Burger Me yes please. Every time we get done snowboarding from Mt.Rose, Burger Me is usually our go to for a bite to eat. I dont know if it is the fact that I just spent over a million calories having fun snowboarding or just plain hungry when we come here but it is a good burger. I feel like this places hits the spot. I will say certain days the food does taste a lot better than others. I am not sure as to the fact of me being hungry or a different chef cooking but the food is good. This location is convenient and easy to get in and out of. Plenty of parking event with the theater right next to it and being in a mall complex. It is relatively a good place to grab a bite. The staff is okay and accommodating. I do feel like the have had a staff turn over but there was one certain individual who was very perceptive and found out I was a veteran here and she gave me a discount. Food is good but staff is always in a rush to close early, on several occasions I've come when there is still 20 mins till closing time wanting to get food to go and have been turned away bc they've closed early... If they continue to do this they should change there hours to close at 8:30 not 9. Not professional at all especially if ppl are driving across town to get a burger. OMG!!! YUM!!! I was at the Summit Mall and was hungry so I stopped in here for a quick bite. This is my first time here and I was slightly overwhelmed by the choices so I chose the special on the chalkboard which was a Bacon Cheddar Melt. Along with that I ordered Garlic Fries. When it arrived I was thinking this is going to taste great! Not only was it a "Melt" it was a "dip" as well which I wasn't expecting!!! It tasted great! And the au jus wasn't too salty to drink after the sandwich was done which is a plus in my book. The garlic fries were very garlicky which I love. Beware of my breath!!! Being an iced tea connoisseur I appreciated the fresh brewed black and tropical teas that were available along with non fountain lemonade for those Arnold Palmer drinkers. Delicious! They have Beyond Burgers (plant-based) on the menu and I would argue they are the best in town. They are twice as thick as the store bought burgers and so juicy. I had mine with cheddar cheese on a brioche bun with house sauce. So yummy! It is easy to overlook these burgers so props to the cook for doing such a wonderful job. Never have we had a single order completely correct. Tonight we stood at the counter over a minute while the guy behind the register literally never looked up or acknowledged our presence. Some other girl cleaning up came over and said she'd brake the order. Guy still didn't look up till I said something about waiting - he was sorry. He had to look at a receipt. Every time, and I mean every time I've either ordered in store to go or called in an order it's been wrong or incomplete. While the food isn't actually awful, this location may take two or three attempts to get it how you ordered it. And that's after you've waited far longer than it should to fry a patty and slap the rest of it together. Tonight, ordered a patty melt and a kids burger with bacon and BBQ sauce ONLY. Yes I am always very clear on ONLY bacon and bbq sauce. It came out, I checked the order because I've NEVER had a correct order at this location. It was so wrong. It was a burger with EVERYTHING on it, add bacon and NO BBQ sauce. So, remake it, right? Apparently to remake a screw up involves taking the patty and bacon and slap it on a new bun dripping with BBQ. Problem is, the patty and bacon are covered in mayo or whatever white sauce was on the f**ked burger. I point this out and one girl offered to wipe it off. I said nope, wrapped it up and threw in the trash behind the counter. But hey, at least I paid for the literal garbage. Better yet, the girl who took the order forgot to make the shake. Yup, got to wait for that. We orders a root beer float - didn't get that. Granted I didn't check the screen with the order and that was in me. I've been in a car for 7 hours and not on the top of my game. This was a last ditch for kids dinner after being on the road all day. Pass this place right on up if you want to keep your cool. You have several cheese options, I chose Blue Cheese, and added bacon. Made for a delightful burger and pretty filling. A few brews on tap I chose the Farmhouse Ale. Several side offerings and I picked the sweet potato fries. Lightly salted and seasoned, I enjoyed them and for $5.00 the basket was for more than one, unless you are sasquatch. Ordered a gyro burger to go, no feta, ice tea, and added a 20% tip- $16.00+. Restaurant was fairly empty- maybe 1/2 dozen people. Was asked to wait 5-10 minutes. Over the next 15 minutes 3-4 customers placed their orders and started getting served. When I inquired about the order, I was told that it hadn't printed out in the kitchen and that I would have to wait another 5-10 minutes. By the time that I got the hamburger, nearly 40 minutes had passed. The burger was well done, feta was on the burger. Not entirely sure why this restaurant gets such high marks. Beefy's is much better, as are several other restaurants in Reno. Ambiance is nothing special. read more

