I love Buffalo Wild Wings but really...sometimes their prices don't match the quantity. About $13 for a small size of wings with no sides that wasn't big enough to fill us up and we had to get something small when we went to the mall. Not only that, but my salad was served with no dressing and it took 5 minutes for the server to come back and tell me the dressing I requested was no longer being served. By the time I got my dressing, my dining partner had finished his small size of wings completely, that's how small it was. And if you wanted a basket of fries it would be an addition $4. Sports bars are not my favorite venue, but this one isn't bad. They have lots of tv's playing various games that made my fiance happy. The service was friendly and attentive. Nothing in our order was messed up. Several good chicken options on the menu other than wings. Several pretty healthy options as well. We ate their Naked Chicken Strips, which is basically grilled chicken strips, and really enjoyed the non-breaded option. Good beer selection, very limited wine selection, but full bar and several speciality drinks. Trivia on the tvs is also fun. Not the kind of place I would pick to go with a girlfriend, but not bad when I'm with my fiance. read more

I only came here to support my group fundraiser... well the burger my kid had was dry and looked like it was sitting for a while. The boneless wing had one small piece that really should not count as part of the 24 we ordered. The water had stuff floating in it. The fries were cold. I took my son here for dinner and we ordered two appetizers. Fried pickles and a side of French fries. When the appetizers arrived the fries were cold and soggy and the pickles were nice and hot. No big deal just poor timing by the cooks. Next we ordered two medium size boneless wings. Called around noon to let them know we were going to be there at 6pm with a group of 21 people. My sons 21st bday dinner. Wanted to make sure they knew ahead of time that a large group would be in. By the time everyone arrived, we ordered our food at 650........At around 747 I had to go speak with a manager about our food. The one cashier said to hold on while she grabbed the manager, as they were just talking about our food. The manager said it was in the window to come out. She apologized and said they were short staffed. Saying she knew that was no excuse but they were trying. I explained to her that several tables came after us, ordered, ate & had left the building. Why on earth does it take 1 hour to get our food. So I go back to the table........about 8 min later our food arrives. A server that did not take our orders starts picking up food & saying the items, waiting for us to claim the dish. He spoke so quiet it was very difficult to hear him. Then our regular server comes to help him. She seems frazzled. And seemed that way from 6pm until we left. Let's just say: 2 quesadillas had no cheese, very dry. Piece of hair wrapped in one order of wings. All fries were very cold along with many other items cold. I had to speak with the manager again. Explaining that we chose this for a birthday celebration & how embarrassed I am that I invited family/friends here and the food took an hour & it's horrible! I told her that I feel obligated to purchase everyone's food due to it being horrible. But why on earth would I buy all this food that was not worth the cost. Just a terrible experience all around. Maybe they needed to call more staff in, when they heard a large group was coming. The manager said sorry & made things right. I appreciate that. But what a horrible memory for this birthday dinner! We recently went to BWW in Vancouver, WA for the Seahawks game. It was absolutely packed and full of sports fans! You gotta love all of the huge tv's and variety of games that they have playing. The food is excellent and it doesn't break the bank. They have a huge selection of draft beers and some great wings! I was with a large party, but I ordered a few beers with my husband and a platter of wings with a variety of sauces to try out. Our server Mikey was awesome! I definitely recommend requesting him if you decide to visit BWW. He was extremely attentive without being annoying like some servers are, outgoing, and was great with our kids! This place is highly recommended if you dont mind a fun, loud dining experience. read more

Thought I found the perfect menu item (finally) but they changed it! Garden Crasher was the perfect thing for the person who wants to eat healthy, hates wings but their friend/spouse/other loves them. It was hummus, tzatziki and various accoutrement to dip in it. It was healthy and delicious.......until they started frying the pita. So disappointed that there is no longer a menu option that isn't loaded with grease. On the plus side you can take the kids, they can scream, and nobody will notice because it's so dang loud there. read more

Jess was an amazing waitress! Even when things didn't go as smoothly as one would hope, she did absolutely everything she could to make sure we knew we were taken care of. She took a special interest in our toddlers making sure they were content and comfortable with games and color sheets. Also she knew to not put hot dishes right in front of the kids. It's amazing to me how many waitresses/waiters don't have this concept down. I'd go back just because of her. read more

we called in an order for pickup yesterday- for today, since we knew it would be busy today with the game and all. the order was to be ready at 3pm, but my hubby had to wait 1 HOUR , "because there are so many walk-ins" to quote the manager. there were people with reservations and the place was packed. but since when do "walk-ins" come before reservations or those who have called in ahead?? we knew they would be busy, thats why we called 1 day ahead. the manager didn't even offer to discount our order, but gave a pidly coupon "for next time"... REALLY?! the wings arent bad, but they are not great, and definately not worth this hassle. there's no excuse for bad service. do yourself a favor and skip this place. there are better places. read more

