it. Sliders are really good too. Interesting place. Been here several times and food is consistent. Family likes the wings and various sauce styles. They have a list server can look up for gluten free varieties also (only three contain gluten, so that's great). Service is quite poor in general; seems to be acceptable to the establishment. I have spoken to management about it and it continues over several months (I have gone back, as again, family likes it). Very slow response times to requests. Server puts food at end of table and WE have to pass it down rather than them serving it to us. Server addresses us using terms that are offensive to us; 'boss' and 'darlin'. When we requested that he not use these terms he continued. Understanding that this is his vernacular, but it is disrespectful to us. I personally would rather not go anymore. Stopped in only because all other places were closed on a snow day.Thank God I didn't eat here! The person I was with ordered their Philly Sandwich and as we were waiting (it should have only been 15-20 minutes and it was over 30 minutes! for a to go order) one of the young girls walked right up and started spraying cleaner on the glass doors right next to where I was sitting! I was appalled and I am allergic to cleaners! I immediatly told my friend I can't deal with that and that I would have to go out in the car and wait as it was making me sick! Who does that? sprays chemicals right next to a customer???? The sandwich my friend ordered was a tiny pitiful thing and looked disgusting. He said it was the worst sandwich he's ever had! And it was way overpriced. He also got a small bit of fries with it not even being a handful. I went to the companies website and gave them the whole story. I got a call from some "Brittney" which she sounded really young. Don't know if she was the manager or what, but I missed her call, so I called back to tell her of my experience and of course she wasn't there. Then I tried 2 other times and days and could not reach her and she never bothered calling me back. Seems like she worked only part time based on all my efforts to contact her. They should have made it right for us by crediting his order or free food (don't think I would have wanted that anyway based on what he ordered) instead of questioning me. I don't know what the girls name was that did the cleaning, I didn't talk to her so how would I know her name? I basically ran out of the place! This place sucks! I would rather cross the bridge and get better service, actually hot wings and pay no tax. my husband and I came because we wanted wings, we've never experienced any problems at the cascade station with our service or quality of food. this was our first time at this location and definitely our last. We decided to sit in the bar because we saw several people waiting to be seated in the main dining area. Once we got to the bar we waited awhile until a server noticed us...... once we got noticed our server was friendly but distracted. She got our drinks and then grabbed our food order. After waiting for wings, some of the wings were so cold, extra over cooked, SO HARD, and unappetizing. Seems as if the cooks forgot about a batch put it to the side then later decided to use them instead of waste them. I was truly disappointed considering I'm used to cascade station always giving me fresh, hot wings. Tonight was the second time my boyfriend and I tried to eat here. The first time was crowed but we waited for a table. We then waited 15 minutes before we got drinks, 15 minutes after that we left, our waiter never came back. So tonight we decided to try again. This time the bar was half full and a few tables in the main area where taken, it looked slow. We got a booth (we had someone under 21 with us) and waited almost 20 minutes without any service. In the first 5 minutes the waiter came by and said he would be just a second and we never saw him again, I've never gotten to try there food so I can't comment on that but on the lack of service alone I can say I will never TRY and eat here again. read more

Decided to have Buffalo Wild Wings tonight on our way back to the Bay Area and I have to say this was by far the best experience I've ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings location. I wasn't too excited to eat buffalo on my day off considering I work there but my boyfriend loves it and a corona Rita sounded nice. I left the restaurant much happier with our dining choice than I expected to be. The staff was friendly, prompt and efficient. Our food was absolutely perfect! Not sure what more you could ask for if you want to watch football, drink good beer and eat good wings. I have only ever been to a BWW once before and this was my first visit to the Hazel Dell location. The bar area has tons of seating and both the bar and dining area have tons of TVs. They have a great draft beer selection. We tried traditional wings, boneless wings and the loaded happy hour nachos with chicken. Everything was great. At first the nachos looked light on toppings but when you dig in you find that there are plenty. They also had a really fresh flavor with the fresh sliced jalapenos and diced tomatoes and the chips were really thin and crispy. To top it off, our waiter, Bret was awesome. He made good suggestions and was the perfect balance of attentive without being intrusive. Definitely going back whenever I am in the mood for wings. read more

Ordered take out online. Ordered traditional wings with sauce on the side. This takes takes 40-50 minutes to prepare. I feel like this is a bit long but that's not a big deal at all that's the point of ordering at home so I can wait comfortably. Get my order. Drive home and literally no sauce at all in my order. Just wings. It took them 50 minutes to put 10 plain wings in a box. I tried to call and I know for a fact they weren't busy because it was empty when I picked up my order. Had to drive all the way back once I got home, stayed on the phone line waiting the entire time on speaker while driving back. Of course I arrive at the restaurant. Still empty restaurant. no one had attempted to answer my phone call. No one really apologized for mistake. Once I told the front desk person it took 5 minutes anyways to get me sauce in an empty restaurant. So awesome, by the time I get to my meal I waited an hour and half to eat cold wings and soggy fries. I know I should have checked myself. Lesson learned there but 50 minutes to prepare my order. Called early in the day to place a large order to be picked up at 4:30 pm. Got there at 4:30. They rang it up and I added a healthy tip for take out. (17%) Was a bit hasty on that one. Not only was my order not ready, it hadn't been started and they couldn't tell me when it would be ready. After 15 minutes I asked for my tab to be rerun without the tip. They would not pull it out. The manager assured me it would be put through without the tip. Lo and behold, this morning it showed up as going through with the $25.00 tip! Not only that, when I got home, the order wasn't right. Granted it was the Nat'l College Football Championship game day, but really if you can't honor an order made 6 hours in advance, don't take them. Won't make that mistake again! read more

This has to be one of the worst ones I have ever been to. They have a plethora of teenagers working there none of which know anythings of customer service. I asked for ranch 3 times and they still kept forgetting. I ordered my food and they brought the dessert out first. Everything was overcooked and the soft drinks were flat. The bill was brought out before the main courses arrived. The staff kept giving us dirty looks wanting us to leave. I would not recommend this place. I ordered the Ultimate Nachos with chicken and it was not so ultimate, Barely had any cheese, maybe a few dribbles of cheese. The chili was almost nonexistant, but had lots of lettice on it. The only thing that made it palletable was asking for more salsa. They were very dry. They did not even have sour cream or guacamole on the nachos, I will never order those again.