I dig Burger Me. They are local, they use compostable products and they have a great menu selection for a burger joint. Staff is always helpful and super friendly. My only complaint is that they are pretty slow. 8 people in the place and it takes 20 min to get your food. We actually avoid the place when we are in a hurry because it's always slow. We went there for the first time a couple weeks ago, and most likely won't go back. I ordered the lamb burger and was looking forward to the homemade tzatziki sauce. They recommended the burger medium or rare, so I asked for rare. It was very overdone and the sauce was non existent. Maybe it was just that day? We also got the sweet potato fries, which would be ok if they were cut thicker; there wasn't much potato to them. The chardonnay was the worst wine I have ever had; I added ice and soda water to it and still couldn't drink it. So happy to see that new Burger Me location at The Summit, right next door to the movie theaters, is finally open! The new Burger Me looks great: Spanking new floors, nice tile work, interesting lighting fixtures and artwork plus a few tv screens and an arcade area for the kids. I really liked the custom made community table at the back of the restaurant with a few bar stools. What remains constant is a great atmosphere, the staff friendliness, and the food quality. Made will fresh, local products, the hamburgers and fries are hard to beat. I love that they offer more than just beef. Bison, turkey, chicken, ahi, cod and pork are also available. Plus the also have a couple of soups and salads on the menu. This location has a license for beer and wine (woot, woot!) and there will be outdoor seating in the warmer months. We shared a Cowboy Burger with regular French fries as the size is on the generous side. The meat was fresh, juicy, flavorful and perfectly cooked. Love the healthy serving of lettuce and tomato and the roasted jalapeno. The bacon on top was also a generous amount and nice and crispy. The fries were crunchy on the outside, soft inside, well seasoned and hot. Burger Me also does a good job on the sweet potato fries. I have never had their milkshakes but this won't last long as they look so tempting and we are planning to go back with a couple of friends for the grand opening on March 4th. Note that all proceeds from this event will go to a charity organization. We had the pleasure to chat with Jim & Debb, the owners. Let me just say that everything about the service at Burger Me was timely and friendly. The restaurant was clean and about what you would expect of an "order at the window" establishment. But, outside of that, I was pretty bummed with my food. I ordered the Cowboy burger with a side of onion rings, and both were overcooked. The onion rings especially were overcooked, the actual onions whithered and dry within the crumbly batter surrounding them. I'd asked for my burger to medium-rare and it came out medium-well at the least. With two burgers, 2 sides, 2 alcoholic drinks, and all the food being overcooked and costing us $41, I was tremendously disappointed. Considering "burger" is literally the name of the game here, I think it's a really big let down to have yours improperly prepared. And for the price you pay, I wish my experience had been different. read more

Oh yes, if you want a tasty burger this is the place to go! Location: next door to Sierra Summit movie theater. They got a large parking lot in front of them but the lot can get full on Friday and Saturday nights. They're also pretty large so there is plenty of seating but this place gets full quickly so I suggest someone grabs a seat while someone orders the food or put a jacket on a table to reserve it. Food: burgers galore! Bison burger, veggie burger, ahi burger, and regular burger in anyway you want it. I ordered the turkey burger in a brioche bun and was so surprised at how good it tasted. Burgers are just food to me but this burger tasted amazing! Soft bun, warm patty and crunchy lettuce. So good! The burger wasn't extremely big or anything but it did fill me up and I didn't have any fries so I'd say it's a good size burger. Price: decent. You pay for freshness and oh boy, you can taste it. First off, I would like to thank the owner for being so concerned to what the public thinks about their dining experience and for reaching out to me. After my second visit, I now bump them up to 3-3.5 stars. Once again the staff was extremely friendly and restaurant was very clean. The restaurant was pretty busy when I arrived there today around 2:30pm. The staff quickly bussed tables, which is always nice to see. Unfortunately, the burger was once again way too well done for my liking. It had a taste of char to it, therefore I made them aware of it personally today while I dined in. I would advise someone to just ask for their burger to be prepared medium-rare. Perhaps, they default to well done. The strawberry shake was amazing! One of the best I've ever had. It had FRESH strawberries in it! So good!!! For a side, I had an order of chili's fries. The chili was decent. I would personally rate the chili a 3.5 out of 5. read more

So my first time here and I have to say it's a nice little place. They have a nice beer menu, taps and a cool condiment bar with self serve ranch and chipotle mayo to name a few. We ordered a Make Your Own burger for my buddy that was a cheeseburger with addition of Bacon and Mushrooms, a Cowboy Burger for my wife that had Shoestring Onions, Bacon, BBQ Sauce, and Lettuce (she left off the grilled jalapeños and tomatoes) and I ordered a Ahi Tuna Sandwich for me. 2 small orders of Onion Rings, 2 small French Onion Soups and a order of Fries rounded it all out. Service was friendly and prompt. I didn't get to try anyone else's burgers but the Onion Rings were great, really crispy with a great batter. The French Onion Soup was a surprise hit, who knew you could get a great soup from a burger place and finally my sandwich. It's a rare Tuna Steak topped with Wasabi Mayo, Cole Slaw and Arugula on a Brioche bun. It was a extremely good sandwich. Great flavors, it wasn't spicy at all even though they had big flavors in it and you could definitely taste the tuna. It will definitely be a sandwich I will order again. All in all a great lunch, it was a little on the pricey side for a burger place but you do get what you pay for and it's nice to splurge once in a while. First time here. Very friendly staff. The veggie burger in a lettuce wrap was quiet good. The sweet potatoe fries were too thin and soft for my liking. I did not like the onions as they were not grilled but rather they had no taste and were all smushed together and defintely not fresh. The prices were great. $7.80 for veggie burger with cheddar cheese. They lost one star because of the dreaded disgusting non-grilled mushy tasteless onions. Pretty disappointed.. Went to Burger Me with quite high expectation.. Burger patty was really dry, bitter taste which made my mouth slightly tingle (not sure what caused it bitter, it was not even close to burnt food bitter), sad Cheese Burger with barely any sauce. Sweet Potato Fries were dry, not crispy, not starchy, not fluffy, could be frozen over cooked fries. Carpets inside the shop stink so bad, really bad mildew smell.. table was dirty and greasy..
