They profile their customers and monitor if you even buy anything. Cashier comes to me first (I'm Black by the way) and asks me to buy or leave... "it's the policy". I recorded the entire thing... It's already enough that there prices are high anyway. But then you harass your customers? Obviously, you don't know your regular customers well. Never will I go here again! the sweets here are a little too much for me but they have such a cool menu along with different coffees for everybody's liking. i've been here before with a few friends but came here tonight because i needed a place to study and get some work done. i just ordered the large americano coffee which tasted really burnt but nothing a few creamers and sugar cant fix lol. music is really mellow and soothing, lots of soft jazz. free wifi, quick service, not much to complain about. i'll definitely be coming back here more because i was able to get twice as much work done as i would have been able to at home! read more

I only came here to get some Vietnamese Ice Coffee which was delicious, Parking was a real mess here trying to find a spot because there are so many other restaurants in the area. I was not too Impressed on the inside it on a bit higher scale then Starbucks also its pretty large too. It was about 1:00pm in the afternoon on a Friday still lunch time and there was only 7 people inside, something is wrong with this picture I think maybe because the prices are a tad higher. I had three Macaroons and a large Ice coffee it came to about $13.00 and changes. This is a cute and cozy place to get coffee, smoothies, or desserts and spend tons of time (and money) studying or getting work done. I like coming here because it's near where I work, there's ample parking nearby, and there are always tons of tables available. Bathrooms are clean and service is decent. Cons: prices are really steep, I paid $8 for a small matcha frappe and paid $6-7 dollars for a vanilla latte before that. In addition, WiFi is slow as heck and that gets frustrating. I came here along with my study group by referral. And I have to say it was a pretty good suggestion compared to other cafe's I've been to. It's very spacious and there are many different table top selections fit for yourself or a large group. The food options along with prices can be improved. It's pretty high. I was looking to purchase a slice of cheesecake and I when I asked for the cost I thought I was buying the whole cheesecake lol. I ordered the Honey Toast and Spicy Chicken Sandwich. The Honey Toast was simple but had so much to offer in taste and texture; and may I add that it was big enough to feed 3-4 people. The Sandwich looked decadent but it did not meet my expectations at the fact that the combination of flavors didn't compliment each other. Everything was there it just wasn't meant to be with each other. It was a big cheesy, toasty, foot long big enough to feed 2. Overall my experience here was pretty good. I would definitely suggest coming here for studying, desert hopping after coming from eating elsewhere, and chit chatting. I paid $6.80 for a small boba Thai tea. Nothing special. I still don't see why so expensive? Next day I went to a market and got a pound of dry boba for $2.50. I still had the cup from this place so I decided to make my own boba tea using the same cup. It didn't even cost me $1 to make exact same drink. I really love coming here to study. They have plenty of tables and outlets available. There are a lot of people coming here to study, so it's a great atmosphere to be productive. However, I really wish they would open in a different location as this current spot has the absolute worst parking!!! They recently marked all the parking spots in front for only 30 min parking. There's very limited parking in this plaza to begin with. Since there's so many other businesses/restaurants here. So good luck finding parking if you intend to be here for more than 30 mins. The drinks are not that great :( I got the whole grain drink recommended by one of the staff workers and it was not what I expected. I've come here on multiple occasions and I also got the green tea frappe and it was very much diluted with ice. I know it can be pretty expensive but didn't taste like anything at all. In addition they charge extra for the whip cream (which is all the flavor I got from the frappe)! The ambient is very quiet and a great place to study, so I do recommend that. The cheesecake had great flavor and consistency, without being too heavy like some are. I love everything here from the menu (coffee, smoothies, tea, ice parfait, waffle + ice cream, macarons, gelato, sandwiches, etc) BUT why are their drinks (except coffee) at least $5 for a medium size?!?! I ordered their mango berry mojito and I paid about $6 for it, medium = one size. It looked pretty but it honestly tasted like SPRITE with mango bits :( Disappointed AND my wallet wasn't happy. However I have yet to try their food, like the waffle + ice cream. There's not a lot of options like that in the South Bay, but at least they're open until late. Ambience: perfect place to study. HOORAY! It is located in the same plaza as Arby's and El pollo loco. It is literally the corner location behind Arby's. You walk in and you realize how huge this location is. YOU GET A SEAT, YOU GET A SEAT AND YOU GET A SEAT. There are chairs everywhere! It's a great study place from what I've seen. The inside decor is cute and the atmosphere seems conducive to studying. You enter and the display cases on the left contain all these amazing desserts. From cheesecakes to macaroons, your sweet tooth won't be disappointed. They also have waffles and brick toast...yum. I've been to the Ktown location and noticed that this location has other food items as well. They have their menu on the wall and they have a plethora of items. So many drinks to choose from. Also what is helpful is that they have some items near the register to help you make your choice. I got the strawberry mojito and it was refreshing. We also ordered the chocolate cheesecake and pistachio cheesecake. In my opinion the chocolate cheesecake was meh. It was hard and really didn't taste how I expect it to taste. So pass on that haha. But the pistachio was good. We also ordered the mango passion fruit smoothie and it was tasty! I'd come back and try their other drink and desserts. So far the chocolate cheesecake was a let down but I'd come back to get more of the strawberry mojito! These also have a mango berry mojito. That one sounds good as well. I think my issue is the way that Staff handled things . We came here at 11:21pm and we saw and wanted to try there food items . There is no sign that saids "last call for food is so and so time " ( keep in mind they close at 12am ) . So my husband wanted to try one of there sandwiches and instead of the associate telling us "Hey we close in 40 mins so we are serving everything to go right now " in a apologetic tone . But instead we got a grumpy tone saying "if you want that you take to take it to go because we are closing soon "......huh really ???? It's 11pm ( technically when we about order it was 11:15 pm) ..... and you close at 12am . Like where is there a sign that saids if you order something it's all to go . After that answer my husband decided to cancel that and just get a drink to go . Even my bagel was packed to go . Oh by the way when my husband said never mind on the sandwich the girl was like ok thank you .... I was so done after that . We couldn't wait to get our stuff and leave . This place used to be go but it's only a good place if you want to hangout with friends ( and order nothing ) or if want to get free WiFi . The staff seems like they hate working there and they just couldn't wait to leave . I have worked in the food industry and I know how stressful it can be .... but a business is a business and if the sign saids the place closes at 12am by law you have to still serve the client . My girlfriend and I came here one late night because we were starving and didn't want your typical fast food. And I'm so glad we did. The food in there looked and sounded so good. There is so much to choose from. I thought it was pretty cool that there was a good amount of people in the restaurant even around the closing time. What's nice about this place is that it was clean, they had nice decor and the staff was friendly and helpful considering it was our first time there. Thanks staff!!! They have breakfast, lunch, dessert and blended coffee drinks. We ordered the chicken sandwich which was amazing!!! The bread was toasted a little hard but still a great sandwich. They have a variety of drink options. You can choose to have a blended drink which looks and taste awesome of a bottled beverage. The desserts has a good range also. I was studying quietly, when I was approached by the manager. For no reason at all I was escorted out, and had the door slammed in my face.
