I was in search of a used car with hopefully low milage and, if God wanted, a heater would be nice but I was not going to be picky. What I got instead was a brand new car of my dreams that I didn't even dare dreaming of. Rocky was such a blessing to me in my time of need and really made magic happen. Him and Joel were so nice to my mother and I and explained everything so clearly, I was surprised how welcomed I felt at a car dealership. I cannot say enough about how much they helped me out. Rocky stayed late, took the time to not only help me finance my brand new car but also stayed EVEN LATER to show me all the little features it had to offer. I am so appreciative of Rocky he really went above and beyond. A few days later he even contacted me to ask how I was enjoying my new car AND on Christmas Eve I got a lovely little plant delivered to my doorstep wishing me the best from him. My only regret is that I have not been able to write this review sooner because I want everyone to know how outstanding Rocky (and Joel too!) were at helping me out in a desperate situation. If I could give 10 stars I would. Steve and Drew (and John S. Who sent me to Ford from their Hyundai store) were all amazing. They were responsive and kind and accommodating through the whole process, which was a complicated one. They jumped through more hoops than they needed to, and went above and beyond to earn my business when a lot of places didn't take me seriously or put in minimal effort (I'm looking at you Airport Chevy). I didn't feel like a burden to these awesome guys for wanting to buy a car, I felt like a valued customer who was receiving the utmost care and customer service. Super special thanks to Steve (my sales consultant) who really put in the effort. He was available to answer questions, didn't pressure me, and talked real with me. The numbers that were projected to me before my credit was run, were the numbers I walked out the door with. I appreciate honesty so much, and The Butler family stores were probably the first dealerships I've ever been to that seem to truly practice it. Drew was also amazing! Took care of the finance end of the deal with diligence and determination to get the job done with the numbers that were better for my husband and I in the long run. When one potential lender wouldn't offer us gap insurance he made sure to find us a lender that would at an even better interest rate. My husband and I were going to see a truck at Butler Ford that we saw online. We had called ahead of time and spoke with Austin. When we went there we were met by Austin and showed us the truck right away. I noticed a sign on the window that the truck was reserved for us by name which I thought was special. We test drove and decided that was the truck for us. We put in an offer and they came back with a little more but we accepted. We've always had hard pressure before when buying and you get handed down to several more people. There was no pressure put on us at all. We had none of that and Austin filled out the application online for us. We wanted a special coating inside and out to help protect and Austin explained it very well. They were able to do that the same day. It took two hours but that gave us time to go out to have a nice relaxing lunch. As soon as we were done with lunch Austin called to say the truck was done. Perfect timing. This was one of the simplest easiest pleasant experiences in buying a vehicle in the 44 years of marriage and probably 10 cars later! I would highly recommend Butler Ford and Austin for buying a vehicle. Also before we left Austin went over several of the features so I would feel comfortable in driving home since we were an hour and a half away. Exceptional Service! During a recent trip to Palm Springs, we encountered a mechanical problem requiring a tow off the I-5 in the Siskiyou Mountain pass. Following the recommendation of a State Trooper, a call to your dealership, arrangements were made through AAA to get towed to Butler Ford in Ashland, OR. Our experience at the dealership was excellent. From our first conversation with your Service Advisor, Brian to further dialogue with your Service Manager, Mark, we felt that we that we were definitely being taken care of by a team that was genuinely empathetic to our situation. After a short time, the problem was diagnosed and a part was ordered. Being late in the day, and not having the part in stock, arrangements were made for a delivery first thing the following day. We were told that once the part was in hand, the technician would be made available to complete the repair. Because we were staying the night, arrangements were made for a rental car as well as recommended accommodations which was appreciated given the circumstances. As promised the part arrived, repairs were made and we were on our way. In this day and age, good customer service is more of an exception than the rule. I recently pulled into Butler Ford without an appointment, and in need of some help with a problem I was having with my Lincoln MKS. Thomas Gibson was the first service advisor who saw me. He came right up introduced himself (first to my dog, Shadow) then me. My feelings weren't hurt. He asked how he could be of assistance. I explained what was going on with my car, and within 10 minutes of arriving my car was on it's way to a service bay to be looked