I found great reviews of Bullet Plumbing on NextDoor - and that is a group of people that never agree on anything, so it speaks volumes. I called Trevin and was unable to leave a voicemail, but he called me back the same day. Trevin was in the middle of a larger project and told us he wouldn't be available until the following week. Based on his reviews we waited and he arrived late in the day for a small shower repair the following week as promised. He was able to complete the repair and advised on additional issues we have. We were comfortable with his approach and not trying to upsell. He grew up in this area and is familiar with water pressure and hard water issues that we fight. Bullet Plumbing was great. I called in the morning and Trevin said they had two jobs booked, but they could do our job as well. Xavier arrived at 4:30 and looked at both of our problems. The bathroom needed a new toilet shutoff valve and water line. The kitchen also needed to have the leaking sink faucet replaced. Xavier went to the store to buy the parts and returned to install everything. So both the bathroom and kitchen look great and work like a charm. read more

I called trevin off of a different app, nextdoor, and scheduled him to come out today, he called me and said he was available early, wich happened to work out great for me. He arrived and was a very polite/nice guy. His partner xavier was also very nice. They cleared a drain that no other plumber could unclog! It's an outdoor drain in my patio that's been Clogged for years, it was full of sand like debris, trevin attempted woth a snake and lots of water at first but it would not clear, he ended up leaving and coming back again within the hour with a big white truck with this machine called a "hydrojetter" that used high pressure water to blast everything out of the drain. The then showed me all of the other tools and specialized equipment he has to tackle any job you throw at him. Good guys and great plumbers. read more
