Was there today and drive-thru was 15 minutes just to get to order. Said something to lady taking my money and ask to speak to manager. This guy acting to be a manager and was not got defiant with me. I asked for a fry or coke because of the wait. He informed me that doesn't happen here. I came here because I had a coupon to try their new spicy chicken sandwich. The dining experience was okay, and for a fast food place such as this, it's worth breaking the review down to things the restaurant can't control (e.g., the menu) and things they can. The menu/food: The spicy chicken sandwich was actually pretty good. But it seems like every time they introduce a new variation on a chicken sandwich, either the sandwich gets smaller, or they raise the price. It's like the new variety is supposed to be a distraction so you don't notice the other changes??? The side salad has actually gotten better, but then again, it costs more too. The restaurant: Everything behind the counter was fine. The ladies working there were friendly, helpful, and fast. Too bad it wasn't as good on my side of the counter. The big issue was the floor. It was obvious the floor had been washed that morning but not recently swept. There were food crumbs all over. After I was there about 5 minutes, an employee did come out with a broom and dustpan, but she proceeded to stand and chat with one of her friends having lunch at a nearby booth. She yelled at my 5/6 year old kids. who were kneeling in their chairs because their to short to sit down and reach the table. I eat at Burger KIng about once a year when my husband brings me something home from his stop with the teenager. This is the first time I visited this drive-thru. I was late getting into town and knew that there would be a hungry teenager waiting for me so I whipped into the drive thru and ordered two of the cheeseburger value meals (2 ch burgers, small fry, small drink/soda) and a Fruit Loop shake - hey, I was curious and thinking about how long it had been since I had a bowl of fruit loops. Let's just say I couldn't remember. You get what you pay for ....burgers cold and mostly bun...fries horrific (weird bitter taste to them) and the cashier stood there waiting for me to pull away until I reminded them that i had paid for a milkshake too. After pulling out of the parking lot, I discovered they gave me an oreo shake. I don't mind oreo, but I know how they taste and I wouldn't have ordered any shake if the novelty of Fruit Loops had caught my fancy. So, to sum up - the sodas were fine. Beyond that, the teenager was fed the moment I arrived home so they get one star. read more

Gotta say our experience with this bk is less then satisfying. In the past they have made multiple mistakes on our orders. We only stop here maybe a handful of times a year. Today my GF, a former bk employee, watched as the employee making our food did not follow food safety procedure of proper glove use. Well, it's Burger King, so you know the food. The restaurant was recently upgrade, substantially nicer than it used to be. The food is pretty good and service is generally Ok. I like this place because it's never crowded and the prices are reasonable. It's one of the better BK's in the area. I always check my order at the Drive Thru because this is prone to errors. I like BK too but this one does suck. Service is always bad. Orders are offten wrong. If you come late (9pm or later) you are almost garanteed to be asked to pull forward and wait for your food. Saratoga Springs BK changed all the numbers corresponding to items on the menu to add the impossible whopper in the middle of the week with no notice. Rather than add it to the menu as a new number, they had all the items changed that customers were used to for several years.They won't take any responsibility for the confusion they caused and accused me of being too dumb to see a little sticker on an outside menu board with a change notice about the size of a playing card. I was a weekly customer as well as several of my friends and relatives. We will all be going elsewhere to a place next door where they treat people with respect unlike the night manager at BK who seems to think its okay to belittle loyal customers.
