This is probably the worst BWW I have ever been to. The food was all way over salted. All of the staff looked and acted like they were still in high school. We got seated at a table for two that had been just temporarily jammed between two main tables for four. One group of high schoolers sat next to us. They were friends with our waitress. Then another group of 5 kids came and stood around our already cramped table so that they could visit the group of 4. Instead of staff removing the kids or offering them a larger table they let them crowd and stand around us for the remainder of our meal. We had no menus but were asked multiple times what we wanted. We went for the late night menu, that was outdated, so we were charged extra. We ordered drinks after finally getting menus... But they didn't show up until the very end. We came at 4pm, took them forever to even notice us standing in the front and were not given our salads until 450 when we were one of the four people there. The servers were terrible and slow, everyone else got our food before us. How long does it take to make a salad? We waited 15 minutes to get our change for the bill. We will not be back here. Came on a half price Tuesday expected the crowd and the noise the wings were 4 out of 5 a little on the small side I like it best when you're able to get the sauce on the side and dip in your favorite sauce but overall for half price it was a good night read more

I hate leaving bad reviews because i am in the industry, but seriously I had probably one of the worst services here for lunch today. I came in with my friend. We sat at a tall table near the bar and we waited over 10 min to get greeted by anyone. The bartender was just cutting fruit and just ignored us because we 'weren't her table'. Eventually she noticed me staring at her and instead of coming up to our table she runs away to find some other person to take care of us. The server was just hanging out in the restaurant side paying no attention to her section. She comes to take our order, food took a long time and it was just boneless wings.. also my friends food was not correct and the server didn't even seem to care that she rang it in wrong. Not even a sorry. We never got asked if we wanted refills or anything else. I have never wanted to leave a restaurant so badly. It irritates me because this is what I do for a living and take pride in it and these people absolutely don't care at all. Didn't even apologize for the long wait time. read more

I gotta admit, I'm not usually a fan of chains, but I like Wings so much I'd like to think I'd be drawn to this place in an instant if I was driving through. This looks like it would be a great sports bar. Good beer and good wings. Not much more to ask for. Multiple TVs make catching up on your favorite game a breeze. I went for their spiciest wings and found them to have that solid burn that I craved without being killer. If I'm looking for a good lunch around town I wouldn't hesitate to stop by again. read more

Average location.. nothing too different from every other location. But I will say do NOT go here on a game day, they are so packed and it will be forever for your family to get seated.. Happy Hour (3 to 6) on Tuesdays or Thursdays are the best times to come. Beer is very pricey, but $1 off during happy hour and wing Tuesdays give you $0.55 wings. The projection screens lining the walls are very nice. The place has a lot of staff and everything is spotless, including the floors and bathrooms. The beer list is great and there is a full bar. The place is huge in the bar area, making it easy for large groups. read more

I placed an online order at 12pm for a 1:10pm delivery time. My order arrived about 20min late. Once my food finally arrived I realized my drinks were missing. I asked the driver and he said bww didn't give him any drinks. Disappointing since I had already been waiting. If you've ever been hangry you understand. The driver was nice enough to offer to go back for them. I opened my Togo box and one out of my three orders was incorrect and another completely burnt. Naturally you would be a little upset so I decided to call. I called and the hold was 30min. I finally got through started to explain my experience and how I was upset. She told me to hold and got her manager. I then spoke to Megan. She said she was the general manager and then I started to explain what had happened. At this point I wanted a refund and to forget about it since my lunch was about to end. She was a little argumentative and tried to "teach" me how to pick the correct items for my future orders. I told her I didn't want to argue and if I could just get a refund. She processed my refund, however when I asked how long the refund would take to show up on my end....she said 4-6 weeks. Went to Buffalo Wild Wings last night, it was OK. The food was not the quickest. When it got to the table it was cold. I ordered wings, all flats, extra crispy. If you don't like soggy skin you have to ask for them this way there. You can also do a mix or all flats or all drumsticks. They were just warm, not hot. My husband ordered a burger. It was cold, as were the fries and the patty was a dried up bit of dust about the size of the child patty at a fast food restaurant. We sent it back, the server told me the manager had to deal with it, which he did, timely, but not quick. The food came back, in much better condition. If you go there be prepared to wait and perhaps stick to what they do well, wings. read more

I didn't give the place 5 stars because the service needs improvement. Also, the huge TVs are loud and distracting. I don't eat wings or really care about sports but their food is reasonably priced, consistent and fast. My boyfriend like wings, sports and beer so it's a win for him and I love their chicken wrap. It gets a little loud when there's big games on but the to be expected. So overall it's pretty good and it's our go to place when we just aren't sure what we want. read more

Sunday afternoon, not very busy. Had to stand up and search for our waiter after 30 minute sitting. I had a salad ( I know who eats a salad at BWW) for $14 it was a side salad with a piece of dry chicken placed on the top. Wife had $21 wings. Fries were pre-frozen badly cooked slivers. All sides are extra. Have gotten better wings at Safeway deli counter, better fries at McDonalds. Different sports on each TV, but won't go there again read more

My wife and I love going to Buffalo Wild Wings. We just moved to the Vancouver area and decided to try out this location. The service was very good with us being seated right away with friendly staff. We got our wings pretty fast which we liked we got the sweet bbq, Thai curry, and medium buffalo wings and they were excellent. It is a great food for a great price. read more

Wow those buffalo wings are hot if you like hot unlike most places that say that they are hot this one lives up to is hype. Well we went back as our last visit OK. Went in for Happy Hour and were seated immediately. Server came over and we said give us a couple minutes we are going to order a bunch of happy hour items which are cheaper than normal hours. We make our order and everything comes out good to go until the bill. Nothing on happy hour pricing. When I inquire I get you were a couple minutes early. I said we would have waited and you watched us after talking about happy hour order off the happy hour menu. You said nothing and $110 later we leave. We ended up spending about $60 more than we expected and could have ate a porterhouse at a nice restaurant for what we ended up spending tonight. Last time we came in we waited over an hour for Our food. We decided to give it one more chance because we saw an ad for $1.99 kids meals on Wednesday. We had a fairly large order with 2 kids, and when we got our bill we saw that we were not given the kids meal discount. We asked about it and were told that it was a corporate special and they were a franchise store. They ended up knocking four bucks off the bill instead of the 8 that was advertised. How is a customer supposed to know that some stores are corporate and some are franchise stores that don't honor advertised discounts. Very poor customer service. We will not come again. read more
