The burgers are definitely superb and I am very picky about where the food I eat comes from! If you get a whole meal, you'll spend close to $20 for it, but you get what you pay for. I placed an order over the phone and it went smooth. I received a call back from a random out of state number asking for my credit card information to complete the order. I refused to give my information over the phone to an out of state number. The phone operator said that wouldn't be a issue just place your order at Peachtree Corners location. So, I drove to this location to place my order. I told the cashier that I placed an order over the phone and before she could say a word, a man from the back said you didn't leave your information so we canceled the order. I said that's fine I'll just place the order here then. He continued to harp on the issue as is he was upset and wanted to start an argument. It seemed like he was upset that I didn't leave my credit card information over the phone. He mentioned he was the owner operator of this location and he can say what he want. I just left because he seemed flustered that I wasn't trying to have a conversation with him about a simple order. As a business owner myself I understand the importance of customer service obviously he doesn't. This man was rude and very unprofessional. This is definitely our new burger place! Sorry Red Robin but BurgerFi is all that! This location is new to the area so I was skeptical to try but I must say, they did not disappoint. The food was excellent and the service was top notch. The associate that took our order, Bria, was new but she answered all questions and made great suggestions. This was my first time eating at BurgerFI at 5:10pm Tuesday , I had seen other locations before but just never stopped in... I decided to get Double Bacon burger , regular fries , & tea. COST WAS $18.60 wtf...I know we have hyper inflation going on but wow. The reason I'm giving 2 star because of the rude cashier. This female didn't smile one time or even barely said anything when I asked about the burgers.. I asked does fries come with the sandwich, she shook her head no...You could tell she didn't want to be at work.... When my food was ready I saw her get the tray to walk it to my table.. So since she was the only one working the counter I got up walked towards her to get it so she would not have to bring it to my table.. I then smiled reach for my tray & said thank you... Did she respond in kind? NO... she said NOTHING... wth? I see why they are hiring & giving a sign on bonus.. To be fair I'm going to review the burger it was pretty good , rather small for costing $10 for 2 thin patties this was like 1/4 pound the bacon was crisp almost overcooked . The fries were good fresh cut. I will not be coming back to BurgerFi there are far too much competition with burgers to eat at a place that's over priced & the cashier don't have the basics common courtesy. based on the restaurant being pretty much empty.. there were only 2 customers other than myself that was here the 40 minutes I was there... I don't see this restaurant really making it to turn a substantial profit.... Its a shame too bc they have potential but maybe they are cutting corners with inability to hire good help & the cost of food going up. My advice to the manager... they need to come to work do the cashier job until they can get someone who has BASIC COMMON COURTESY because a 1st impression is a lasting impression. read more

Very disappointed... My last review for Burgerfi was great but not so much this time around. We got 2 cheeseburgers + side of TRUFFLE AIOLI, 1 CEO, 2 drinks and one large fry. When I got my burger my bun was already really soggy like it was sitting in water.... I think it was the tomato juice or something. It was all over the wrapper. When i say soggy it was sogggggy. My boyfriend swapped burgers with me. Then.. here's where I got mad. If i'm paying a dollar for a small 2oz of truffle aioli I expect TRUFFLE AIOLI. They charged me for 2 when I only wanted one but whatever. I got the "truffle aioli" and they had the audacity the give me REGULAR MAYO...... Did they really expect to get away with that? Truffle has such a strong smell and taste that it's easy to tell when it is and when it isn't. We had to go up to the counter to ask them for truffle aioli. Lastly, fries were soggy. I'm not sure why there's so many poor reviews. The service and the food both improved a lot. The staff was very kind and attentive. Diana really helped me out with all of my questions. I ordered a Breakfast All Day burger and Urban Style fries. The burger tasted great and the egg was cooked even better. The consistency of the yolk was so silky. Ok so first time going to this spot yesterday. I went because it's one of the few places that has burgers and veggie burgers. I decided to get the Vegefi Burger which is made with Quinoa. Due to the virus you have to place your order in through the machine at the entrance. I didn't like this because I'm new I'd rather speak with a person but it's cool no points taken away for that not their fault. So I chose the burger and accidentally put lettuce as my bun instead of bread lol. I got my order which I had with large onion rings. It was actually good with the lettuce. I enjoyed it, the toppings were good and they also have this sauce they put on it very pleasant. I would eat here again minus the onion rings they were so greasy. First I love that they have so many burger options including a plant based behind burger. The fries were really tasty too and you can order them with salt and vinegar. The sauces here are really good, and you can get as many as you want without extra charge. What I loved most was the touchscreen ordering system so you can order yourself without having to interact with anyone! You grab a buzzer and pick it up at the counter when the buzzer goes off. Attitude for my online order that was late bc online said they were open till 10 and I placed my order at 9 and they close at 9. Well the order went in. I went to get my food and they had to unlock the restaurant and very impolitely told me they were closed. NOT my fault. So don't get an attitude with me. I just got off a 12hr shift at the hospital. When I bit in to that burger it tasted better than beef!!it was so juicy and delicious. I love extra mayo on my burger and no one ever gets the amount I like right.
