Can I give No stars??? This is the WORST Bush's chicken I've ever had. Family order for $31, and it was inedible. The chicken was hard, and the okra harder!! I called to complain and they wrote our name down for a "replacement order." My husband went back tonight after a few weeks to pick up. The food was BARELY any different! Once they started hiring these ahole kids to do the job it went down hill. Alot of standing around looking at phones and kids looking out the window just to see if they want to got out there. I used to pick up from bush's all the time. As of lately we've noticed the tenders in the tender rolls have gotten so much smaller and we used to get a little bag filled with corn nuggets and now you get 6 in a tray. It's not up to the standards it used to be, very disappointing read more

This place is horrible. The owners let the employees and managers treat the customers like dirt. They are rude, talk ugly to customers and basically act like complete animals. The young men and women working when we arrived were all helpful, happy, and constantly working on something. They made sure we got our food quickly and that it was freshly cooked. We had a great experience and the meal was extremely affordable. We will definitely be returning the next time we have a fried chicken craving. read more

Customer service is great. The breading is lite. Finally their gizzards are to die for. Ever since they opened I only eat fried chicken at Bush's. Their tea is the gold standard of sweet tea. Highly recommend it. read more

When coming here get the chicken tenders. They have the chicken game locked down. The place across the street that starts with a "W" should just stick to burgers because their chicken strips are being blown out the water over here. Chicken is lightly coated and is always moist at the right consistency. They also have bit of options when choosing for a side, so you can't go wrong there and just about with any orders comes at least one roll which is nothing to complain about, but hey who's complaining... read more

The chicken is so amazing here! Just to start by saying it's wait better than other chicken places. The sides are plentiful and the sweet tea!! Lordy let me tell you about the sweet tea! If you're from Texas you better get down there right now and get ya a gallon! It's by far the best tea I've tasted in a long time! The chicken isn't greasy at all and is very tasty! The chicken tasted old and the place was being run by a bunch of kids. One of the cooks couldn't stop dropping the F bomb as he explained to the other cook about cooking the F"ing chicken. I saw the long line at the drive-thru and thought it would be better to park and go inside. My mistake. When I entered the restaurant, there wasn't anyone at the front counter. I was the fourth person in line. The manager (I think) kept telling the woman at the front of the line he'd be right with her to take her order. After several minutes and two promises to be right with her I asked how long she'd been waiting, she shrugged. I told the man who I think was the manager he should hire more people, because leaving the front counter unattended was bad customer service. He shrugged and looked surprised. I left. I won't be eating here. You don't tell someone you'll be right with them and then not hustle to fulfill that promise. read more

Always loved Bush's chicken but super disappointed in the service today and quality of my food. I ordered a 4 piece chicken tenders and green beans and wasn't told that it would be cheaper to just get a combo with a drink and was instead charged for the chicken, roll and gravy plus a side. On top of that, when I get home both my boyfriend and I realized our "gravy" was really just mashed potatoes with a little bit of gravy on top. I have had gravy from Bush's before and know that this was NOT gravy. My boyfriend also had ordered two chicken breasts and large fries and ended up with no roll, no fries and the same mashed potato gravy. The runners used to be great at their job. The last 3 times I've gone I have ended up waiting 5-10 minutes just to order. Usually with just 2 or 3 other cars there. The last time I was there it was me and 2 other cars and I had already been waiting 4 or 5 minutes just to talk to a runner when another car drives up and a runner comes out and takes their order and then looks at me and turns around and walked inside. I waited another 2 or 3 minutes, and ended up just leaving. Decent food, not worth waiting 10 minutes just to order. read more