at. About 5 minutes later, Thomas found me, and told me that they didn't have the part in stock that my car needed, but that the technician could make my car safe to drive until the parts came in. About a week later the parts came in, I showed up with Shadow, and NO appointment, again and they took my car in right away, AGAIN and in seemingly no time at all my car was fixed Shadow got more treats from DEE AGAIN and all was GREAT! Everyone we met was extremely professional and polite. I'm blown away at how twice, I showed up with no appointment and I was seen straight away. I think I've found my new best FORD dealership in Southern Oregon!!! Great truck buying experience! After growing tired of playing games with another dealership in the area over pricing I called Butler to see if they had anything similar to what we were looking for. Rocky Moore was the person that helped me on the phone and let me know there was a truck that fit our needs. After driving to the dealership Rocky was busy with another customer but never made us feel that we were not a priority, making sure that the vehicle we were looking at was accessible and checking in on us to ensure our needs were met. When he was available to show us the vehicle he was very knowledgeable and straight forward making sure we had pricing in place before we wasted time driving the truck. Having our one year old with us was never an issue, the process was amazing and very quick! I arrived around 3pm with my car that I miracously DROVE to Butler after damaging the wheel, punctured a good sized hole in the tire and with the car out of alignment. It was to take two days to get it fixed since it was late in the day, however everyone involved chose to stay longer and get it fixed on the same day. Tom Ianieri kept me informed AND checked on me throughout the stay to see if I needed anything. HE ALSO treated me with utmost respect throughout the time as I waited. My wife and I had been looking for a Ford transit 350 wagon medium roof for about 5 months. I had been looking on line from Eugene to Ashland watching. I originally brought my car in for a small fender bender and the team at Butler Ford in Ashland discovered a very challenging and unexpected issue. Unfortunately, I had been suckered. I bought my vehicle from someone claiming it was in a 'minor' accident and all damaged were repaired. It ends up that the entire front end of the vehicle was rebuilt in the worst way you can image (think glued together)! I was devastated and what made it worse was the thought that I had been unsafely driving around my two kids in the passengers seat for a whole year. If I had been in a collision they would have been crushed. Frank (and the entire team) were extremely patient with me, answered all of my questions, brainstormed on the best way to go about fixing it and gave me the space to check with other repair shops. They updated me twice a week every week and even let me use a car for the month it took to get it fixed. I had come in to have a Ford 150 box step put on my vehicle which was done very timely. My wife had also been looking for a cover for the box on the truck and I happened to notice the new Tonneau cover on a showroom Raptor. I went to Parts (Corey?) and the computer said they had another in stock and my wife asked if we could get that one. Corey found that the only cover was the one already on the floor model. He actually had the Service Dept take that one off the Raptor and sell it to us even though there was not another in stock. I was concerned about taking that cover off the Raptor but Corey was extremely gracious to let it happen. Since we live 75 miles away it also saved a trip coming back. Everyone in Parts and Service were extremely kind and professional and over the top not to say the least that my wife is also very happy about it now. I bought a 2013 Mazda CX5 from Rex, and explored financing options with Drew. This is a beautiful, used (practically like new) car, and the first one I've financed in my life. My first time off the lot, I had to go and retrieve something from home. My windshield wipers were acting up and they replaced the broken component part. I discovered my headrest in the center was missing (the car is sold "as is", per policy,) although Rex immediately got on it and a new part was ordered as he took it seriously as a safety hazard. A few days after the original purchase and signing the original contract, Drew got back to me, reducing the total amount owed (with the same warranty) by $1,100 less, with 6 months less financing time, and an interest rate that was a bit lower. Butler Ford has always been a great dealership to work with for over twenty years and four vehicles. They showed just how much integrity they have with my last purchase of a Ford Bronco. They honored their original price without issue and made sure I had 2021 price protection. Now that may not seem like much, but do a google search of what dealerships have been doing to customers under the "ADM" additional dealer markup. Most dealers were marking up these new Broncos 5K-15K for no reason. Butler Ford kept their integrity and their word through this two year process. My salesman Craig Fronek is outstanding with his knowledge of the Bronco and keeping me informed through the process. This is a top tier dealership that actively practices customer service.