Did not want to honor their 15 minute lunch guarantee. Posted this on BWW's website: Arrived a little before 11:30AM to a nearly empty restaurant. I sat in the bar area and ordered a small order of boneless wings and buffalo chips on the guaranteed 15 minute lunch menu. I asked for the chips to be cooked extra crispy, like I have done all the other times I have made the same order at the same time at the same restaurant. With about 12 minutes already gone by according to your tabletop clock, the server walked by and said they were just waiting on the chips. Your 15 minute clock ran out, and according to my phone another 2 minutes went by before my order was delivered. I asked the server if the meal was going to be free since the time had run out. She said no, because I had asked for the chips to be extra crispy. Here are the problems with that: 1. That was not mentioned to me when I ordered today, or any other time I have ordered the exact same thing. 2. At no other time has it taken more than 13 minutes to get this same order delivered, including the extra crispy chips. When questioned about how much longer it actually takes to makes the chips crispy vs. normal cook time, the server had no idea and said she could get the manager because that was who was cooking the food. I just got up and left. It's not worth it to me to argue about you not wanting to abide by your 15 minute guarantee. I'm sure I will be made out as the bad guy by your server, but I'm not the one who is offering the 15 minute guarantee. You are. Abide by it or quit offering it. read more

Today my daughter and I had a daddy-daughter lunch date. Our server was Samantha and her service was lass then awesome. To start off she didn't introduce herself, just dropped off the menus and walked. Never brought us water!!! It seemed as if she didn't want to be there or care for that matter. When taking our order she was acting like we were an inconvenience to her. My daughter ordered the mini corn dogs and I had the Caribbean pulled pork. We had ordered strawberry lemonade but he brought us tropical lemonade without even telling us they didn't have strawberry lemonade. I mentioned it to her and she just Shrugged her shoulders. When she gave us our bill just set it down and walked away. there was no mention did you enjoy your meal, she did not even come by wants to ask is how our food was. so within less than two minutes of leaving the restaurant I had extreme stomach pains. the pain continue to grow as I was driving home I knew immediately I had food poisoning. As soon as I made it inside I started to vomit. I highly doubt that I'll be back for a while. read more

Asain zing boneless wings are amazing here. It can be a bit of a wait if you eat in but I'm usually okay with that so you can talk to friends while you wait. Otherwise I just call my order and pick up my food. The service is usually good and I haven't had any real problems here. read more

But I just did an big order of boneless wings and when I got them home and opened them I noticed there is no sauce on any of the 60 wings that I ordered. we decided to go out for wings..they were a little busy when we arrived which we didn't mind, when we got sat the business had slowed down a lot, (so keep in mind it got super calm after the UFC fight) the server Tessa was nice but expected too much from other co workers instead of checking in On us herself, specially after she rang our oder wrong (if she would've written our order down she probly would've had it correct the first time) she didn't bring us silverware for our boneless wings, forgot our fries, ranch, blue cheese, carrots, and celery. We had to ask for everything after our wings had gotten cold while waiting for the rest of our order. Server claimed to have worked there for 5 years...didn't seem like it. In general, I have been a fan of the BWW chain- however, this particular location is AWFUL. My first experience involved the desire to go sit in the bar for a couple of drinks and light grub to watch the Heisman trophy ceremony. Upon arrival we were told that in order to be seated, we would be charged a $5 cover per person (for 'fight night' which we could have cared less about) in addition to any food and beverage! I told them no thanks and promptly left to take my business elsewhere- it's a restaurant, not a flipping night club. After some time passed, I decided to give them another shot and called in an order on my way home for dinner- no problem at this point, but the wait of 20 minutes at 4:30 pm seemed a little long. When I walked in to pick the order up, they informed me the computers were frozen, so it would be a few more minutes- still no problem. Until they go to ring me up and inform me that it will be done manually, so I will need to write down my credit card number and leave it! Having had my card stolen previously, I declined, to which they replied I could use the ATM machine (of course loaded with fees). In my view as someone with a customer service background, the order should have been on the house (but I chose not to voice this), and I am beginning to get a bit agitated when, presto, the computers are all of a sudden working so I paid and left. When I arrive home and open the box, there are only 12 wings in an order which promises a minimum of 15 and to boot, at least 5 of them are of such poor quality that they are not edible and there is barely sauce on the whole order! Needless to say, I am done with this location and write this as a cautionary tale for others who expect a smidge above mediocre service and quality. read more
